OMG!! This place is a must!!
I’ve stayed in NOLA a million times and I’m not sure why I never came across this place. This is the best location for a tourist , girls trip or get-away with your spouse. It’s within walking distance of every thing in the French Quarter and the street cars are literally across the street if you want to venture out. Easy check in. You literally receive a step by step process. Easy check out. No hidden fees after the fact. My only concern was what to do with luggage upon arrival, due to check in time was not until 4pm; When I text the number provided (for questions or concerns) a few weeks before, I received a speedy response of how to make arrangements with a non affiliated company who was also great. This place is Truly a hidden Gem. It’s the only place I’ll stay going forward.

It looks like I have to submit a positive review. The potential for maintenance on my unit after 8 and before 5 left me with this fabulous place that I paid for and the one I actually stayed at down the street. I don't need to be on a schedule on vacation.

Very nice room with clean modern furnishings, 11 foot high ceilings, 2 large full length mirrors, comfy sofa, nice sized mini fridge with freezer, new kitchen appliances, drip pot coffee maker that included filters and a large bag of premium coffee, large microwave, stovetop, nice dishwasher, comes stocked with Pump containers for liquid hand soap, dish soap shampoo, cond., body wash. Great room for the price, but no on-site facilities, no gym, lobby, front desk, pool, restaurants etc, This room was great for one reason, if you were to get a room like this in a high end hotel it would be 4x the price. It is a very nice 1 bed suite with an amazing shower with 2 shower heads for 2 people. Overall the place was super clean and new. Bed was super soft, but super comfy, nice pillows, plenty of bath towels (had 6 towels for a 4 night stay) TV is Amazon Fire Stick, no cable/local TV, so make sure you have an account to login into Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. Check in is annoying, I requested an early check in, didn’t get it, the door code did not work until 4:00 exactly. So, I missed that specific aspect of not having a hotel front desk for checking in several hours ahead of 4:00. My room had in interior view of the trash cans in the court yard, but there are some rooms that have a view of Canal St (I think the larger rooms have these views?). Overall I loved the suite. It was the most quietest place I’ve stayed at in my life! Which was surprising bc it is on Canal St, Bourdon

I really wanted to give this property 5 stars…but unfortunately, the door access code for the unit did not work. Resulting in me having to call to get it. It took nearly 15 minutes of being on hold and requesting a call back. However, the property is immaculate. Be sure to bring your own washcloths as there are none included with this unit. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils and glasses. No extra trash bags were included. But we ran into housekeeping on our second day, in which she provided bags. I love that there’s a room to discard trash as well as stock supplies and linen. This unit is conveniently located near Bourbon St (1 minute walk) and the view is the best! I will be back!

First But Not Last Stay with Roami!
This was an amazing stay. I took one star away from perfect for a couple/few reasons. The refrigerator wouldn’t seal and allowed our food, OJ, & coffee creamer to get warm. There was a steamer instead of an iron with no place to hang clothes to properly steam them which left my clothes wet. Property should consider including a Keurig in addition to or instead of the coffee pot. Final and maybe most important suggestion is figure out parking before you arrive! We paid money twice to literally pull in and out of parking decks before we were comfortable with the choice and the deck was close enough to have haul luggage. Spot Hero on St. Charles was the lot we used. These things weren’t major and won’t keep us from staying here again but I thought the information would be useful for other travelers and the property owners.

Great apartment but codes were all incorrect
The apartment was wonderful, location was great, and it even had an iron which I hoped for and wasn’t on the amenities list. Upon arrival the code I was sent didn’t work and I had to call to get into the apartment. On the second day of my stay the code for the building didn’t work and again I had to call. No one answered the second call and it took 15 minutes to get into the building, which was frustrating.

This location was perfect! We traveled with a group of 5 women. We felt completely safe at all times. This property is located between Royal and Bourdon on Canal Street. We had a wonderful view of the opening of those two streets. You could easily hear the noise from the street but it was fine for people watching. We used White Noise at night and was able to easily block out any night time sounds. This unit is VERY nice and VERY clean. The beds were very comfortable as well. We will definitely return to stay here.

Great Location & Easy Stay
The area is perfect. 714 is steps from Bourbon Street, which is exactly where you want to be. Not on Bourbon Street lol. Tours, bars, restaurants and the trolleys are right there. Space was clean and easy communication with the property owners. Only thing I would mention would be space for clothes or hooks. One closet wasn't enough. Other than that, I will stay again for sure.

Don’t get the balcony
First off could not get in the building had to call was on hold for awhile until someone came out the building. Then got in and the appt was not clean and patio was not clean not enough towels and wash cloths. They had to come clean again and that took away from my time on my trip. They felt that I should be ok after the cleaning that should have already been done. The balcony it’s the back of old abandoned buildings nothing to see. Sheets were dirty too had to get the beds changed also

Dislikes: (1) reservation made. after the cancelation period ended, 3 days before check-in they contacted me with a rental contract. If you sign it, then you have a play to stay. If you do not agree to the contract terms and you don't sign it and you don't have a place to stay and you don't get a refund. That's a very unethical way to conduct business. (2) floors were dirty. they needed to be mopped, just swept. (3) minimal storage for your clothes. (4) they micromanage the thermostat. If you turn too low, you will be fines. (5) stinks in the main hallway into the building (smelled like garbage) and the hallway on the upper floors where the apartment units are. (6) the alarm panel inside the front door was beeping for days. (7) the rooms are very echo-y and loud. This is due to high ceilings, are hard surfaces everywhere (plaster walls, wood floor) and very little fabric to deaden sound. (8) no local television channels. Traditional television channel options are zero or near zero (9) *NO PARKING* Likes: (1) location, location, location (2) price (3) fully stocked kitchen, fully (4) very comfortable mattress

We definitely did enjoy our stay at this unit. The unit was very close to Bourbon Street and lots of restaurants and shopping around the area. A few of the issues we had were: 1. The access codes provided. We were not able to access the unit with the code provided. We waited outside our unit door waiting on assistance from Roami. When they finally responded with the correct code, they provided a code that was completely different from what was initally given. 2. Not enough towels and toiletries. We were provided one roll of toilet paper for 4 days/3 night's. 3. Alarm noise coming into the building would not turn off. 4. Coffee pot was broken. We are coffee drinkers and we were annoyed that we had to leave our unit to buy coffee down the street each morning. Other than the above, the unit itself was great and we were very happy with the location.

This property is aesthetically pleasing. Location is amazing. Bed is super comfy. However, I'm not sure I would stay there again. The AC is not very accurate. It either keeps your room very hot or very freezing. There's nothing in between. Fridge leaks, bathroom door off the track so you can't lock it. Also, there is no place to put your clothes besides a few hangers in the closet. No dresser or anything like that. So you're living out of your suitcase for your stay. Also, the alarm in the hallway was going off our entire stay. Including the fire alarm in the whole building twice and several guests tried to reach customer service without success.
