This 2021 built townhome on Gull Lake has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a two-car garage making this the perfect home to host multiple families. 3,250 square feet and three levels allow plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Sleeps 17. Enjoy your own private fire pit, patio, grill area and pool table in the lower level.
The home is part of the Causeway on Gull Resort. . The resort has both indoor and outdoor pools with hot tubs and a sauna at the outdoor pool house. A short stroll down the wooded trail past your private fire pit, the indoor pool building and the Causeway Clubhouse have a selection of arcade games plus ping pong and foosball.
The home rental includes a dedicated boat slip on Gull Lake. There is plenty of room for trailer parking so you can bring your own boat and have space to park the ice castle in the winter months. If you prefer to rent a boat there are two options right on-site with YourBoatClub and LakeFunRentals plus several other local off site boat rental options. You can get anything from a fishing boat or performance tri-toon to jet skis. In any case, you will have your own slip at Causeway next to Zorbaz in the heart of the Gull Lake Chain for the duration of your stay at no added cost.
Six Smart TVs are waiting for you to enter in your login info so you can access all your favorite shows and rent/stream a family movie in the evening.

Booking Process:
Once you find your dates, simply book online to reserve your stay. 50% of the reservation cost is due at the time of your booking with the remainder due two weeks prior to your arrival. Your payment is refundable up until two weeks before your stay.
Two weeks prior to your stay, your credit card will automatically be charged for the balance owed to get you paid in full. At that time. you will receive an online check-in form to complete via email, enter your info and we will email you your check-in instructions with directions, your front door code, wi-fi info, etc. That's it! When it's time for your trip, you won't be wasting valuable vacation time at a front desk waiting to check-in. Just hit the road and head straight to your unit.

Family getaway...all women.
The property exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well stocked in the kitchen to prepare a variety of meals. We loved the 3 levels as that allowed everyone to have space if they needed for quiet time. The group voted to start making this an Annual trip...and we hope to add a few more next year. The hosts were very responsive to my many questions.

Family Vacay
This is our 4th family vacay and we loved it. The house was spacious and clean. We were wishing for window treatments on the main floor living room and lower level slider. Nice stay
The townhome was nice. Spacious for everyone. We do an annual family trip every winter and brought the ATV and snowmobile out. Very Pleased we were able to use the garage so we didn’t have to leave them outside. The home was cozy, beds were a little too stiff but slept fine, area was quiet and lots of parking space was available. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, cups, plates and seasonings. There’s also a pool area with a hot tub and sauna down the hill from the townhome. Overall a good stay.

We have a group of friends who get together every year for a weekend for the past 7 years. We all said that this location was the best we've been to so far! It was clean, convenient and the perfect location! John answered the only question I had very quickly. It is such a nice place- extremely spacious and nice! We will definitely be back.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our group. Comfortably slept all 10 of us with plenty of room to spare. Great location easy to get to all the lakes and walking distance to Zorbas. I'm sure we'll be back up there again next year.

The home is beautiful. There is a pretty bad leak from the toilet in the kitchen bathroom. Toilet paper was lacking, and we already got more by the time we found out where there was more.But all and all you have a very nice place.Thank you.
