Safety
of our guests is always a top priority.
- The property is professionally cleaned, following Covid-19 Protocols, after every stay
with extra attention given to disinfecting high touch areas prior to your arrival. Please do not leave little ones alone without supervision on the decks.
- The home is monitored by Minut, a noise monitoring system. It does not record
anything, it only monitors the decibels, maintaining your privacy! Which, it helps
keep the neighbors and guests below you happy too! Minut is more than just noise monitoring. It also allows us to monitor indoor temperature, motion, humidity, and is used as an alarm when the property is unoccupied.

We do not provide any beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers or beach buggies for your stay. Please bring these essentials with you and don’t forget to take them home too. If you are tight on space, there are some “Beach” rental companies that you could contact. We are not affiliated with any of these companies, but wanted to give you the opportunity to take a look for yourselves, to see if it would be worth your while.
