"L'Alibi" est 2 chambres complètes avec 2 salles de bain complètes qui sont situées dans chaque chambre. Le condo de 1100 pieds carrés est équipé de toutes les commodités pour accueillir 6 personnes (matelas pneumatique fourni) et d'un surprenant réfrigérateur rempli de vos boissons préférées. "The Alibi" est situé près de la House of Blues et se trouve à quelques pas du fleuve Mississippi, idéal pour faire du shopping (Riverwalk Outlet) et à quelques pas de la célèbre rue Bourbon Street. Le marché français, qui propose des magasins et le célèbre café Du Monde, est un endroit formidable à visiter. Le condo a l'ambiance du quartier français et plus encore!

Great location!
The Alibi is a terrific place to stay. Easy walks into the French Quarter or to downtown. We had some issues accessing the building but My Southern Comfort will work out those kinks. There are no bathroom products available other than TP, so come prepared.

Excellent stay and perfect location
We had a great experience when we stayed in October 2024 for the Halloween parade. The location was perfect, the space was clean and comfortable and we would absolutely stay here again. I am a real estate agent and a little bit particular when it comes to short term rentals. I would definitely stay here again! The host was also gracious enough to ship us headphones that we left there by accident. My only complaint was that several light bulbs were out in the bathroom so it was hard to put makeup on in there but there was a lot of natural light in the kitchen so it worked out. Looking forward to our next stay!

Property not as advertised
The furnishings were nothing like what was pictured. The living room couch and love seat had been replaced with a cheap couch and single chair. The bar stools had been replaced with stools with stained seats. The dining room table chair had been replaced with cheap plastic chairs. One of the king size beds was app 6" off of the floor. They also advertised a "surprising refrigerator full of your favorite beverages". The refrigerator was empty. We are asking for a partial refund.

Long Weekend at The Alibi
Location, location, location! This spot is in the middle of it all while providing a safe and overall quite space. It was perfect area wise that allowed us to pop in regularly to freshen up or drop things off. The recommended parking is not too far and also very central so it's just as easy to check in on the vehicle or grab forgotten items. Check in itself was easy, understanding if I should use the app or the fobs was confusing and we couldn't set the fobs bc the system was still on office mode - BUT the hosts are SUPER quick to respond! One quick call, she answered right away and we were good to go. The fridge didn't work, the freezer became a fridge and even if all sides worked as norm, the ice and water dispenser do not work. I'm grateful we didn't think we'd cook or we would have lost a ton of food on day 1. We did reach out to our host after catching it, who again was very quick to respond and offered us another rental location if we were interested. We were only there for a short weekend, so we made due, but we were grateful for her offer and her attentiveness! We all agreed we'd stay here again!!

Location, location, location!
Perfect location to walk all that there is to see in the French Quarter! Don’t miss breakfast at Ruby Slipper just a few doors down. Felt secure our whole stay. Bedrooms are quiet from the street noise. We’ll stay here again!

Poor lighting in the building. Light flickers in the bed room. Slow drainage in the shower and sink in the bathroom. Need windows in living room/kitchen cleaned. Also need new window blinds, they are outdated. Again lights in living room, kitchen and dinning area are very dim, not bright enough. It took refrigerator 2 days to get cold. Thank you.

Immaculate and comfortable. Walkable to everything! Loved that our favorite breakfast place Ruby Slipper is right next door! Close to convenience stores to pick up water and snacks. Comfy beds, quiet in bedrooms, nice big bathrooms. Entire building was super clean and felt very safe. We were even allowed to check in early - very helpful! We had a lovely weekend and would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in the French Quarter
This is a great location to stay in New Orleans. The condo was exactly as listed. You can walk to anything within the French Quarter and we did! There wasn't any noise at night that we noticed and we were in bed by 10 pm. We would stay again. Just keep in mind you have to find a parking lot and the cost was $50-$65 a day.

Fantastic location!
This property looks exactly like its photos. It's smack in the middle of the French Quarter and an easy walk to most tourist destinations. It's a bit loud at night if you're early to bed people like us, but turn on the fan in your room and all the street noise disappears! Communication with management was effortless and the kitchen is well stocked with cups, utensils etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location across the street from House of Blues. Easy walk to everything. Although the street is loud, with the windows closed, you don’t hear it at all. You will get a great night sleep in a lovely condo. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice place in the middle of it all.
We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and properly stocked. Easy check in and check out. Noisy in the living room but ok in bedrooms. One bedroom had w fan that you could not have on unless the light was on too which was a bummer when keeping at night. Other than that, everything was good. Would recommend if you are looking to stay in the middle of the French Quarter.

French Quarter Vacation
We had two couples and we spent a week in the French Quarter. This condo is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to most places. Contact with management was prompt. We would recommend staying here. It could get quite noisy with the street noise. But you can't hear the noise in the bedrooms. All in all we werevery happy with this condo!
