Bienvenue à Tidewater sur la magnifique plage d'Orange, en Alabama! Cette fantastique unité d'une chambre a tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer pour rendre vos vacances fabuleuses. Situé en plein cœur d'Orange Beach, vous vous trouverez à proximité des magasins, des restaurants, des sentiers de randonnée et des pistes cyclables, et bien plus encore. Le condo est juste sur la plage, donc pas besoin de s'inquiéter de la circulation ou des longues promenades. La promenade vous emmène de la belle piscine directement à la plage de sable blanc, alors préparez-vous à en profiter!

Une fois à l'intérieur du condo, vous trouverez une vue imprenable sur le golfe et le col Perdido! Ouvrez simplement la porte de votre balcon et admirez le paysage, la brise du golfe et le bruit des vagues qui s'écrasent sur le rivage. Il y a une chambre ainsi qu'un ensemble de lits superposés dans le coin et un canapé-lit pour accueillir des invités supplémentaires si nécessaire. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Le salon est spacieux avec un mobilier neuf, y compris un beau canapé et un fauteuil inclinable.

Le complexe propose une large gamme d'équipements, de l'immense piscine extérieure et piscine intérieure chauffée avec bain à remous, à une grande salle d'entraînement donnant sur la plage. Venez voir pourquoi Tidewater est l'endroit idéal pour vos vacances cet été.

Toute réservation effectuée avant le 1er octobre pour la saison d'hiver (janvier et février) nécessite un minimum de 60 jours (deux mois). Après le 1er octobre, les réservations peuvent être effectuées pour les mois d'hiver à un minimum de trois ou sept nuits, selon les spécifications de l'unité.

Great location, great property!
This property was so easy to navigate versus staying further west in Orange a beach. No median and forced direction, great restaurants seconds away and quiet! Fourth of July week was icing on the cake being directly situated in the middle of the beach fireworks shows. We will definitely return to this location.

view was amazing, the condo was below average.
From the moment I opened the door the smell of old, musty, air greeted you and never left. The view is amazing, but this is just one level above a hotel room. This is obviously used for rental income and the bare bones provisions proved that. Only one of the elevators works. If you want a view of the gulf this is great. If you want to relax and feel at home, its not here.

A great weekend getaway at Tidewater
We had a little glitch when we checked in. The battery in the door lock had died.The security guard unlocked the door and Poole sent someone to replace the batteries before we got back from dinner. The rest of the trip was relaxing. Even though the weather was not the best, we were able to sit on the deck and enjoy the spectacular view. We plan on returning in the near future.

Tidewater 407
We stayed at a 1 bedroom condo on Orange Beach and it was fabulous. The condo slept all 5 of us comfortably. The condo overlooked the pool and beach. The access to the beach was a short walk over the dunes and you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas right there. We had a great time and restaurants and stores were a short drive.

Nice property and location
We enjoyed our stay. The property was overall nice. The unit could have been cleaner but wasn’t terrible. No dish towels or soap in the unit and only a half a roll of toilet paper which was disappointing.

Great location, nice unit. Great view of beach! Easy boardwalk to beach. The check in location is over 10 miles away which is very inconvenient, especially when you arrive early and want to enjoy the day on the beach but have come in at 3 to drive to only pick up a code and parking pass. If this could be delivered via email that would make check in much nicer. The unit could be cleaner...dryer vent was full, air return was dirty, baseboards and exterior kitchen and bath cabinets need to be wiped, the bathroom sink drains very slowly and the shower constantly dripped. The bedroom needs darkening curtains as the outdoor lights shine in. Easy fixes that would give this unit 5 stars.

Great condo for a quick weekend getaway
My husband and I stayed at this condo for a quick weekend getaway to Orange Beach. The condo was just as described. We watched boats and dolphins in the water each morning. The beach service was worth the cost and made it easy. Check in is a little bit of a headache if you don’t make it there before they close you have to go back the next morning to scan your ID. Our only complaint about the condo is the light coming in from the hallway to the master bedroom. The owners should invest in room darkening curtains. Other than that great condo and stay!

Bed was too soft. Not quite sure if it was a queen size. Did not appear to be. Could use more counter space in bathroom. Had problems with TV. Had only one remote for 2 TVs. Very noisy. Appears walls are very thin. Sofa sleeper was terrible. My husband tried the gym, very outdated. We were given gate code. Did not need it because gate was always up. Kitchen was nice.

Property was nice and were all families/young adult couples - no one getting too crazy. The pool noise was a little loud, but no more than expected for being directly over it. It was a great view, so I would say it was worth it. The room itself is very comfortable for a small family. Check in was pleasant, but is a little of a nuisance. We had to drive to the leasing office in Gulf Shores to pick up a slip of paper with the key code number, gate code number, and a parking pass. It was out of the way a good bit for something I feel they could, have at least offered to, e-mail. There were a few random crumb looking pieces in the floor and on the couch that we had to sweep/clean up upon arrival; not a big deal but unexpected and a little disheartening at the true effectiveness of the cleaning company; especially during the time of Covid. The shower curtain needs to be changed as there is mildew on the inside of it - probably just missed by cleaning crews because it’s not visible on the outside. I would recommend bringing your own pillows and bath towels. There are some provided but the pillows are very flat and the towels are small and scratchy, especially on a sunburn. There is a pillow topper on the bed that tends to move a lot as well, but was comfortable. Overall it was a wonderful stay, we enjoyed the property and location, and we would stay in this room again.
