Le condo est situé dans un quartier privilégié du quartier français historique de la Nouvelle-Orléans, à quelques pâtés de maisons de Bourbon Street. L'emplacement est parfait! Comme vous pouvez le voir sur les images, le 1350 pieds carrés. condo a deux chambres avec deux salles de bain complètes. Le bâtiment, y compris l'unité, est haut de gamme. Vous ne serez pas déçu par l'hébergement ou l'emplacement! Vous êtes à distance de marche de tout ce que la Nouvelle-Orléans a à offrir! Vous êtes même à distance de marche du Super Dôme Mercedes-Benz, du Smoothie King Center et du musée Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Si vous voulez découvrir la Nouvelle-Orléans comme il se doit - cet endroit est pour vous! Si vous avez des questions, n'hésitez pas à demander. Qu'est-ce que tu attends?! Reserve maintenant!

Great Location. Perfect amenities for 2 adult couples

The property is beautifully appointed. We were even give. Sodas and water. Beds were comfortable. Only improvements I would make is more lighting in the 2nd bedroom and better window coverings in the master so it isn’t so bright first think in the morning. But even with those minor things we loved the place and would stay again. We felt very safe and we had everything we needed.

Perfect place to stay when visiting New Orleans! It was very comfortable and clean and came with little extras we weren't expecting. The owners were very responsive and even checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was also close to everything. We would definitely stay again!

NOLA Wedding Trip

First of all, Brittanie was outstanding to deal with!! We had originally booked Thursday thru Monday for our son's wedding festivities. When we later found out it was the same time as French Quarter Fest and it might present access challenges, we quickly contacted the host and asked to move our arrival to Wednesday. She was extremely gracious and accommodated the request, even though there was someone checking out that same day. The unit was extremely clean, great location and very secure. It actually was larger than the photos made it appear. Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms. I felt like the value was very fair. Check in and check out were a breeze. As far as minimal drawbacks and/or suggestions. Parking in front of the unit for loading/unloading is challenging since it is a busy area. There are plenty of long-term parking lots within a few blocks of the unit. The lighting in the master bathroom is pretty subdued so it makes putting on make-up or shaving challenging. The lighting in the living room is also subdued which is great for hanging out but rather difficult whenreading. The coffee pot uses grounds so do not bring pods. The wedding we attended was at Hotel Peter and Paul so we wanted a place relatively close to it. The map location on the VRBO site made it appear that it was right by Jackson Square, which would have been perfect, however the map location was misleading and we were much farther away. All in all, it was a great place for our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything just a walk away no need for a car. Felt like home after exploring the great city. Was very easy using the wheel chair in and out of the apartment for my husband which has ALS. Host was great!

Best location to all the things!

Location was amazing! Just a couple blocks to Bourbon and Jackson Square. Walkable to everywhere in between! Pictures are the most accurate of any VRBO that I’ve ever stayed at! Super clean, easy to access, and communication with the host was the best! Will stay here again!

Great location, great place, great communication

Truly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath, perfect for 2 couples. Loved that each bedroom had its own private bath. Great location in the French Quarter, this condo in addition to the 2 bedrooms and living room has a beautiful kitchen and laundry room. We used both during our stay. Secured entry off the street and an elevator. I really can’t say enough about this place, we really enjoyed it. I would definitely go back. Brittanie the owner is amazing. Super communication. Was on top of everything, they even gave us their “locals” recommendations for favorite restaurants in New Orleans. I have been to New Orleans 12 times and this place takes the cake. Tip: if you have never stayed in the French Quarter bring ear plugs, old buildings plus music and people everywhere, tons of construction make for a 24 hour a day noisy town. But it is just part of its charm. The French Quarter is an amazing place unlike anywhere I’ve ever been. I just love it there. Thanks for sharing your place with us Brittanie!!!

Awesome stay in a great condo!

Clean, comfortable condo in a perfect location. Historic building with many original features, very safe and secure. We had everything we could need for the five of us. Two king bedrooms for the couples and an air bed for our granddaughter. Roomy bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. The back bedroom was very quiet for sleeping. I'm very pleased we chose to stay here. We will be back!

Great place to stay in the French Quarter

If you are looking to get out of a hotel, this is the perfect location in the French Quarter. Very clean and modern, the location felt very safe. Easy access in and out of the building. Fairly quiet even though it's right in the middle of everything. We had a great three day stay. Highly recommend!

Neat in New Orleans

We had a lovely stay and the place was wonderful. No fault of the host, but VRBO does not drop the pin on the map in the correct location. It was still in the French Quarter and did not impact our stay negatively as we adjusted. The place was very clean, quiet at night, easy to access, and safe. Communication with the host was nearly instantaneous! Certainly would stay there again.

So Wonderfully Accomodating

Brittanie was definitely put in a hard spot with the major New Orleans snow storm of January 2025. Our flights were canceled and we were unable to spend the 3 nights planned but only 1 night. The unit we booked was unavailable for reasons not her fault and she was so gracious to provide other accomodations at another beautiful unit. Her communications with us were always responsive and suggestions for restaurants etc appreciated. She was 5 Star all the way! Highly recommend to anyone visiting NOLA.

New Orleans Getaway

We had a great time in New Orleans even though the snow storm shut the city down. Luckily our VRBO was warm and comfortable and we was able to make our own meals as there was no restaurants open. Our host was so helpful and made are stay great. It is convenient to every thing and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Primo French Quarter Find

This is a gorgeous place in the best location! Parking was a breeze--we're literally already planning our next visit here. Heads up: the master bedroom faces the street, so bring a noise maker or headphones. New Orleans doesn't sleep. Otherwise, it's perfect, and the owners are super responsive. (we had zero issues--just fyi!)

Very enjoyable holiday vacation

Great location and very nice accommodations. It was the perfect property for our family to enjoy the French Quarter. We were able to walk everywhere, enjoying the Quarter, Riverwalk and even nearby Marginy. It’s also very close to Canal Street, where we took the streetcar to the Garden District. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Wonderful condo!

Condo was great and just as advertised. Awesome location close to everything with an easy walk to the Quarter and the SuperDome. Unfortunately, during our stay the City began tearing up the streets in preparation for resurfacing. The noise was terrible and the building shook like we were in an earthquake.
