Summary:
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The Oakey Dokey is a dog friendly, detached 3 bed, 2 bath home, that sleeps 10 with a saltwater luxury pool!

Amazing outdoor area w/2 TVs and dining area for 10. Kid's space with Xbox and Wi-Fi. All linens are included. PLUS, walking or cart to the beach (~4 blocks).

6 seater gas golf cart rental: $350 per week.
Renters must be 25+, ID Required.

Pet Fee**: $25 per day, per pet (Max limit: 2 dogs, photos required) Restrictions may apply. This charge will be added after booking.

You will have full access to the house minus a couple closets and storage spaces. It is all yours to enjoy!

The Neighborhood:
This is a very residential neighborhood that is quiet and serene, but in the heart of it all! The setting of this home is what makes it great! Due to being neighborly and respectful to local residents, no parties or events are permitted at any time.

The home is off of 39th Ave S and is on a road that takes you directly to the emerald ocean! The Oakey Dokey is about 4 blocks from the ocean.

Getting Around:
You are able to walk or ride to shopping, beach access, restaurants, drug stores, Starbucks, and more!

A 6 seat gas golf cart is available for rent for the week for $350 directly with us to save you time and money!

Other Things to Note:
We are one of the only rentals in the immediate area which is one of the best features of this home. With that said, being neighborly is an expectation our our guests and quiet hours observed and enforced in North Myrle Beach from 11pm to 7am.

This property has cameras (on the front of the property) and noise monitoring in place.

Everything you need!
We had a wonderful time! We have stayed at many VRBO properties nationally and Internationally, and this one was the cleanest and perfectly stocked with everything you need and more. The communication with the property manager was the best we have ever had. The thoughtfulness and kindness were above and beyond. We will be returning again for even longer. Everything about this property was excellent!

A little piece of paradise
I can’t say enough about our stay, from the moment we walked into the house and found dog toys, a bed, treats and even a blanket with our dogs name embroidered on it to snacks on the table for us humans. The pool was absolutely beautiful and perfect and so close to the beach too. Close to shops and restaurants that were easily accessible by the golf cart or just to walk to as well. Tim was there to answer any questions I had and responded immediately. I highly recommend staying here for a beautiful relaxing vacation!!

This property was as described. A very nice house with a great pool. Very comfortable for our group of 6 adults, a baby and a small dog. Very clean and well maintained. A short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very helpful and did a fantastic job of creating a welcoming place

In 10+ years of using VRBO/etc, best experience I have had
Best experience I have had using VRBO/etc. The host was so conscientious and thoughtful. The property: When my family arrived, everything thing was turned on and ready for us (Pool lights and jets, house lights, etc). The host is obviously obsessive about detail and experience, and really has thought of all the amenities. The house isn't just built, but everything is new or well thought out. Game room for the kids, Work area with extra monitor. Snacks for us when we arrive. What really blew me away, he had messed and asked for my dogs name prior to arrival. When I got there, she had a Blanket monogrammed with her name, new toys and treats in package, and a bowl with a bottle of water in it, and a dog bed! (He washes the couch covers after each visit of a pet). The house was amazing. The host was so extremely thoughtful and checked on us after arrival and wished us well on leaving. It is obvious he cares about experience. I am not overstating it when I said it is the best experience I've had when using VBRO and other services. Great value and experience and will gladly stay again!

Summer vacation
We were blown away the moment we booked by the kindness and service Tim gave us. When we initally booked the credit card denied bc my husband didnt approve the purchase text he got since he was at work. Tim called to let us know and told us no rush he would hold the reservation until my husband got off work and had the time and that he could call him personally. Check in was a breeze. When we got there vacation started immediately music was playing outside and inside, pool sparkling clean, house meticulous with a table full of snacks for our kids! The house was stocked with everything we needed (even the baby) and not just enough to get you through day one but the week so you weren't wasting time at the store to buy dish soap or laundry soap. Tim even checked it on us a few hours after checkin to be sure things were up to our expectations and sent food recommendations and fun events for the kids. By far the best VRBO rental and customer service we ever had. Oh and the beds, sooo comfortable!

Best experience at North Myrtle Beach so far
There were 7 of us who stayed and it was amazing. This is the first time I have stayed in a house and this surpassed any of the other times we have been to NMB. To come home to a private pool after 4 or 5 hours at a crowded beach was amazing. We spent very little on evening entertainment because there was plenty to do at the house and pool. We had a great time and the neighbors were great I spoke to them several times during the trip. Tim the property manager was also very nice and helpful and all the little touches from an embroidered blanket for our dog to the snacks on the table was wonderful. The house was very clean and well taken care of and the location to the beach was awesome as well. The use of the golf cart was also a highlight for my grandkids. Can not say enough good things about the week we spent here and how great it was. We will for sure be staying at this home again in the future. Well worth the extra money for all the privacy and the awesome pool.

Wonderful stay!
This place is wonderful! We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back again next year! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Had a beautiful private heated pool and nice golfcart available for us to use! Nice outdoor area to enjoy! Beach was only couple blocks away in a quiet neighborhood and was not crowded, but close enough to lots of restaurants and attractions! Excellent communication with the owner...who was always helpful and quick to respond with anything we needed. This place did not disappoint! It's called the "Oakey Dokie"...but it's more than OK ...it's perfect for us!

Okey Dokey - Perfection Plus
There is only one word to describe Okey Dokey . . . WOW! We found absolutely nothing we did not like about this property or the management company who took care of us! Location was phenomenal and close to all you might need or want. Fully equipped kitchen plus a grill on the deck. The private salt water pool was delightful (we had heated) so enjoyed the pool area every day in mid-April to early May. Tastefully decorated, lovely neighborhood and purple mattresses on every bed for wonderful, restful sleep after a fun-filled day at the pool or the ocean only a few short blocks away. We were welcomed with snacks for us and our small dog among many other thoughtful touches throughout the home. The management team certainly aims to please here! Can’t go wrong with this property! In fact, we have already booked three weeks for next year! Is it obvious? I just can’t say enough about how much we loved it here at Okey Dokey!

The property really made you feel at home. Comfortable beds, every kitchen essential you needed from spices to utensils and plates along with cleaning supplies. Pool was awesome even with the shedding of trees. The kids could not get enough swimming. Tim is super communicative and an exceptional host. Only down side is we didn’t have more time there! Thank you Tim for having an awesome property and being the best host. My family enjoyed the vacation.

Thanksgiving Break
House is placed perfectly between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach with basically direct access to main corridor for all things between the two. House was great and the pool was awesome (paid for the pool heat) allowing us to swim out entire trip even with cooler temperatures outside. House was stocked with essentials to stay and what a great surprise to have some snacks waiting for us when we arrived. Would recommend for your next trip!

AWESOME property and owner
This place is great. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood and is literally a short golf cart ride from everything you could want. Home was immaculately clean, air conditioning was cold, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware, and the pool was amazing. We really couldn't ask for anything more. The owner was incredibly accommodating and made himself available 24/7. Great property and great host. Book with confidence!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Oakey Dokey. The house was nicely decorated, kitchen well equipped, and the outdoor space we enjoyed every day. Our favorite place was definitely at the beautiful pool! This pool did not disappoint especially with the size and depth and wading area. Neighbors were very nice and the ocean was just a short ride in the golf cart. Great access to shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property.

We had an impromptu girls trip to the beach and stayed at the Oakey Dokey. I could not have asked for a better place to have stayed. The space was perfect, from the oversized couch, to the most comfortable beds and the heated private pool. It was so nice to unwind and relax. Property management was a pleasure to work with and made checking in and out a breeze. We are already planning our next trip!

Awesome stay! Exactly as pictured.
Beautiful property in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and bars nearby. A short walk to the beach but we found ourselves mostly hanging out by the gorgeous pool. Nicely equipped kitchen for cooking. We had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Happy Place!
What a fabulous property! The pool area is beautiful! It has a shallow space with water chairs and an umbrella for those who don't want to get in the pool but still enjoy it. So thoughtful! Fully stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable beds and spacious living areas make this a perfect place for families to vacation. We will be back!!

Fantastic place to stay.
This was a great choice. Location to beach so convenient in walking distance but we rented the golf cart :). There were spaces for everyone to enjoy. The kids had there own space to relax and play games. Loved the private balcony lounge area off of the the bedroom on the top floor. There was almost always someone in the pool, it was fantastic to have it heated. We were able to enjoy it even when the sun wasn’t out. The outdoor dining area was also a great space. I would definitely recommend this house and we will be back!!

Amazing Pool!!!
My family and I were looking for a relaxing destination and this hit the mark. The house was newly renovated and was beautiful. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that was close to the beach and everything else you could imagine… restaurants, shopping, nightlife and golf courses. I’ll say again the pool is amazing! The property management was great to deal with and made everything very easy for me. The option of renting a golf cart from them was fantastic. I would definitely rent here again and would recommend to others.
