Upon entry you are greeted with a cozy living room bathed in natural light making it perfect for when the weather cools off. Enjoy movie night after your day's activities on the flat screen TV with a sound system or play a game of chess or other family board games on the table nearby as well.

You will find the entire home has all new décor and furnishing creating the perfect blend of style and comfort for your stay.

In just a bit further sits the formal dining room just off the recently renovated fully stocked kitchen with a full coffee bar! Enjoy ample seating for 8 people at the dining room. Also next to the kitchen is some additional seating including bar stools, a couch and 3 chairs connected to the spacious fully fenced outdoor area.

Outside the home is a wonderful space to relax around the fire-pit and enjoy a glass of wine. There is a plush outdoor couch and seating area along with an outdoor dining table making it perfect to enjoy most any time of the year. Play corn hole or a golf game while talking about your activities you have done. Green thumbs will love the garden boxes and fruit trees!

Upstairs you will find the four spacious and wonderfully decorated bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms have a queen bed, another queen bed, and a twin over full bunk bed. These 3 bedrooms all share the second full bath. The final half bath is on the main level.

For more entertainment the garage has a table tennis, air hockey, ring toss, foosball and basketball game to play.

There is little doubt this incredible retreat will be the perfect home for you during your stay to this incredible region.

Family Fun
This property was perfect for our George Fox family weekend. The home is close to the school and close to the quaint downtown! (We enjoyed fresh waffle cones at Chapters Bookstore -highly recommend!) The home has plenty of space to spread out and our 18month old granddaughter enjoyed the toys and games available to her! The grown ups enjoyed roasting marshmallows over the fire pit and the many outdoor games provided! The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels! We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the great communication with our host Sam! Will definitely stay here again!

Great home for a group!
Nice set-up for our extended family. Our two year old granddaughter loved having her own room, with books and toys ready for her! The games in the garage were fun for her, and older cousins who came to visit. It was a fairly wet weekend, so we only enjoyed the outside area briefly. The kitchen is well stocked. Beds comfortable. Close to the Water Oasis where a family wedding was held. Awesome rental choice for us! Thanks Sam, for making it so easy and comfortable.

Holiday in Newberg!
We couldn't have asked for a better home to stay in for our visit to the Portland area. Our Navy grandson came down to WA to join his brother, mom and grandparents for Christmas. The house had plenty of room for all of us with every amenity we could ever need. The house was extremely clean and supplies were easily accessbile. Communication with host Sam was the best I've ever had with a vacation rental. The town of Newberg is worth exploring - we even walked home from a movie night at the Cameo theater (that was a hoot!). We would highly recommend staying here! Thanks Sam :)

Amazing wine retreat
I just had the most amazing weekend stay in wine country! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating and was a great communicator. Not only was the place just as described, but it was also pet-friendly which was a huge plus for me. Upon arrival, we were even greeted with a bottle of wine! Everything in the house was labeled and easy to find, plus there was an incredible online guide that made our stay even better. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Five stars all around!

The Perfect Week!
We came for my daughter's wedding, and this house was comfortable and close to everything. The garden was lovely and all the outdoor seating areas and activities gave us a great way to bond between busy preparations and many celebrations. The communication with the owner was excellent, and the ease of staying here helped compliment an absolutely perfect week. I would absolutely book again. We loved it!

A Gem in the Rough
What a great place to stay! The backyard was a little oasis with games and the ability to enjoy outdoors whether it was to eat or chill. Games were fun in the garage and took advantage of the board games. The place is close to wineries and not too far from the coast or waterfalls. The house was clean and everything worked so we could cook, bake and wash clothes.

Perfectly appointed home!
This is a lovely home! The owner has thought of everything! The kitchen has everything you need for dishes, appliances and coffee service. The house was immaculate and I was impressed with the attention to detail. The location is very convenient, but the neighborhood is old and run down. Once in the home, it didn't really matter. Sam was very professional and his communication was excellent! I would recommend this home and will stay here again when in Newberg.

Close to restaurants and stores, yet a private, quiet home with a wonderful back yard. Kind and responsive owner/manager as well. The teenagers LOVED the garage with its fun games. Also equipped with board games and all of the kitchen necessities.
