The interior was carefully curated from local vintage furniture and art stores. A spacious outdoor terrace overlooking historic Magazine Street provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining on hot summer days and lets you bathe in true New Orleans boutique flare.

This beautiful home is perfect for families, friends and business travelers who seek an upscale experience with NOLA personality in a great location.

The apartment features

-Each of the two bedrooms feature a casper memory foam mattress, plush down comforters and four down pillows sure to allow for a good night’s sleep
-Open living and dining area with a 60” smart LCD television providing access to your subscriptions
-Large outdoor private patio with lounge table and chairs
-Quality bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, and central air conditioning/heat
-Each bedroom features a smart TV, ceiling fan and built in closet
-Bathroom equipped with soft touch towels, hairdryer and essential toiletries
-One off street shared parking spot situated at the entrance of the apartment - shared with other rental in the building - first come first served space
-Chef's kitchen complete with high quality pots, pans & knives, Vitamix blender, eclectic cookbooks and both drip coffee and espresso machines
-In Unit washer/dryer as well as iron, ironing board and steamer

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the apartment during your stay. There is one flight of stairs to the 2nd floor apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Safely and conveniently located in the heart of trendy Lower Garden District you can enjoy the lively taverns, restaurants and quirky boutiques without traveling far. Exit the apartment, turn the corner and you are enjoying the stately mansions that line the neighborhood’s leafy streets, or head for a picnic at Coliseum Square Park. Steps away is the historic St. Charles Ave, where you can hop on the streetcar to take you to the French Quarter, Warehouse District, or Audubon Park & Zoo. Our favorite local coffee shop Mojo is a quick 4-minute walk away!

Getting Around:
The area is safe to walk around and has many bustling restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops walking distance. For further adventures, there are transportation options. There are bicycle rentals a few blocks away. Take a stroll to St. Charles Ave. and you will find the historic streetcar that can take you from the French Quarter to Audubon Park. Taxis and ride shares, such as Uber and Lyft are also a great way to get around with low wait times. There is one parking spot that is shared with the other apartment upstairs along with free and metered street parking.

-Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport: 20 minutes by car
-Convention Center: 6 minutes by car
-Tulane University: 14 minutes by car

Other Things to Note:
Perfectly located for visiting New Orleans during events like Mardi Gras or Jazz Fest or for a more relaxing escape! I have additional spaces if needed, please feel free to message me with any requests.

Exquisite Apartment
This listing has everything you need to feel like you're in an authentic New Orleans luxury apartment. The decor and high ceilings are to die for, and the balcony looks out onto Magazine Street. My family stayed here for several days during our drop-off at Tulane University, where my boys attend. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back to stay again. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms were dark, which led to sound sleeping. I highly reccommend this listing.

My now husband and I stayed here ahead of our wedding at Felicity Church. The pictures don’t do justice for how beautiful this place is! Beautiful furnishings, high ceilings, and a balcony to really set the tone that you’re in a historical place! New Orleans is our favorite city and we go easily twice a year and this was without a doubt our favorite stay. Location is so wildly convenient for magazine and St. Charles! We felt like royalty staying here and having a glass of wine on the balcony before dinner or toasting champagne afterwards!

Great city apartment!
We had a wonderful stay at your place. We enjoyed using the kitchen and getting food downstairs when we didn't want to eat out. We could walk to the trolley or bus, and really appreciated we were able to park the rental car. WF and Walmart were a short drive away so that was handy. Garbage was very convenient to take out Laundry was easy and worked well It was decorated beautifully! We loved the look/feel of it all! We loved the beds - firm and very comfortable Great closet space, space in the rooms for luggage racks etc. Lots of lighting in the bedrooms and bathroom Ceiling fans were very helpful and HVAC worked well The patio was nice to have - loved the breeze, the city noises - yes if you are trying to sleep in or going to bed early it will be noisy - but not so loud the tv or the exhaust fan doesn't drown it out The mexican place below was so friendly and good food/drink! Plenty of pots/pans Easy check in /out Great communication through out Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location in the lower garden district Nola
It was so nice perfect garden district location. Love the vibe of the area. And all of our favorite restaurants are in walking distance. Gris Gis, Mayas, and Lilly’s. Got coffee (Hi volt and mojos) and yoga every morning, Nola yoga loft was so good. Even tried several chill bars🤗✨

50th Birthday Celebration
Spent 5 nights here celebrating my 50th with my husband, my sister and brother in law. The space was perfect for the 4 of us. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds and ample space. Bathroom is connected to master bedroom but has another door in the hallway for an additional entry. Beautifully decorated and comfortable to be in. Kitchen had necessities but we did not cook, only made coffee during our stay. Great restaurants close by within walking distance. The Mexican restaurant La Carreta was delicious! I highly recommend it. They did play loud music during the day that could be heard in the apartment but we were not there in the day that much and it was quite by 10:00pm. Perfect location for hopping on the streetcar and going to sites in either direction.

Great location!
The property and location were great! The only thing that we feel should be listed and renters should be aware of is that it is above a restaurant that starts playing music at about 9:00A until 11:00ish in the evening EVERYDAY so all you hear is base. If you’re sensitive to noise or want to sleep in on your vacation this may be a problem. Besides that everything about the property was great! Everything was in working order and the balcony looking over Magazine Street was beautiful.

This is a great location for walking Magazine! We were there three nights and also went to WW2 museum and all over the place. We ate at Gris Gris on the same block TWICE! Great coffee set up in the VRBO. We had everything we needed and hosts were awesome. Five star.

Was the perfect location to stay for my daughter's wedding only two blocks away! Also, in a great location for shops, restaurants, etc. Great meet up spots for friends and family. The condo is exactly as pictured - I'm a sucker for high ceilings, original wood floors, large windows AND a balcony. Marcia was always quick to respond when I had questions. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect for 4 in a great location!
We loved our stay! We had 2 night stop in NOLA on our way to Savannah with 2 mothers and 2 daughters. It was a beautifully curated, local flavor apartment with a wonderful veranda overlooking magazine street. We people watched and enjoyed a wedding procession. Location is perfect for food, coffee and shopping. Highly recommend.
