Beautiful condo and great location
The condo was clean and very nice. This was our first time in this unit, but have stayed in other condos at The Broadmoor for the past 4 or 5 years. We love this area, as it is very conveniently located with nearly anything you need just a short drive away. The Broadmoor isn't as large as most of the other complexes nearby, so the beach is not as crowded. Parking is covered, but the spaces are pretty tight, and the parking pass (~$50) is an additional charge. One of the things we particularly appreciated about this one is the larger shower in the master bath! Some of the other units have a tiny shower in order to make room for a tub. We seldom need the tub, so this worked out much better, at least for us. Also, the separate vanity & sink in the bedroom was nice, so that someone doing their makeup & hair doesn't tie up the bathroom. :) The electronic door lock was another nice touch. No key to have to keep up with. The view from the balcony was great! We were able to see dolphins most days. The only problem we had was the ice & water dispenser in the fridge was broken. The property management was quick to look into it. They managed to get the water working (although it wasn't palatable) by the 3rd day, but could not get the ice maker working. We bought bagged ice and bottled water, so it wasn't a huge setback. They said they were going to have to put in a new fridge, so this shouldn't be a continuing problem. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice
We were very happy with our stay at Broadmoor. We would definitely consider staying there again. Finding out how to get to our room was a little confusing as we didn’t know the elevator was in the parking garage lol. But some nice guests pointed us in the right direction. It was a very nice condo and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Everything you'd want in a beach condo. Great location right on the beach. The room was clean and as advertised. Great balcony and floor location. Kitchen had everything you'd need and the living area was big enough to enjoy with a decent sized group.

Perfect location for 4th of July Week
We had a wonderful week during 4th of July. This condo is located in the perfect place to avoid crowded beaches. I thought it would be extremely crowded on the beach because of the holiday week and past experiences with condos west of Perdido Pass. But with fewer condos around this was not a problem. The condo was nice and clean. The rooms are large and the view from the balcony was beautiful! The furniture was comfortable and made it enjoyable watching a movie after long days on the beach.

Perfect Getaway
Broadmoor 502 is conveniently located in the middle of Orange Beach, right between Gulf Shores and Pensacola. The complex is CLEAN and QUIET. The property management was very attentive, however the condo was so clean and well organized that check in and check out was seamless. It was perfect all the way around! We would definitely stay here again!

This property had everything we hoped for, and more! Spacious, clean rooms - and the private balcony made morning coffee over-looking the beach fantastic! We were greeted each morning by dolphins, and stingrays passing by. We will definitely be back for as long as available.
