We have total 5 cameras installed on the listings. 1 at Front door #1, 1 at Front door #2 , 1 at driveway/side door, 1 at the back yard, 1 at back door/deck. All the devices are ON 24/7 ( Audio- Video recording) during the reservation. No cameras inside the apartment.

Trip from hell
The accommodation's were alright but we did not have control of the heating. Apparently the people who live downstairs has the only thermostat. So the first night we froze the first part of the night and the second night heat was to high. On the final day my grandkids 3-5 were running and to get back at us the people downstairs turned the heat up to where we had to open all the windows. We ended up leaving way before check out because we were sweating to death. I want all my money back. In the vrbo listing it does not say control of HVAC is the downstairs apartment. Complete nonsense

Hi , we arrived early and upon anticipation we contacted the owner to let him know also we asked for help with using the app to access the unit we couldn’t get a hold of him we contacted Vrbo customer service they gave me his direct contact info the owner told me the unit was not available not clean and his cleaning company was on there way a guy arrived with an hangover he mentioned. We waited until 2 to see if it was ready he called me and offered me another unit which was not ready but needed less cleaning he mentioned. I waited my children was very ANSI one kid had to go to the restroom so I reached back out around 2:17 he came out and told me to get the keys to the 1st floor because the unit i made for was not available I told him why didn’t Vrbo contact me and he should of contacted Vrbo to let them know what was going on . I contacted Vrbo I spoke with an representative I let her know my concerns at 2:30 she said she will reach out and they will let me know via email in regards to my concerns . I contacted the owner and asked him for a refund he did not reply I also have videos of the day of and the today 8-15-2022 we left the unit videos providing proof of the place . I told the owner I left the keys he replied back thank you , he not respond to me for an refund , the place was not suitable it was not clean it violated safety no privacy the place smelled like feces the toilet area mildew hazardous. We had to go out and use the restaurant to wash up we could not eat in the unit , I reached out to Vrbo they were no help me as customer they cared more about the host even though he breached the contract. I am not happy with stay and this will be reported Thank you Monique

Awesome stay!
My family and I stayed for 6 nights and 7 days. I was nervous and skeptical at first because I couldn't reach host, because I didn't have his direct number but the next door neighbor saw us and was so sweet!! She called host and right away he called me and everything was prefect!! The only thing I have to complain about is that the entry way is a stairway to the living area. I did not see this in the description. Once we got luggage up the stairs the house was cute, cleaned and welcoming. We had plenty room and special amenities like coffee, tea, and toiletries. When I had a problem (plugged in too many electronics, breaker flipped) I called and host answered with solution right away!! I will definitely book again!! New Jersey and NYC was great!!

Nice Stay
We enjoyed our stay here. It was close to the Meadowlands complex. Neighborhood is turning over but has some good restaurants very close, especially if you like Italian food. Parking was easy (just make sure you know the rules) on the street. Nice stay.

This place was actually pretty nice and the cameras weren’t weird at all like some of the other views. The only camera inside is the one in the kitchen, and it’s there to keep people from throwing parties. This house is right next to the train station which is amazing. Overall, we loved our stay here and highly recommend this place to others. But bring blankets cuz it gets cold at night there.

There was a Camara in the house, (creepy) no hot water, and I was waiting for access outside an unfamiliar neighborhood with my 2 small children for (10mons and 7 year old) for over 30 mins while customer service tried to get ahold of the owner for access.

About Our Stay- based on 6 guests.
The ratings were based on consensus of the 6 guests. Cleanliness was rated low because the couch 🛋 was not presentable- making it difficult for us to relax in that area. There was not adequate seating for the capacity proposed. As women, many of us didn’t feel comfortable with the camera (video/audio) being present in the general area. As requested, we left the condition of the house like we met it, even taking a video footage for proof. Thank you for having us.

Very nice and clean home
The house was very nice. Lots of attention to detail and well supplied. One door was broken off the hinge and the owner was hard to get ahold of at first. It ended up being a great stay though! Highly recommend! 👌
