You can walk or ride your bike to the Newport Pier, Newport Park, tennis courts, grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. You can also enjoy many water-based activities such as surfing or paddle boarding, or an ocean fishing trip if any of these have ever been a dream of yours.

A well-furnished private patio has lovely places to sit and relax, or you can dine at the outside table for six. Host an evening barbecue at the end of your day's adventures.

This two-bedroom, ground-level condo of a two-home complex invites you into a gracious family room with a TV and lots of comfortable cluster seating from which to enjoy them.

A dining area for four and a modern, well-furnished kitchen with updated appliances complete this great room with slider access to the outdoor patio.

The main bedroom has an HD TV, and the second bedroom has a ceiling fan and a TV. The bedroom and bathroom are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens for your every comfort.

Other amenities include WiFi, cable, and an on-site coin-operated washer/dryer.

It is not far from freeway access if you wish to go north or south to visit any of the many world-class attractions such as Disneyland and SeaWorld. There are lots of fun things to do in Newport Beach, with attractions focused on families, couples, or trips of solitude. Outdoor enthusiasts will love miles of hiking and cycling trails, surfing, and sailing. Newport Beach activities are abundant, with the largest recreational harbor on the west coast. Visitors can choose aquatic adventures from sunset cruises to stand-up paddle boarding. Art walks, wine tastings, tours, live entertainment, and cultural venues will fill your itinerary.

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house does not have air-conditioning like most in the area.
The fireplace is not operational.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
This property is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc. and may require a Security Deposit. DRE:02160171.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place
We had a great stay! Great location, great home for a small group. The patio is really nice that it’s closed in and accommodating. Really nice that they provide beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrella. The only thing I wished is that they had a larger sofa to accommodate more comfortable seating inside the house for a movie night. Overall really great place, I would stay there again.

Great value! The condo needs cosmetic repairs, but it’s priced accordingly. It was clean, functional & the location is excellent. It’s so nice to stay right by the beach when you have small children. Bring your own beach gear. Would definitely stay again!

It is a nice location but... the refrigerator stuck like rotting fish, microwave rotation mechanism needs repair, the lock on the door to the garage would not receive code and TV in the living room was disconnected, repair people came quickly after my call to fix them. Other than that all went well.

Great beach access
The front step to get in is a doozy. Be prepared. Nightlight in bathroom is a nice touch. Enter from the alley. Numbers on the garage door would be helpful and so would be more lights. Itis the second garage on the right. To access the condo is the walkway without a gate. Bring a flashlight for night entering. Other then these minor details, the place is great. We enjoyed our selves.

Fun in the SUN in October!
The home is located in a great location however the property could use some TLC...The dated Kitchen doesn't have enough plastic /glass bowls to make side dishes, few cooking pots. They gave us 1 miniature shampoo & conditioner, and 2 mini soaps to wash our hands and bathe...most vacation rental homes offer plenty of shampoo & conditioners especially for 3 nights,(and at the beach every day)...I just feel there should be a few. The screen door is broken and would not open from the inside of the home I suggest they buy a new one. Honestly I have never complained about any-home we have stayed at ...I just want to let the management know its the simple-reasonable items that can make yours stay a bit nicer...

Frustrating
By the pictures and reviews I knew the property was dated . I was not expecting their to be broken furniture ,missing screens , broken windows that could not open or were very difficult to open, the bathtub was very old and nasty. Every day we had an issue with the house or with the upstairs neighbor who’s property was also managed by you. To start we picked this particular house because it would accept our pet , had parking, washer and a dryer . When we arrived the house was so hot unbearable , we immediately opened the windows that worked and found two working fans. We called and the management company brought us more fans the next day. It was way to hot for our pet so we needed to find a place to board the pet our first full day half of it was spent waiting for management to bring us fans and finding a place to take our dog. The upstairs neighbor was so loud that they kepted us up at night with music and partying when we asked them to turn down the music they would turn it up. Parking was a nightmare the upstairs neighbor had a revolving amount of people coming and going and they would take up all the parking on the street saving spots and leaving large spaces between their friends cars so they could manipulate parking spaces I have pictures if you would like proof. They parked in front of the shared garage daily not allowing us access to the garage to use the car that we had parked in it . My husband had to park our other vehicle 1/2 mile away each day because .more info

Great Week!
The house is actually better in person. We weren’t expecting that much from the pictures. Amazing location. Very comfortable for our family of four: I was worried about our car (Honda Pilot) fitting in the garage. We were able to fit in the shared spot easily.

Horrible Communication
I love staying at rental houses because there is usually great communication between the host and I. However this was NOT the case with this home. There was no communication with anyone besides the company sending check in information. I messaged the host multiple times asking simple questions and never got a response back. Very frustrating. The house was dingy and outdated. The only pro is the location since the beach is a block away.

Newport Beach house
The location was great and loved being able to walk to the beach. The house is small for 6 people and 1 bathroom but we made it work. Parking is also difficult since my car SUV did not fit in the garage so I had to park on the street. The biggest problem was the noisy visitors upstairs up all night. We had a great weekend and I would definitely go back to Newport Beach but would definitely stay somewhere a little bigger.

The property was less than 300 feet from the beach, and no streets had to be crossed to get there. The property was aging, but fairly well maintained. People up stairs were nice, but noisy to the extent that it sounded as if furniture was constantly being moved. The unit needs to be updated and new furniture acquired.

Location was outstanding, but the unit is sub-par at best.
The property is very run down and musty smelling. Several appliances, including the ice maker doesn’t work (despite several reviews pointing this out), dishwasher (inoperable) and most lights/bulbs were completely out. Damaged furniture, outlets and an overall grungy feeling. The listing does not indicate that the laundry is coin op, and getting coins is nearly impossible. Not to mention, they ask to start a load of laundry upon check-out at the guests expense (unheard of!). Very unfortunate, as the location is impeccable. Just needs some serious updating. Very surprising that this would even qualify for a Vacasa caliber property….

Very disappointed
When we got there the screen door on our slider was so broken it was just leaned up against the building. There were tons of scrapes and scratches and holes in the walls, the kitchen counters had not been cleaned and I don't know if the headboard was just leaned up against the wall but I had to put a couple of towels behind it to keep it from bashing up against the wall. For such a well to do area this property was not up to par at all! The pictures make it look really nice but that's just not the case. Oh, and the shared laundry, is coin operated washer and dryer, COIN OPERATED! IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE STAYING UPSTAIRS THERE IS NO WAY TO AVOID THEM SOUNDING LIKE A HERD OF ELEPHANTS. THEIR STAIRWELL TO GET UPSTAIRS RUNS DIRECTLY OVER THE COUCH IN THE FAMILY ROOM DOWNSTAIRS, BEYOND LOUD LOL

Great location!!
Maybe 100 steps from the beach. I sipped coffee on the beach every morning enjoying the beautiful newport coast sunrises. The accommodations were cozy, and the location was top notch, minutes from the Newport Pier and shopping. Walking distance from the grocery store and great restaurants!! We will be back for sure.
