The Space:
River Oasis Tiny House is situated in the charming timber town of Noojee, renowned for its historic Trestle Bridge. This iconic bridge offers visitors stunning views of the surrounding countryside and serves as a popular destination for photography enthusiasts and history buffs alike.

If you're feeling adventurous, make sure to swing by Neerim South, the nearest town, to pick up some local produce. A snug 139-square-foot tiny home is nestled on a flat grass area, offering convenient parking. Positioned in front of an Oregon plantation, with a river flowing behind, the serene surroundings provide a picturesque backdrop for your stay.

It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

NOTE: Please be advised that there will be other guests on the property. A second tiny house named "River Haven" sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.

- Expect truck noise on the property
- Strictly No Pets Allowed inside or outside
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas
- Telstra has a good signal while the rest have no signals
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.  
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban period
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
