The BEACH is my HAPPY PLACE! FIRST FLOOR!!! Newly renovated - 1 mile from the beach! This is your perfect place for a great vacation and your happy place! Peaceful, very comfortable, new flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms. Entire home had popcorn ceilings removed and replaced with nice smooth finish ceilings and new paint throughout. Highly desired first floor unit. Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, condo phone, community pool, hot tub, grill, volleyball court, basketball court as well as a shuttle to the beach!

Unit 313 is an updated 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo in the gated River Crossing section of Barefoot Resort. This lower-level unit is handicap accessible with no steps. The condo is fully furnished and sleeps 6 people. Fully stocked kitchen for all your needs. The living room is large, featuring sliding doors which lead to the patio overlooking the pond. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed while the 2nd bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The couch offers a sleeper sofa and there is also an Areo Bed queen size mattress. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and linens/towels are included in your stay. Spacious layout with large patio for relaxing while looking out at the beautiful pond and enjoying the relaxing breeze.

ONE OF THE BEST LOCATIONS in North Myrtle Beach, convenient to shopping, dining, golf, and the beach. Barefoot Landing is located at the resort entrance! Centrally located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach close to hundreds of restaurants, shops, putt putt golf, and entertainment options for everyone! Barefoot Resort offers four championship golf courses, Barefoot Marina with Putters Pub & Restaurant right next to the driving range. Great amenities at Barefoot!

River Crossing is located on Barefoot’s championship Greg Norman Golf Course. The community pool, grilling and picnic area is not far from the building. Barefoot Resort has a huge saltwater pool which is located behind the North Tower next to the Marina Bar and Grill. There is a free shuttle to the beach provided by Barefoot Resort in the spring and summer months. A schedule is provided upon arrival. Barefoot Resort offers 4 golf courses, clubhouses, transportation to the beach, and is minutes to Barefoot Landing - which has many stores, restaurants, and attractions to enjoy. Check out the House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Duplin Winery, Lulu's Restaurant, Flying Fish, Greg Norman’s Australian Grill and much more. There are also fireworks every Monday night in the summer season. The beach is a mile away, and there is plenty of public parking if you don't want to use the shuttle.

This property is non-smoking; pets, motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are not allowed. Discounts are available for monthly seasonal rentals. Renters must be 22 years of age or older with valid driver's license.

Short weekend getaway

The host has great communication and responds quickly. The location is great . The condo was very clean. The kitchen did have some sort of smell and some gnats but I think it is from the food disposal. It would be nice to have some sort of information about the resort and what is available, like the location of the pools, the shuttle schedule and pick up locations and the location of the trash compactors . Again the stay was great the host is wonderful. Just some suggestions in what would have helped us alittle .

Great quiet place to stay, the host was overly accommodating. It was the perfect slow down spot for the end of our long trip to Myrtle for the first time. Highly recommend staying in the great community. Neighbors were great and helped me out with some syrup the morning I was leaving so I didn’t have to go to the store

Easy check in process. Host was quick to respond to any question and the property was really nice. Perfect location if you dont want all the beach traffic and noise, but gives you quick access to everything. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms updated and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and if baseball brings us back, we will rebook.

Condo was exactly as described. Easy to get to the main road where everything is located, while you are still “tucked” back in a peaceful neighborhood. The owner was easy to contact and communicate with. I definitely recommend this place and will be back again!

Short Getaway!

Everything was beautiful and as expected. My only issues were that the owner was away and had no backup plan for someone to assist with a leaking HVAC and no dishwasher pods. We washed them by hand during the stay and dealt with a wet carpet.

Nice clean condo in a great location!

We love Barefoot resort in north myrtle beach. This 1st floor condo was perfect for us. Close to many attractions and restaurants. Will definitely stay again. Marilyn our host was very responsive and great to work with.

Problematic

On arrival, toilet holder broke, screen in disrepair, water accumulated in refrigerator. Refrig quit working for 3 days. Lost everything in freezer. No help from owner to bring us a cooler or ice. I purchased 6-7 bags. We were reimbursed for loss of meat and ice. Tv crew rebooted tv and replaced router. When we left, all was working as she did respond to problems. Figured we overpaid and deserved a rebate. Left premises 4 days early. Would have left around 2 week mark if we got a refund. Owner was amiable.

Quick Beach stay

The place was beautiful, very clean and in a great location. Away from the huddle and bustle, but still close to everything. Check in was a little off, the front gate wouldn’t open without a card. My sister had to come let us in because she had previously checked in. Overall it was a great experience and a beautiful place to stay!
