Beautiful property in a great neighborhood
Me and my three friends really enjoyed our stay at this spacious and beautiful townhouse. Check in/out was easy. It was very much the off season and we enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful neighborhood.

Really nice and clean. My family and I really enjoyed our short stay. The house was nice and cozy. We did have a problem connecting to the internet so we didn’t watch television, however, it was ok. We just spent more quality time with each other.

We were in Ocean City for our son's wedding. The condo fit our family and was in a great spot. We were able to walk up to the beach and take long walks on the beach. The condo was clean, large and had lots of parking. Convenient to the strip. Thank you!

Late summer getaway
Property/size/location was great for the amount of people we had. It was near so many great restaurants, stores, etc. only downfall was the pool was not usable. The listing does say prime pool time is Memorial Day to Labor Day, and we were there 9/20-23. However, I was given the pool code so that led me to believe we were able to use the pool (one of the main reasons we chose this house). The pool was fully green with floating algae and there was a rodent floating in the pool. Upon speaking to the Vrbo owner, he let me know that it was not peak pool season and he’d update his listing. Communication was great. Just wish we could have had the pool like advertised.

The condo was nice but a lot of steps. 17 steps up to main floor and 17 more up to bedrooms. Wasn’t expecting that many steps. But we got used to it. Cleaner forgot to clean unit so when we arrived 20 minutes early it wasn’t cleaned. Owner responded immediately and it was cleaned timely. Fryer didn’t work very well. I was a little disappointed that we didn’t have a better water view. Parking was easy and had room for all of our cars.it was a nice little neighborhood.

Perfect space great location
We had a great time ! Location was perfect ! Close to everything. House was big enough to fit all 15 of us without feeling too tight. Clean and spacious. Cons: the curtains in the bedroom downstairs needs to be replace. Every morning the sun was shining in our eyes cause it wasn’t big enough to cover the whole window. Would also suggest having a vacuum for us to use during our stay to clean the floor daily. Will definitely stay there again

Great Family Spot!
Overall, this place was great, well stocked, clean and in a great location. It was a 5-8minute walk to the beach, a 4 minute walk to near by diner, buffet, ice cream shop, and mini golf. The neighborhood is quiet and chill and the beach was great. When we had concerns the host was immediately responsive and accommodating.I would definitely recommend this house.

Home needs a refresh
The property has a lot of potential. That said, the unit needs to be updated as it is pretty worn out, both the furniture, appliances and the base unit. The bedrooms are small and the listing says it sleeps 15. We had 10 adults and it seemed tight.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! What a gem. 😀 Plenty of space and everything we needed. Located in a really nice, safe neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. Thank you for having us! We’ll be back when the weather is a little warmer- however the quiet and privacy of the off-season was really nice too.

Awesome spot for a group!
This place was clean, spacious and a great place for a large group. The location is in the vicinity of all OC entertainment but still in a nice quiet area. I forgot a speaker at the place and the host was kind enough to ship it back within days. Great transparency and communication from his end. NOTE, the third party sheet and towel service was flawless. We used Sea Play Homes and everything was waiting for us at the door for check in.

The property was very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Stairs were tough on a few of us but, we knew about that beforehand. The view of the sunrise was great. Side view of the swamp was nice. The biggest complaint we have is that the property we looked at online was not the property we were assigned. The bedrooms were listed as listed. Bedroom 3 had bunk beds not 2 doubles and a twin. Bedroom 4 had 1 queen no twin. So, we were unable to sleep everyone comfortably. The guy with the bad knees had the top bunk. I'm not sure how the mix up happened. If there is a next time. I'll need to confirm verbally what we are really renting. Somehow, I thought we were in unit 119E. We ended up in unit 115B. So, the bottom line is the unit was very nice and clean but, the bedroom situation really put a damper on the stay for the guys on the bunks and the sofa. All in all we still had a great time.

Overall great rental!
We rented this space over Thanksgiving. Everything was very clean which I greatly appreciated. Location was wonderful and close to the beach. Easily accessible and ample parking. We had 12 in our party and everyone had space to spread out and be comfortable. Main living space is spacious with a large sized table. My only critique would be that there's only a Keurig, not a coffee pot. For coffee drinkers (like we are), this was a bit of a bummer as we truly don't prefer Keurigs, and had I known, I would've actually brought my own pot. Otherwise everything was wonderful and 5 stars!
