If you’re dreaming of a cozy 2-bedroom beach condo with all the perks of North Coast Village, look no further than Garden Oasis! Imagine relaxing on your own private balcony, surrounded by lush greenery and a gentle stream. The kitchen is a true gem, featuring granite countertops and rich wood cabinetry. The second bedroom boasts a spacious stone walk-in shower, while the primary bedroom offers a relaxing tub/shower combo.

And guess what? Make My Vacation takes care of all the essentials - linens, towels, beach chairs, and beach towels. Plus, you’ll have access to a Living Room TV for entertainment and free wireless Internet to keep you connected.

Garden Oasis is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront tropical paradise between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for vacationers from around the world. You'll enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, lagoon-style year-round heated pool and spa, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms with table tennis, billiards, and Foosball.

The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross-this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX! Swim in the large heated pool (one of two pools and spas), or enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California.

North Coast Village offers a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will also find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace as well as laundry facilities.

The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

North Coast paradise
The complex grounds are a little paradise: flowers, shade, running streams, walking pathways. It’s just lovely and so convenient to the beach, pier, and harbor. We love staying here. This unit is so nice and roomy.

It was nice, but could have been better.
The condo and location was nice. All the surrounding plants were absolutely beautiful. Great place to take your family. I did have a few concerns which I mentioned to leasing agent. Black mold, tub stopper didn't work, fireplace didn't work, shower head sprayed water everywhere, paint chipping and rusting vents, rusted light fixture, non working closet light. I was most concerned about chipping pain because it was at perfect hight of my toddler who I found it before I did and was picking and eating it. They did send someone to replace tub stop and fix shower. They entered the condo with their own keys, did not let me know they were coming, did not knock or announce themselves in anyway. Just came in, I just just finished bathing and was in my underwear doing my daughters hair. Which was very uncomfortable, then wanted to come back again the next day to do repairs but I asked for them not to interrupt my stay again. They respected that.

This place was perfect for our needs. It was clean and had everything we needed to make an enjoyable vacation. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was high quality. Most of this unit has been updated. Like others have reviewed, the carpet looks old and very worn but it was still clean.

We were in town for the Carlsbad Marathon. This place was close(about 5 miles) from the start/finish. Oceanside is a clean, quaint town. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool and walking along the beach.

Hidden paradise
This place was great! Couldn’t tell from the outside but the inner courtyard was amazing. Flowers, trees, the river and waterfalls and animals made it feel like a tropical oasis. The amenities were awesome. Lots to do without even leaving the property. The unit was very nice and spacious. Plenty of furniture and everything was very comfortable including the beds. Everything was clean and well stocked. We had a very relaxing stay and would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo; North Coast Village is our favorite, and this condo was near the center of the complex overlooking lush landscaping and water features. The condo was clean, the beds very comfortable, and the living/dining room furniture had plenty of seating. Cozy condo, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach/ in town. Our family enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway!
We had a great stay in G200 as first-timers at North Coast Village. The unit was warm and welcoming, albeit a little outdated, with comfortable beds, two bathrooms, a relaxing livingroom and kitchen and a small patio with a view of the lush complex. The pictures are accurate. It's a bit tricky to figure out the complex at first but once figured out, it makes for a nice walk to the wonderful beach and pool. Covered and easy access parking was welcomed. A great stay for myself, husband and adult daughter.

Great time staying by the beach with family!
The first few days were hot and muggy with there being no A/C but I’ve stayed at NCV for years and have never needed AC so I think it was just a fluke with the tropical storm. The property manager was great at responding and getting us fans to cool off the unit. Overall it was a good trip and the unit was fine!

I guess we were not prepared to be walking all over the place to get to our location. It was not for us, especially with two small children. The place was clean, but the carpet was not vacuumed cleaned and one of the tubs was clogged. Other than that, it's a nice villa.

Nice home base for a vacation
We spent 5 nights at the condo over Spring Break. The kids enjoyed the pool. We loved the proximity to the ocean (walk out of the condo complex and you’re on the beach!) even though the Pacific Ocean is much too cold for swimming in March. Short walk to restaurants and the pier. Quiet place for the most part, but if you’re a light sleeper the train may wake you.

wonderful setting for vacation
We stayed here for 30 days and really got to know the complex and area. We LOVED it. You will feel like on a tropical gateway with the lush grounds, beautiful pool, steps from the ocean, and a spa (jacuzzi) that feels like a hidden grotto. The apartment was clean and updated. Sofas and bed comfortable. Good kitchen. Yes, the carpet is thick but it was fine and totally clean. No real view but we barely were inside during the day. Wonderful ocean breezes!! Great walking to food and treats. Highly recommend Dominic's by the harbor.

The condo was great. Clean and bigger than expected. Kitchen was well stocked. The grounds are gorgeous. Access to the beach is great, and we walked with kids to the shops downtown a few times. No complaints. Beach chairs, cooler were provided. No boogie boards.
