Le salon principal du deuxième étage dispose de doubles portes coulissantes qui s��ouvrent sur une grande terrasse spacieuse avec de nombreux transats et une table. Également une télévision grand écran avec câble HD, accès Internet WiFi, lecteurs de DVD / magnétoscopes, système audio complet dans toutes les pièces avec interphone, y compris les haut-parleurs extérieurs. Les caractéristiques de la cuisine, les comptoirs en granit, les appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable (Jenn Air et Kitchen-Aid), les fours multifonctions à convection et à micro-ondes, le garde-manger, le mixeur, le mixeur, le robot-pain, le grille-pain, la cafetière et le moulin à caf�� en grains. La maison offre une suite parentale avec un lit king-size Sleep Comfort réglable, une grande baignoire et un grand dressing. This beautiful condo has a gorgeous view of the gulf and beautiful sunrises. The floor plan is excellent and the condo is well stocked with most of everything you need. We will definitely be coming back!

Very well stocked kitchen tools. Shower on 1st floor extra full size fridge with freezer on 1st floor in storage area. Beach chairs & 2 umbrellas. Kayak & paddle board available. Weather & water controlled by nature so was not very good this trip. Still very nice inside & multiple levels deck & shade in main one.

Awesome Ocean Beachfront Property
We picked the perfect place for our vacation. It has great beach access & the boardwalk is just steps away. The place was extremely comfortable & has a well stocked kitchen. We were also very happy to have an elevator. It made it easy to get your luggage & groceries in from the bottom level. We will definitely look into renting this place for our next trip to Navarre Beach. We highly recommend.

As close to perfect as I could have expected
Honestly, I'm not sure I could have asked for more, especially from a value standpoint. The property is well maintained, outfitted and maybe most importantly right-sized sleeping arrangement wise, at least for us. There weren't a bunch of extra beds just shoved into odd places which made the feel of the property more "homey". The location is great with no high-rise complexes in close proximity. All of the furniture is comfortable and of very high quality. The walkover to the beach is either brand new or at least very well maintained. The recommendation of Sunset Beach Rentals for beach setup was a great reminder of a great guy (Ed) to work with. While there's plenty of great beach gear provided, we've always found that having someone come properly set up heavy duty chairs and umbrellas each morning and take them down in the evening frees up a lot of time and effort. My (sainted for spending so much time with us) 73 year old Mom probably loved the elevator as much as anything in the property. :) Just so that I can sound a LITTLE balanced, the only nits I'd pick would be: A sharper kitchen knife would have been nice, but I'm probably spoiled to my own sets at home. And I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights below the deck (it got dark running the grill) or turn off the light in the gear room under the deck... though both of those are probably just me being daft. All in all, this is a great property and very highly recommended.

The property was just as advertised. Spotlessly clean. The master bedroom has a great view of the gulf and the master shower was huge with two shower heads, on facing walls. Nice large King bed, very comfortable. Easy access to the beach via adjacent boardwalk. Three bedrooms total. All nicely appointed. Outside privacy (via slat boards) shower available to clean sand off feet, etc., prior to entering the unit. This unit is located close to a Publix (on mainland) for grocery shopping and there are several close by restaurants, several of which are on the island. If, you are planning a trip to Navarre Beach and stay at this townhouse, I don’t think you will be disappointed. Check out Gulf Breeze Zoo. We took our son there many years ago when he was a wee lad. Enjoy and be safe, all. Overall, I’d give a 10 star rating 10/10.

Beautiful home and quiet beach
The home was recently remodeled with modern finishings and tastefully decorated. The rooms were very spacious and inviting for our family. I had my husband and 3 kids, my parents, and my sister all accommodated very comfortably. I was even surprised to find a pack n play and highchair for the 1 year old. We loved our visit and time there. Also, the semi private walkway to the beach was super helpful with kids. I highly recommend booking here with family.

My family and I returned to this rental for the first time in over four years. It was bitter sweet as we had lost a couple of family members, during that time, that had been with us on previous visits. The "Dolphin Watch", as it is called now, was just as we remembered. This still remains the best rental that we have stayed in. The stocked kitchen, beach supplies, and the elevator are all just huge benefits. The view and watching the dolphins each day can't be beat. I did send the manager a few maintenance items that need to be addressed but these type of things occur in any home over time. Thank you for a great week at Navarre Beach and a chance to rehash some great memories.

The location of the property was great. There are many perks to the property, but challenges as well; — No stairs inside. If the gate is not completely latched you cannot call the elevator and have to go through bedroom to walk outside and go down spiral staircase. — King bed in master is old and uncomfortable. It’s not a king. It’s two twins in a king frame. Though they say it is an adjustable bed, maybe it was comfortable 20 years ago. Would have preferred a king mattress. — Queen bed down stairs makes a lot of noise every time you move — The boardwalk leading to the beach needs maintenance. Splinters and nails sticking up. — The kitchen was well equipped — A second fridge downstairs was great — Nice beach towels and all the beach toys you could need. Chairs as well Overall, it was a nice stay. Having the elevator was nice, but also challenging. Did not like having to use outside stairs.

This place was just like the photos! Very clean and nice. The host was amazing 🤩 she texted before we left for the trip, once it was time to check in, we had a small problem with a washer (no one's fault) things happen but she was at our resuce and sent someone right away, and the day before leaving she texted to tell us all details of departing. The house was stocked with Beach towels, beach toys, seasoning for cooking, pots, pans, charcoal, grill, lighter fluid etc. Just and amazing place!!

AMAZING Property!!!
If you are looking for an AMAZING house with ALL the wonderful amenities, this is your place!! Having grown up going to Navarre Beach as a child, getting married on the beach in 2005, I figured it was time to come back to the most peaceful beach in Florida, Navarre Beach! We have stayed at several other properties (large condo buildings and several houses), but this one is by far our favorite! This house is away from all the business of the condos and crowds. When we arrived early and the property manager was extremely helpful with the check-in process. The house was spotless and perfect. If you are looking for a house with interior stairs, this is not your house. There is only an elevator, but there are exterior stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The kitchen is FULLY stocked and it is something I have never experienced before. They have a bread maker, blender, toaster oven, all the pots/pans you need, platters, dishes, cabinet of spices, wonderful coffee maker, updated stove/microwave/oven/fridge/dishwasher and many more items. They provided dishwashing soap and other things that are not normally provided. Not only is the kitchen fully stocked, there is a closet on the ground level that literally has anything you would need for the beach (tons of floats blown up, chairs, beach toys and many more). There is also another full-size refrigerator for you to use and with two families, it came in good use. At the lower level the is also a charcoal grill and a hose to wash off all the sand. You share the boardwalk with the unit to the right and then the three unit house to the left. This was also another perfect feature with having little ones to be able to come and go from the beach straight to the house whenever they would like. In the hall closet on the second level they have 5 wonderfully large beach towels to use and also a kite for the little ones. On this floor there is one bedroom/bath and the washer/dryer/wash sink is also on this level. They also provided washing detergent, which is something I have never had provided before. All bedrooms/baths are large and fully stocked! In the living room the TV was HUGE and they had 5-10 large puzzles for you to work. This is a perfect house for two families to share! We cook dinner every night while there and went to Tommy's for Snowballs. If you are looking to stay away from the restaurants, I would strongly suggest heading to Joe Patti's for fresh seafood to bring home to grill.

Exceeded Expectations
The main appeal to the property was the elevator and the property being beach front. The elevator worked perfectly, and the view was amazing. The property was spotless and the property manager was easy to work with (we had issues connecting to the wi-fi) and she was quick to get the issue resolved. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need plus more. Both decks had plenty of seating and the storage room is stocked full of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, toys, floats, etc. The online pictures do not do this property justice. The only thing I would recommend is to bring extra bath towels or you will need to wash the ones provided daily. We enjoyed our stay here and will be back.

We loved our stay!
The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the gadgets and pots and pans that we needed. There were ample amounts of linens, blankets, and pillows for comfort for all 9 guests. The home was very clean. Yes there was water damage in the ceiling but it had no affect on the functionality of the home. The elevator was nice, especially the first night when we unloaded 9 peoples belongings and $150 worth of groceries. We found that we had no internet when we first got there but just by text, they had someone there the very next morning. Also, I had texted that there was no grill like we had been told and they brought us what appeared to be a brand new one. In hind site, check under things in the storage area, it had things piled around it. Speaking of the storage area, we had brought all types of toys and umbrellas and chairs. However the storage area was nicely stocked with items and very clean and easy to find. We will go back, we loved our stay!
