Look no further! This great family home is all you need for the perfect getaway to Aruba.
The home is located right behind the hotel strip of Palm Beach, so you can enjoy the beach and same scenery as the hotel guests, only with so much more privacy and space!

The pool area is a dream!
Enjoy wonderful dinners with your family on our large covered patio.
Our landscaping is tropical and the yard is completely private.
Plenty of loungers by the pool to catch some sun, a great gas BBQ to cook dinners for your family, a hammock, very large dining table, a cabana, we have it all.

Our living area with kitchen has an open floor plan and has beautiful light, large sliding doors looking out over the patio and the pool.
This home will not feel crowded with 6 or even 6 guests with 2 little ones.
Our living area/kitchen is airconditioned and has a large smart TV.

The kitchen is a decked out with all you need to cook any meal at home, so you can save a bundle on eating out, gas stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, you name it. We leave a welcome package with coffee, tea, suger, spices and more!

Our 3 bedrooms all have a TV and airconditioning. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom in the hallway. Our bedrooms have a KING, a QUEEN, and the third room has 2 QUEEN beds.

Furthermore, our home has WIFI, a great alarm system, a Safe to store your valuables and you can park at least 2 cars on the driveway .
We supply 6 great Tommy Bahama Beach chairs and a cooler.
Beach towels, bedding and bath towels are all inlcuded.

We have a laundry area with a great washer and dryer so you can pack light!

Our home is great for a romantic gettaway, the backyard has beautiful lights and the pool area is very private.

The house is also SUPER child friendly. Everything is sturdy, nothing breaks easily, kids can run around and you can relax. Plenty of shade to get away from the sun.
Most important is that you can see the pool from inside the house and on the covered porch, so you can easily keep an eye out for the kids. The bedroom with 2 beds has Queen beds so they can sleep apart from eachother and have plenty of space. Furthermore we have a ton of board games, we have sand toys and pool toys, some floats. Yard is completely fenced so it is a safe environment.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

There is a cleaning fee of $225 USD for the cleaning after your stay. *This is not charged through VRBO.
This cleaning fee needs to be paid in cash at check in (*your payment for the rental goes to the home owner in America, the cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have that paid out separate and on location).

We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.

Long Weekend Stay for a Wedding at the Marriott
This was a beautiful home that was a perfect location for a wedding and related events happening at the Marriott. It was a short-ish walk from the house to the hotel once we figured out the path that crossed the lagoon. (Access to the path is not on the street the house is on but rather the street that runs parallel behind the house. Walk to the end of that street and head for a utility box and the path starts just behind that.)We loved the pool and outdoor space especially but would advise those susceptible to bug bites to bring repellent and hydrocortisone cream as the mosquitos are fierce - even with the constant wind and friendly iguanas! The house is super clean, had everything we needed and is as advertised. Daniel was so helpful during checkin and everyone we encountered lived up to the hype of a “happy island” residents. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place!
We have rented several times from the Marin family, and this was our favorite house. Everyone is incredibly kind and responsive. The check-in was a breeze with Daniel and went seamlessly well with Jose during checkout. It’s a great house and we had a great time.

40th Birthday Shindig
Some of my friends and I rented this place for my 40th birthday. It is in the PERFECT location - close to everything, but quiet and off the beaten path if you want it. Lovely pool, open floor plan so we could all be together. Small things like the portable speaker, multiple sets of towels, and the extra security system were nice touches.

A nice home in a decent location. Nothing fancy.
This is a clean, somewhat dated, property in a good location near the Marriott at Palm Beach. The property is spacious with 3 nice sized bedrooms. The pool in the back is lovely. Lots of chairs to sit by the pool. It may or may not be a short walk to the beach. There are mud flats that are easily walkable unless there was been rain recently, in which case you can’t walk through them. If you can’t walk through the mud flats the beach is a long walk away. (If you can it’s 10 minutes maximum). The air conditioning was good (there was a mishap the first night but fixed the next morning). We liked it. We recommend it. We had a great week. But it’s nothing fancy.

Girls week and wedding
Loved the location with a 5 minute walk to the Marriotts across the street (where the wedding was)and beach. It was perfect for the 4 of us and esp having the pool right there for after our day trips to cool off. There is a small grocery store in under a 10 minute walk around the block that has much of what you might need. You can also have a food delivery from Super food plaza after you arrive. We used Taxi's when we needed which average about $10 plus tips, so on our week we spent less then $250, way less then a car. Special Thanks to Daniel who watches over things and always answered us right back if we had an issue. Would love to stay again if back to Aruba....Miss the weather already

We enjoyed this comfortable house in the Palm Beach area for a couple of days after leaving our time share rental. The house was impeccable, the pool and patio area and covered porch were relaxing and a great place to unwind for happy hour! Wish we could have stayed longer. Property managers were prompt with their replies and made sure our check-in was easy and quick. Hope to be back!

Great Rental For Wedding Weekend!
We rented this property the night before and night of our wedding. There was plenty of sleeping room for the bridal party the night before the wedding with lots of common room area! The day of the wedding there was lots of space to get ready and the backyard was a beautiful place to take pictures! The night of the wedding we walked with ease and comfort from the Marriott to the villa in about 10 mins! When returning to Aruba, this is definitely a Villa I would consider staying at again!

We chose this property because of the proximity of where we were staying at the Marriott Surf Club before we moved over. The home was very clean, full of all the amenities you would need and more. We had our own pool which was nice after sharing a pool with lots of people. There were beach chairs there that we took to Baby Beach. The kitchen was very large and a nice big table for everyone to eat at. The Hosts and their caretaker were very nice and easy to work with. Daniel even got us a nice big taxi to take to the airport so we could all ride together. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us. Denise

The property was phenomenal, clean, spacious with every necessary accommodations that you wouldn’t even expect that vacation home should have , but of course they went extra and made sure that the guests felt like home ! Great location! Walking distance to the beaches and Palm Beach area nightlife. Plus a pet friendly home!!! Backyard was great. House and pool were very clean. Daniel the property manager was very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we got to stay a little longer in the house instead of sitting at the airport. I would rent again!!
