Perfectly placed within walking distance of North Conway Village and Cranmore Mountain Resort, this newly renovated, four-bedroom home will place the best of New Hampshire at your fingertips in each and every season. Whether you're a skier, a leaf-peeper, or two families vacationing together, you'll feel right at home here, thanks to two living areas, two full kitchens, and a wood-burning fireplace to toast your toes after a day spent exploring. In the summer months, you can light the gas grill for summer barbecues on the spacious deck; come winter, you'll have a flatscreen cable TV to watch as your wool socks and ski gear spin in the private washer/dryer. At night, you'll find two bedrooms and a full bathroom on each of the two levels - two queen bedrooms upstairs and a queen bedroom and another room with a set of bunk beds downstairs.

What's nearby:
This home is located half a mile east of the heart of North Conway Village, allowing you to easily shop tax-free, dine, catch a ride on the Conway Scenic Railway, or tee off at the North Conway Golf Course. Cranmore Mountain Resort, offering 56 trails, nine lifts, and 170 acres of terrain, is only a quarter-mile up the road, while other popular mountain resorts - Attitash (nine miles west), Wildcat (19 miles north), and Bretton Woods (31 miles northwest) - are a short drive away. Spend a fun-filled day with your kids at Story Land (seven miles north) or take a fall drive to remember on the nearby Kancamagus Highway, one of the most famous routes in the country for autumn foliage.

Vacasa Poor Property Manager
We encountered heating problems and placed 3 calls to Vacasa. Each time we were informed that a local manager would contact. We received no communication from the local Vacasa property manager. They did arrange for a technician to investigate the issue, but that was 8 hours after our first call. We called subsequent to our stay to speak with a local property manager, and still have no response. Bottom line is don't rent if Vacasa is property manager-if you have a problem, you won't get good customer service.

Perfect for our 4 generations
This house is perfectly located to get to the heart of North Conway and other close attractions, but sits in a quiet neighborhood without any traffic. We were all comfortable as the home is spacious and there is plenty of room to gather as a group and also to have your own quiet space when needed. We all loved it.

Great time with family!
This was a great place for our group of 6 adults to stay. House was clean, well kept and had plenty of room. Great location for hikes, trails and close to town. The water wasn't on when we arrived with no instructions but we easily figured out how to get it going. Would highly recommend and we would go back.

Great stay & location!
Our group of friends had a wonderful time at this house. Well stocked kitchen and grill made for a nice evening. And it's super close to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown North Conway. Also close to hikes and Gorham where we rented off road vehicles. Would recommend this house to groups!

Great location, quiet, homey
Very functional property with easy access to northern NH sites. It was clean and comfortable. It could use a simple manual to explain things like how to use the tv/cable setup, how to vent the fireplace so that the house doesn’t fill with smoke (hint: turn the knob about 20 turns clockwise). Also, the mechanism to divert water in the bsmt tub is broken. These are minor things that the managing company should consider addressing.

Great location in North Conway
Great location walking distance to Cranmore and downtown. Good space for 6. When I arrived I received a text asking if everything was ok. I responded that the house (floors) could have been cleaner and there was a pungent odor of smoke from the fireplace through-out the house. (The bedroom bedding and bath towels were clean and fresh.) A representative called back within a couple of minutes and offered to send a cleaning crew out. I told them I would air the house out and call in the morning if needed. We opened the windows spayed some air freshener and left for a dinner reservation. The next morning everything was fine, but it was comforting to know that a cleaning crew was only a phone away if needed. The rest of our family arrived and we enjoyed our stay.

North Conway Cranmore House
The location of this was AMAZING. And it was as described in the listing There are a lot of sharp concrete edges and the knives in the kitchen were low at toddler height. So not exactly what I would call child friendly. But everyone had plenty of room. The oven did not appear to be properly cleaned and when we put taco shells in to warm it caused a serious smoke issue. Overall a good stay for the price and we would stay again.

Excellent stay. Great Location
This property was perfect for our group. To have two floor living / sleeping was perfect for two couples. Plenty of privacy and the house was very clean. Just minutes to downtown and Cranmore Mountain. Only complaint, NO ICE in the freezer. No ice maker that we could figure out, so we had to buy bags of ice. Another slight down fall was no wood for the awesome fireplace. We came prepared though and brought our own. Overall, excellent property. We will be back!

We had a wedding just over the line in ME. Stayed at this house before and live the location.
Love this spot and space house provides. Some aggravating issues were lights not working. We would have fixed if bulbs were there. Very disappointed that streaming TV service does not allow us to watch local news. Guess we are old school but like to see weather and local stories. From: the Boomers
