Spacious Home Close to the Beach and Bay - 5 bedroom w/Separate In-Law Suite!

Perfectly located steps away from the bay and a short car ride to the beach and James Farm Ecological Park, this charming and exquisitely decorated home has enough room for your entire family or multiple families to come together and enjoy the beach life!

The main house has one bedroom and a full bathroom on the first floor as well as three bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms. Off of the primary suite is a tranquil sitting area which could be used as an office, nursery or additional bedroom (if you bring blow up mattress). Above the large garage is a separate in-law suite with a king bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, living and dining area, and even a private entrance!

Inside the home you'll find two large family rooms on separate ends of the house with big comfy couches and smart TVs. Perfect for hanging out, playing games, watching movies, or just relaxing after a long day on the bay or at the beach.

The garage was recently renovated and now features a ping-pong table, 52” smart TV, Bluetooth sound bar and a full fridge/freezer.

Outside you'll find a brand new propane grill, outdoor shower, a large patio and two porches - all with plenty of seating!

Have a boat, jet skis or a kayak? Bring it! In addition to a pool and tennis/pickleball courts, the community has a boat ramp & a day dock, and the water way leads to the Indian River Bay and inlet.

Family vacay

Fit our family perfectly. Felt like home, decor was beautiful, kitchen well equipped and beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Chris was quick to respond to any questions. Store is very close. Would definitely stay here again Don’t forget to bring beach towels.

First time to Bethany and not our last!

The house was just right for our extended family with 6 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space to spread out and the sitting room in the main house was the perfect nursery for our 5 month old grand daughter. The older children loved the idea of riding their bikes to the pool. The adults loved the access to the pickleball courts. The beach was a short 5 minute drive so we were able to easily split our days with trips to the pool in the morning and beach in the afternoon. Hope to come back soon.

Great decor

Lots of room for our multigenerational family. We LOVED the two living rooms - great master bedroom with extra separate room for a pack and play. Grandparent suite was used a lot for quiet time. Pool was great and empty most of the time and we checked out all the downtown beaches, boardwalk and shopping all within five minutes of the house. Heckers grocery store had everything we needed with no big lines, liquor store round the corner and some good restaurants and ice cream within a few miles. Bethany Beach is a real jewel. Leave early on checkout day to avoid the rush - we left at 7:30 am Sunday and were back in Allentown, PA at 10:30 with stops.

Nice Family Vacation

Nice home, plenty of room, and the in-law suite was a great place for myself and my wife to have private, yet connected, accommodations. My only recommendation would be more outside garbage cans, as a week with multiple families can create a lot of waste.

Beautiful and spacious house

This property was a beautifully decorated house and had plenty of room for our family of 7. It was a quick ride to the beach and was surrounded by lots of good restaurants. We also liked how close it was to the supermarket! It was a quick walk to the pool and to the boat ramp, which we walked to in the evenings. My family appreciated the 2 sitting areas with TVs, so people could watch different shows if they wanted! My kids enjoyed the set-up in the garage with a TV, ping pong, large Jenga and fridge. The owner was quick to answer our questions both before and during our stay. The neighborhood was beautifully kept and quiet. Wonderful property and house!

Coastal Highway Retreat

This house has the perfect layout for multiple households of the same family. There was the option to gather as the full group and for individuals or small groups to quiet have space. The location allows easy access to the various venues and beaches up and down the coastal highway. Chris was Un-Be-Liveably responsive.

We had a great week here. I loved that our group could spread out to have a space of their own but then there were two great spaces for us all to come together. The hosts were very responsive and communicated well. Overall we loved the house and would definitely rent again.

Beautiful house

We just stayed at this property the house is big and has plenty of room for a family of 10. Everyone had their own space and you didn’t feel on top of each other. The house was clean upon arrival and it was really nice that fresh linens and towels had been delivered for our stay. The house is so nicely decorated and comfortable. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had which was very much appreciated. The garage with the tv and ping pong table was a big hit with the kids and adults alike. It does get warm in there so being able to open the garage door to let in some breeze was a huge plus. The in law sweet is so nicely done my sister enjoyed being there. The fact their are 2 living rooms was helpful as the kids could watch their own and we could watch ours. The pool is sooo close to the house and nice size the kids enjoyed it. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we would definitely rent it again. The location is very convenient as well. We are very close to Bethany boardwalk and beaches less than 10 min if even that. The grocery store is 5 min away. Fenwick island beach was nice spot to go to. It wasn’t to far and it was less crowded and easier parking than Bethany. Also they have kayaking across on the bay side which was fun. Highly recommend the house

Enjoyable stay

The home was comfortable and well stocked for our family. The host, Chris was great, very quick to respond and helped us with several needs. There was lots of room for our family and very comfortable beds. The cleaning service needs to be more attentive, especially in the entry family room and the garage. The ping pong table is set up in the garage where were many spiderwebs and spiders. We used the grill for burgers and hot dogs one night and the grill was usable but it is to the point where it needs to be replaced. We used the neighborhood pool most days and it was very nice. Most days there were only a couple other people there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Fun at Bethany

The house was amazing, enough room for our family of 7 to all have persomal space. The hpuse is in the perfect location with multiple beaches and state parks. The owner was quick to respomd with any questions we had and checked in with us to ensure everyrhing was peefect. Will definitely come back!!

Fantastic Stay

This house was everything it said was in the listing. We had three couples spending Labor Day Weekend. We were a short drive to the beach and across the street from the tennis court and pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook delicious meals. (too crowded to eat out!) The second fridge in the garage was great. We didn't have to make too may trips to the grocery and our beverages were cold! We had televisions in both living rooms...perfect for football and tennis. Note: We used our YoutubeTV account to watch HD ESPN, etc. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone had their own bathroom, too! Decorating was colorful and bright! Chris was very easy to communicate with. He responded very quickly to all questions! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Beautifully decorated and with lots of different spaces so that our two families could stay together for a reunion/vacation. The in-law suite and two separate living rooms were especially nice. The garage with the ping pong table was a plus!

Great place for families

We were very happy with our accommodations here. It was clean, convenient, spacious, and fit our needs perfectly. The location is ideal for a family vacation--quiet, great pool, about 3 miles from Bethany Beach, about half a mile to a nature preserve on Indian River Bay where you can rent kayaks and SUPs. The kitchen is well equipped--it even has a coffee grinder and coffee maker besides the Keurig. There is a blow dryer in each of the bathrooms. The WIFI is great and there are TVs in the family rooms, master bedroom, and master sitting room. It was the perfect place for our extended family of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 kids, and 2 grandkids) to be together when we wanted to and to be alone when we needed to.

Property review

Easy check-in process. Convenient location to beach, boardwalk, stores. Quiet neighborhood with easy walk to boat ramp and pool. The home was beautifully decorated and had more than enough room for three families to share. Would definitely recommend this property!
