Our ocean view villa is the ideal vacation home for families, groups, and golfers! Located right on Ocean Drive and just across the street from the ocean, you have a partial ocean view from both balconies of our 2 story villa. Take a peek at the ocean, watch strolling passersby or slip down to the beach and have your toes in the sand in seconds. There is a pool downstairs as well as a large oceanfront pool deck with hot tub and outdoor shower for your use. Take the family fishing, or relax by the pool for some much needed sun and swimming. The Cherry Grove Pier is just steps away.

CLOSE TO TONS OF SHOPPING, DINING AND ATTRACTIONS - dozens of options nearby for restaurants/bars (casual to fine dining), shopping, and entertainment options (from live concerts to mini golf) within just a few minutes drive. This condo is also close to outdoor activities such as para-sailing, surfing, and jet skiing. Cute boutique shops and favorite local restaurants are just a few blocks away. VILLA AMENITIES & OVERVIEW
With over 2200 heated square feet, there is plenty of space for everyone in the villa, and it has an open, inviting living area perfect for relaxing and mingling. There is a full dining table, as well as a 4-top dinette in the open kitchen/dining/living space. The living room has 2 large sofas as well as additional seating and the ever-important large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, dishes, and cookware and features stainless steel appliances.

BEDROOMS: There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs for a total of 1 king (upstairs) master & 1 queen (upstairs) master. The two downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and share the large hall bath. Upstairs, there are 2 master bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) with private baths and shared ocean view balcony - and 2 standard bedrooms, each with 2 sets of bunk beds for total of 4 twin size beds, that share the upstairs hall bath. The utility room (full size washer & dryer, iron & board) is also upstairs.

Excellent location
This location is the best, aside from being directly on the beach. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk. What we liked most is the brief 15-minutes or less walk to IGA. There, we enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their ice cream shoppe is beside the store. Everyone had banana splits that were huge and delicious. Back to the condo, the parking is tight with the poles, but doable. The unit was clean, but the tile floors could have use a professional cleaning. I would say the photos are years old but accurate. We enjoyed the stay but would prefer another queen room vs. the two rooms with bunk beds. Otherwise, the unit is very comfortable and worked well for our adult visit. Be sure to put North Myrtle Beach in your directions.

Very accommodating!
The owners were thoughtful, accommodating and had consistent communication before and during our stay. We had a large group for a last minute trip and this condo was perfect for our needs. We hope to be able to return and stay longer in the future.

We truly enjoyed the accommodations. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed in the kitchen area and seating arrangement. The beds were very comfy and the kids loved the bunk bed arrangements. The host was very gracious. He made first contact with us and was quick to respond to and address any concerns that we had.

A small slice of Heaven
Love, Love, Love the location! The condo was large enough for all of us. Our vacation crew enjoyed staying here for sure. 2 families with young adult children and a teen. Beds were comfy, loved having 2 masters! Everything was clean and all linens were provided. Owners were wonderful to deal with when I couldn't get the lock to work the first time! They even responded while they were on vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Family fun in the sun
This property is wonderful, less than a minute’s walk from the beach. Even though it is surrounded by other accommodations, it offers all the privacy and quiet needed for aa afternoon nap after a day on the beach. Shopping and restaurants are within minutes of the property. Plenty of room for a large group of family or friends. The hosts are extremely helpful and ready to assist with any questions you might have.

Enjoyable short stay in Myrtle
Down in North Myrtle for a soccer tournament. Didn't want to stay in a hotel so found this place, 10 minutes from the soccer complex. Price was right and suited our party of 10 perfectly as the parents all had their own rooms and kids enjoyed hanging together in the bunk room. Beds were comfortable and shower heads high (I'm 6"4) which is always nice. Only issue was the new touchpad lock. while it worked fine most of the time but could be a little finicky. If we have another tournament down in Myrtle will definitely look this place up again. Cheers.

Everything from booking, arrival, our stay and departure went smooth. Plenty of room for 10 of us. They supplied just about everything to get use started. The beds were comfortable, extra pillows and blankets. It just felt like home. We would definitely go back.

Great Condo in a great location
We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious home. It’s so close to the beach and we really enjoyed the area. Communication with the host was seamless and they made our stay as smooth as possible. Family Time
My family was celebrating my mother’s birthday. She passed in 03/15/23. Before she passed, we were taking her to the beach for her birthday (3/24). She would turned 83 this year. Once she passed last year, we decided to still continue the beach trips. Our plan is to make this an annual trip. This was a wonderful location and our hosts were extremely nice! Thank you again for helping making our trip a success!
