FERIEHOME COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION POLICY



1) If you decide to cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day due to closed borders, or your government has banned tourist travel to the region where the booked property is located, then you are entitled to a full refund that the agency received, deducted for the transaction cost.

2) If you decide to cancel a reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day because the region in which the booked property is located is on the red list, or you need to go to quarantine after staying in the booked holiday home, or flights to our region are canceled, then you will be issued a credit voucher for the amount that agency received, which you can use within 24 months from the issuing date, for the originally booked holiday home.

3) If for the reasons stated in Articles 1) and 2) you canceled the reservation within 29 days before the start of your holiday and the agency managed to book the same facility with another guest in that case the agency is obliged to issue a credit voucher in the amount of payment received from another guest within your term (last minute discount, etc.) which you can use within 24 months from the date of issuance of the voucher for the accommodation that was originally booked

REMARK:

• The guest cannot request a refund or a credit voucher for any reason other than the reasons stated above.

• Although the cancellation conditions listed in this policy apply to most of our holiday homes, it does not apply to everyone because some holiday homeowners offer stricter or more flexible policies.

• At your request, our agents will notify you of the cancellation policy for each house you are interested in.

• If your reservation is made before November 1, 2020, our standard cancellation policy will apply, if your reservation is made between November 1, 2020, and February 10, 2021, our old Covid-19 policy will apply.

Villa Bava is a newly built, beachfront villa furnished with high quality, offering very comfortable accommodation for 8+2 people in 4 en-suite bedrooms, each with a terrace. Fully air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi, open concept living and dining area, a Media Room with PS4 and Netflix, a Jacuzzi, 33 sqm Heated private pool, and amazing views of the Adriatic Sea and island Brač from almost every corner. The Interior is very well organized, modern and light, giving a deeper dimension with half floors and glass fences. Next to Villa Bava is identical Villa Largo, owned by the same owner and listed separately. Both are located only 10 meters away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Duće, within walking distance of restaurants (50m), bars, mini markets, local bus station, 2 km far from Omiš, and Cetina river.


* The outdoor offers a covered dining area with a barbecue and direct entrance to the living area, a private 11m x 3m Heated pool, a Jacuzzi with amazing sea views, a spacious sun deck area with 8 deck chairs.

* The ground floor (pool level) offers a spacious and very nicely decorated living area with TV, WiFi, A/C a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and all of the required appliances, a dining area with a glass door toward the pool area, and direct exit to the covered outdoor dining area. There is also a Media room with a sofa (can convert into a sofa bed) a Projector, PS4, Netflix. From this level, a few steps down takes you to a bedroom No1 full of light and sun, and a separate Toilet.

* The lower ground floor offers a spacious Bedroom No1 with king-size bed 180x200cm, a futon, en-suite bathroom with shower, A/C, and exit to a terrace with a table for two. At this level, there is a separate Toilet, approachable from the hallway.

* The internal staircase takes you to an upper ground floor (mezzanine) with a Master bedroom No2 with king-size bed 180x200cm A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with sea and pool views.

* Few steps up from this level take you to the first-floor level offering Bedroom No3 with king-size bed 180x200cm with a balcony and sea views, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower with its own exit to the balcony; a Bedroom No4 with king-size bed 180x200cm, a futon, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has glass walls and amazing and panoramic sea views. On this level, there is a Laundry with a washing machine and a dryer.
