The Port has a location that can't be beat! Get your steps in and check out the coolest local bars and restaurants that NOLA has to offer all within a casual stroll of this home. Did we mention the French Quarter was just a 10 minute walk? If you want even more excitement, grab an Uber to Magazine Street, Marigny, or Bywater.
Four blocks from the St. Charles Streetcar Line.. this is a great option to see the gorgeous mansions and Live Oak tree draping of St. Charles Avenue.
Countless coffee shops and convenience stores located in a two block radius of this home.
Rouses Market is nearby too.

EVERY HOME, EVERY TIME
In a NOLA LUX home, you'll always find our bathrooms stocked with a starter set of everything you need to get squeaky clean including (but not only) shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Kick start each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We've even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.
NOLA LUX homes are immaculate and well maintained by professionals who clean and sanitize between every guest using the highest standards in the industry.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a NOLA LUX property.

WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE
Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions!

HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious:
- NO SMOKING
- No gatherings greater than the approved occupants
- No rearranging furniture please
- Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details.

**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.**

SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels.

GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date.

OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding)
- $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding)

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

PARKING
While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages.

Gorgeous place, we stayed in PH1. Place was very clean and put together well. Communication was probably the best I have ever had when renting a VRBO property. Access/Wifi/codes worked just like they promised. One tiny issue that they rectified immediately and perfectly.I would not hesitate to stay here, or recommend their place to others.

The entire process from booking to check in to our stay was exceptional. We needed to store our luggage prior to our check-in, and they had storage lockers available for us in the building, so we can explore New Orleans prior to our 4 PM check-in. Overall, we loved the penthouse unit, and the location of the building. Would highly recommend and would stay here again when we visit New Orleans.

The apartment was even better than expected (based on the photos and descriptions we had high expectations) and the communications with the support team was very personable and helpful from the time of booking through check out. Great property. Great location. Great stay. No parking, but I used public parking garage at 601 Tchoupitoulas a couple blocks away and walked or Ubered everywhere. Would definitely book again.

Maybe it's me, but I expect a luxury rental to have toilet paper, facial tissues and towels that are not the sandpaper quality of a Motel 6. A/C that works at the same temperature in all rooms would be nice too. And a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for those of us who wear glasses ... Nicely appointed furniture and decor. Good instructions for the TV. Luggage locker big and easy to access, was a nice amenity.

Just a great property
The Port at the Refinery was the best experience We have ever had with a VRBO rental. The penthouse was imma ulate, well-stocked, and just so relaxing. Next trip to New Orleans we will definitely stay there once gain. A real gem. No muss no fuss! Close enough to everything but quiet enough as well.

This condo is beautiful! It is just as pictured and has a nice large balcony. The location is ideal for walking to great restaurants, shopping, and the French Quarter. The street noise is a bit loud on Friday and Saturday nights, but we were there Halloween weekend so that may be unusual.
