This property is fantastic. Indoors and outdoors are very well maintained and clean. We had a hiccup with the WiFi. Gary came over extremely quickly and got as back up and running. My family and I will absolutely be staying here again!

This was a beautiful home and the hosts were wonderful! The home is very close (minutes) to Bethany beach and in a very quiet neighborhood with a nice back yard. We could not have asked for better hosts. They even provided us with a bottle of wine at check in! Thank you for sharing your home with us and for being so accommodating. We hope to visit again soon!

Great Vacation House
We stayed 3 nights four days. The property was clean and neat as a pin and was very bright and cheery. The house was very comfortable and has a "new" feeling to it. The house is stocked with more than enough utensils, pots & pans, glasses, kitchen gadgets, towels, linens, etc. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had a problem with the front door lock (which turned out to be something I was doing wrong) so I texted the owner. He called me literally in less than 30 seconds and walked me through the fix. The location is fantastic. Everything was no more than 10-20 minutes away: restaurants, grocery shopping, parks, Bethany beach etc but the property itself is in a quiet and pretty neighborhood. This would be a great house for anyone including families with kids or a couple just looking to get away. We'd definitely would stay here again!

It was wonderful.
I fell in love with the property based on the online listing, and then I arrived and it was everything the listing said it would be. The house is open and airy, and it is decorated beautifully. Everything looked up to date and new. You could tell it is a well maintained property. I felt comfortable and very relaxed in it. Even though, it was March when we were there, we still found things to do. If you love the beach and like to shop there are beaches and Tanger Outlets everywhere. I enjoyed my stay, and I hope to return with my family again real soon.

Beautiful Beachy Bungalow
This new rental properry was wverythung we could have hoped for and more!! Beautiful, fresh and modern beachy decor, pristine and very well-equipped, stylish but comfortable - a place that we were thrilled to "come home to" all week long! The entire interior appearance was stunning!! Great size of all rooms, incl bedrooms and bathrooms; outdoor space was wonderful for our two nights cooking out on the excellent gas grill as well as daily playtime for our family. And the outdoor shower... truly luxurious!! Neighbors were friendly in this very quiet, small neighborhood, and the proximity to the beach was excellent for a rental in tjis price range (10 - 15 min most days, and this was the week before the 4th of July!!) There were so many thoughtful touches (fresh condiments in the fridge and a broad selection of new spices in the cabinet!) - we couldn't begin to list them all. And the hosts were very helpful and promptly responsive when we reached out with a few questions. Our stay in this lovely, relaxing and spa-like home could not possibly have been better!! HIGHLY recommended!!
