This gorgeous boutique building is nestled near some of the best attractions the city has to offer. With unbeatable location - minutes away from Central Park, Park Ave, and 5th Ave! Bloomingdale's is a block away, along with many trendy restaurants and shops! Enjoy dinner steps away at delicious restaurants such as Sushi Seki, and grab dessert at the famous Magnolia Bakery on your way home!

This elegant studio features a modern setting with lots of space, high ceilings and natural sunlight! The home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and supreme stay! From stainless steel appliances, a renovated modern bathroom, comfy bed, and all the essentials to make your stay in New York incredible!

The space is perfect for small groups or business travelers as it can accommodate up to four (4) guests. There is more than enough closet space and the kitchen is stocked with all of the top of the line appliances!

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, complimentary essentials (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, body lotion, toilet paper) and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances - stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Additional kitchen amenities include toaster, knife set, drip coffee maker, utensils and cookware. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea to enjoy that morning breeze.

PARKING
There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend to not bring a car - there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. If you will bring a car, you may check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.

OTHER AMENITIES
The Studio comes with a 50 inch flat screen Smart TV for your streaming apps, High-Speed WiFi, basic cable TV, a nice Juliet balcony, shared washer and dryer.

Guests will have sole use of the flat during the stay.

The Upper East Side is renowned for being one of the most posh neighborhoods in New York City. Stroll through Central Museum, visit Museum Mile, and explore the countless local restaurants and specialty boutiques.

This building is conveniently located very close to the Lexington Ave Q, F, R, W, 4, 5, and 6 train lines - making your commute anywhere in the city a breeze!

• We have Smart TV with basic cable only. There are streaming apps available however, please use your own log-ins for Netflix, Hulu, etc.

MAISON BELLA HOUSE RULES

• PETS: We are a pet-friendly property! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet with a pet weight limit of 30 lbs and up to 2 pets only. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to our team to know the availability and rates of early check-in.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to our team to know the availability and rates of early check-in.

Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of equivalent to one night's stay.

• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony and rooftop. There is a smoking fine of $500.

• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.

• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes. In the occurence of such instance, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• MAILS & PACKAGES: You are free to send mails and packages to the building however, we will not take responsibility for mails, packages and deliveries. We highly recommend that you send it to the nearest pick up location.
