Nestled in an enviable location, this vacation rental promises an unforgettable getaway with its blend of comfort and convenience. The property features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, accommodating guests with spacious rooms that house two beds each, ensuring ample space for relaxation. The heart of the home is its open concept kitchen, living, and dining room, designed for easy flow and socializing. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and silverware, catering to your culinary needs.

A laundry room fitted with a washer and dryer adds to the convenience, ensuring you can pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay. Step outside to the back porch, and you'll find a welcoming pool, available for use during selected seasons, offering a refreshing retreat right at your doorstep.

Parking is never an issue, as the property boasts ample space for up to 8 vehicles, along with designated parking for ATVs, making it perfect for adventure seekers. Stay connected and entertained with high-speed internet and a smart TV, catering to all your digital needs.

Located just 4 minutes' drive from Middle Fork Falls and its adjoining hiking trails, adventure is just around the corner. For those who enjoy exploring, Windrock Trail Head and the Historic Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary are only 13 minutes away, with Frozen Head State Park a 19-minute drive, offering a range of outdoor activities. Essential amenities are also conveniently close by, with a major grocery supermarket and fast food options within a 6-minute drive, ensuring everything you need is within easy reach. This vacation rental is more than just a place to stay—it's a gateway to experiences and memories waiting to be made.

Please be aware that our property also accommodates a long-term rental unit which is currently occupied. Both units are separate but share the gated entrance and exterior common areas, which means the vacation rental does not offer complete privacy. However, each unit functions independently to ensure comfort and a pleasant stay for all our guests. The swimming pool is undergoing repairs and will not be available this season.

Everything was as advertised. Only issues were coffee pot leaks on counter when brewing coffee. Not enough towels and wash cloth’s for 10 people, so bring your own as we did. Last refrigerator doesn’t seem to cool as it should.

Great property to enjoy windrock park
We enjoyed our stay. Property has good access to Windrock. Gas station next door was convenient. Food and amenities close by. House was nice and roomy and the three full bathrooms is a big plus on these trips.

Close to Windrock trailhead
We stayed this past weekend. Property was close to Windrock Trailhead. Gas station attached to property to fill up before hitting trails. Plenty of parking for multiple trucks, trailers, rigs, etc. Our only complaint would be the large fridge didn’t seem to cool well (there is a mini fridge also though that did work well), the washing machine didn’t wash or strain properly, and limited cookwear. But good rental for large parties going to Windrock.

We stayed here to run the Barkley Fall Classic at Frozwen Head State Park. Great location to the park. Clean, easy to access and the AC worked great.

Great house. Plenty of room for our group of 10 w/6 trucks and trailers!) Short distance down the paved main road to the trails. Only 2 minor complaint no washcloths and small coffee pot

Perfect to ride windrock
Gas station right next door easily fuel up and hit the trails for the day. Property was perfect for the family and great communication with any questions. Will be back

A place to stay
Location of the house was close to the bike park within 10 minute drive. The house was off a busy road and had somebody living in the back house. It would’ve been nice to know. The pool had stagnant water in it. Inside of house was clean air conditioning worked well And beds were OK. We let the owner know that we would be heading that way and would like to get check-in instructions the day of. He informed us that VRBO would send something however it never happened. We weren’t given instructions until we arrived after several attempts to communicate with the homeowner.
