The Grain Store has been re-interpreted into a contemporary, low-key, environmentally-aware stunning piece of art. Sitting in a third of an acre of expansive grounds, this striking barn would not look out of place on the Pacific coastline. Inside this PassivHaus you will find the latest technology and design features, combined with sophisticated and luxuriously spacious, light-filled accommodation. The main living areas can be opened up to create a seamless open-plan space, or slide the discreet secret doors closed to create more intimate private rooms. The smart fully fitted breakfast kitchen is perfect for large groups, featuring two ovens, two dishwashers, and two fridge/ freezers. There is even a wine fridge for all entertaining needs. The adjoining utility provides laundry facilities, an additional sink, and further storage. Next door, the double height vaulted sitting/ dining room is a sociable space with full height windows and doors that allow light to flood the room. Tasteful furniture is arranged around a wood burning stove. A spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine library nook, creating eye-catching focal points. For entertainment, there is a dedicated television/ cinema room with an impressive 85" television. And, if you're feeling competitive, head to the games room boasting a pool table and table football.
