The Space:
Rose Hill by Tiny Away is located in the tranquil town of Neerim South, West Gippsland. Only 9 minutes from the town of Jindivick and close to attractions like Brandy Creek Winery, Middels restaurant, and Civic Park, which is a pet-friendly environment.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence and main shed.

- Bunyip State Forest is the ideal location for forest-based activities like bushwalking, camping, and many more.
- Brandy Creek Winery is a popular winery restaurant that offers a selection of food, wine, and stunning valley views.
- Toronga Falls Reserve safeguards two waterfalls on the Toorongo and Little Toorongo rivers, which are ideal for long walks, picnics, and camping.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without your land host's permission
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- Keep in mind that we have two large dogs restricted to the house yard that occasionally bark
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Please advise that we have electric fences installed on the property
- Please dispose of your trashes properly when you leave the tiny house
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Guests can still purchase firewood from the local IGA and firepit use is only permitted at the discretion of the property owners due to fire hazards and weather conditions.- We strictly advise guests to follow these safety guidelines so we can help protect the environment
- Please report any damages or breakages inside or outside the property 24 hours before your departure
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
