Welcome to Pier View Unit A, located on the Balboa Peninsula, this Southern California vacation rental is right in the heart of the vibrant city of Newport Beach. Enjoy upscale shopping, beautiful beaches, or hop on the Balboa Ferry to enjoy an afternoon on Balboa Island. Perfect for those seeking a blend of relaxation and excitement. This unit is steps to the beach, and a walking distance to bike rentals, coastal bike trails, the Balboa Ferry, dining, and the Newport Beach Pier.

This unit has a gorgeous ocean view with a porch sitting area. It is fantastic for those with children or a getaway for adults. It is equipped with a fully functional kitchen including appliances, quart tabletops, a dining room, and wood throughout the unit. There are two bedrooms in this condo. The master bedroom contains a queen bed and an adjoining bathroom. The other bedroom includes two queen-sized beds. Both rooms come equipped with ceiling fans and flat screen tv’s for comfort. For easy parking, a spot in the garage is reserved specifically for guests. Along with the parking place, this unit comes with a free washer and dryer, high speed internet, beach toys, towels, and chairs. Make traveling with young children easier using the provided highchairs and pack-n-play.

Experience the beach lifestyle with easy access to the sand, nearby restaurants, and shops. Discover the charm of Newport Beach, enjoy seaside dining, and browse unique boutiques. This lively beach community offers plenty of options for relaxation and adventure.

A local experience by the pier is the seafood market that runs from Wednesday through Sunday. Make sure to get there early as they open at 6am and are only open until they sell out. The Sunday farmers market is also notable for its natural produce, artisan jewelry and artwork, as well as fresh pastries and breads. The local vendor pop-up shops are open on Sundays from 9am-1pm. Huntington Beach Pier and Pelican Hill Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Crystal Cove State Park and Orange County Great Park. Consider The Observatory for a night out or Newport Harbor Nautical Museum if traveling with kids.

Being able to see the beach from the balcony and the living room was amazing. Beautiful sunset views. Also, the property was walking distance to shops and restaurants, which made the location even more convenient. Layout of the property was perfect, it was clean and had everything we needed.

We have stayed in Newport Beach before and chose this condo due to its location, ocean view, proximity to the pier and garage parking. It checked all those boxes and more!! Communication was great and it was a lovely stay.

Cute little place that was perfect for our family with two teens. The location is ideal as everything is within walking distance. Very impressed with the communication during the booking process and check in process. My questions were always answered in a quick manner and they were very responsive. Great vacation rental!

Great property in a fantastic location!
Everything with our stay at this property went incredibly well. From the flexibility in checking in, to timely communication with the folks at OC Furnished Rentals, it was a true pleasure. The property was clean, well-stocked, comfortably furnished, and in an amazing location, less than one block from the beach. The outdoor balcony had a great view out to the ocean and the Newport Beach pier and was comfortable for two people. We only had a rental car for two days, but the secure garage was a bonus for the car and for the bikes that we rented for the week. The property even came with some useful beach equipment (a couple of boogie boards, a cooler, beach chairs, and some other fun items). The location was ideal for quickly getting on the walking / biking path and it was only a few minutes walk from shopping, dining, ice cream, night life, etc. And only a block away from bike / surf rentals and a 7-Eleven. The electronic locks were easy to use and effective. We will definitely plan to return to this property in the future!

Property manager allowed us to check in early. Property is one block from the beach. The weather was awful, cold and rainy, so next time maybe we will go later in the year. Sun is supposed to shine next week though, so you never know what you will get in January.

Great location but stealing your money
Loved the location of this property! Being from Newport Beach I thought this place was in the perfect location. The place was very pleasant and clean besides the sheets on the beds and the bath towels. They seemed to be stained with bleach and looked old and used. The shower to the master bathroom was so clogged you could not even take a shower without it filling up. After checking out of this property I soon to get an email and a charge of saying that sheets were stained and towels too. We were not even at the property to stain anything nor spent that much time at the place. We did NOT eat one meal in there, go to the beach, or having any children with us. I proceeded with an email back stating that it was misunderstanding that it could not of been us or mistaking it for another unit but I could not even get an email back. Be careful with staying here they might charge with stains or whatever it is just to get your money.

Loved as always!
We have booked this place every Labor Day for the past several years and love it every time. So close to the beach and the restaurants. This year there was a heat wave and the AC broke the last day. It wasn’t able to get repaired so it made for a rough day and night, but otherwise a great place to book.

Excellent property and location!
Had a wonderful trip. The property itself was fabulous and the location could not be beat! One note to future renters - the title says "three bedroom" but is actually three beds in two bedrooms. If you read the description it does detail this accurately, only the title is incorrect. I didn't realize until after I booked. Still plenty of room for the five of us! Tons of amenities including boogie boards and beach toys! I truly did not need to pack anything but sunscreen! Also there was plenty of on-street parking in addition to one spot in the garage. The garage spot was a little tight as the rental agency upgraded us to a large SUV and the other renters in the building had the same car! A midsize SUV or a minivan would have fit without concern. We were able to park in the garage but I had to let everybody out before I parked! Not a big deal at all but if I realize that I might have said "no" to the upgrade at the airport LOL! Overall a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this property anybody.

The floor was really dirty, but it was a pretty clean. Beds were nice. Living area was nice. Beach access was perfect. Comes will all the things you need for the beach. There were sketchy men trying to get in our door at 11pm. We called the police.

The perfect place for us
Everything about this place was spot on. The view was great; we spent a lot of time on the small deck just taking it all in. The listing pictures are accurate; the unit was well supplied in the kitchen, and in the bathrooms. Our beds were comfortable, including the assortment of pillows to find the perfect one. We enjoyed excellent weather during the week too which only enhanced our stay. The only glitch was the electronic door code did not work for us upon arrival. However, we were able to reach someone immediately at OC Rentals who reset the code and made sure we got in to the unit. Looking forward to staying here again next time we are in the area.
