Venez visiter notre magnifique maison de 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains décorée par des designers et entièrement rénovée de l'intérieur!

Il y a trois maîtres Cal-King dans les suites: deux au rez-de-chaussée et un �� l'étage. Les autres chambres, au rez-de-chaussée, la chambre Cal-King et les lits superposés complets pour enfants qui partagent la salle de bain du couloir. Toutes les chambres ont une télévision LCD 47 ''. Les salles de bains sont toutes améliorées avec des sols carrelés et des comptoirs en quartz. De beaux planchers de bois franc courent dans toute la maison.

Grand salon principal à aire ouverte. Cuisine magnifiquement améliorée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable: cuisinière / four, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Beaucoup de sièges à la table de salle à manger personnalisée avec des sièges supplémentaires à l'îlot de cuisine. Le salon principal dispose d'une télévision de 60 'avec lecteur DVD et des 250 meilleures chaînes de Time Warner. Internet haute vitesse sans fil est inclus.

Une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur située juste à côté de la cuisine. Il y a un deuxième salon qui contient un canapé-lit queen. La maison a l'air central et la chaleur. Matelas pneumatique Queen disponible à la maison pour une literie supplémentaire.

Great location and large in-ground hot tub
Fantastic property and location nestled in a well established Orange neighborhood. Lots of space to spread out and hot tub at nightly after Disney or being at the beach. Would definite stay here again. Plenty of restaurants within a few minutes of here. Kitchen was well stocked.

Wonderful property. Good location. But don't expect perfection
Our family of 6 adults and 1 infant stayed here in Jan for 5 days while attending a family reunion. The place is exactly as described. Other 3 decided not to join us at the last minutes so the place was more than what we really needed (2 BRs not used). The house is in an older and quiet neighborhood with mostly smaller houses. Easy check-in. Great location. The addition of the 2 master BRs in the back and the overall update are very well done. The furnishing and decor are thoughtful. The kitchen is well equip with quality cookware. The entire house is very clean (one small complaint is the outside trash bin was half-full when we arrived). The BRs and baths are big, clean. My wife and I stayed in Master BR #1. The pink flowery bedspread is dated and does not match with the transitional theme of the room. One side of the bed does not have a night stance so no place to put phone, water. Found one of the rolled up wash towel had a foul smell. Our adult kids and their fams stayed in other BRs and they had no complaints.We used the spa once. It was a bit cold at around 80 degree. The alarm by-pass did not work from the outside. We contact property mgmt and were shown the "proper" way to by-pass but nothing worked. They told us to go thru the master BR and someone will come to fix it but no one showed up.A bit tricky but we parked 2 SUVs in the garage at night. There are baby strollers and a high chair which we used for our grand daughter.We would stay here again.

We stayed at this property for a trade show and there was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. It is close to stores in the area and about 20 minutes from the convention center.

The space and location were perfect for our needs. The child safety alarm for the pool did not function well. The button in the door frame to open the door from outside did not stop the alarm from going off. Maybe a faulty connection. The cleaning crew should vacuum the air return vents.the group consensus is that we would stay here again.

We needed a home that had five bedrooms to support our adult family members. The location was perfect close to stores, coffee, other services. The rooms were all large with three having their own bathrooms. It is a beautiful home and I would rent it again in the future. The backyard was beautiful as well with mature plants and roomy patio area with mixed shade & sun. All-around great experience.

The home was beautiful and perfect. The neighborhood felt safe and clean. Freeway was right around the corner making it very easy to get to Disneyland and Beach super fast. Communication and process was easy. Definitely would stay again.

Great home for our family
We hosted our 2 adult children, their spouses and two children (2.5 years and 8 months) for a week to visit relatives including grandmother in Orange County. There was plenty of room for the couples and the children, including a spacious wood floor family room for the kids to play in. The outdoor pool-jacuzzi was only used a little but it was fun. There were child life jacketrs which were appreciated and lots of childrens equipment--high chair and booster, double and single stroller (but we brought our own) and a great wheeled cooler. Only a pack n play was not there but we had our own. The alarm on the outside door was easy once we learned it and helpful for safety. The kitchen was fully stocked--more than any VRBO I have seen. It is important to get the code for the garage side door or risk locking yourself in. Nice neighborhood and convenient to grocery, coffee shops and a nice casual restaurant (Rockwells) that locals favor. Easy to get on major highways.

The property was very nice. Well stocked and clean. My only complaint was the motion light going off all night as cars drive by. The obnoxious sound the sprinkler system made which woke me up 3 times as it changed stations. However those can be fixed. The jacuzzi was amazing but when you are required to be inside the house by 10pm you don’t get the most bang for your buck.

Great Location and property!
Our family all came in from out of state for a wedding in Orange! The house was great! Spacious bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and great back patio with a grill and hot tub! Location was very convenient just a few blocks from the freeway. Will definitely book this house again for a future trip to Orange County!

Great family space
We rented this home to be near Chapman University for our daughter's graduation. We had family members, older and younger from out of town. This home was so spacious and gave us a very relaxing place to "land" in between events. Like the description says...it has 5 bedrooms. 3 are King Master Suites (attached bathrooms). One room with a King and the room with 2 fulls share a bathroom which was just fine. We paid extra to warm the beautiful hot tub up since May Gray was hanging around and it was still chilly at times. The oversized, in ground hot tub was lovely after a long day of outings. The kitchen is spacious, modern and clean with all amenities needed. So close to where we all needed to be. Fit 4 cars easily. 2 cars in garage and 2 on large driveway. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Grocery stores, Target, etc. close by. It really was more convenient that all of us getting hotel rooms. Was nice to be able to eat and hang out together in a comfortable and private space. Would definitely rent this home again if we had a large group!

Great for Weekend Disneyland Trip with Large Group
Group of friends and children stayed for a weekend trip to Disneyland. Wonderful place for a large group - spacious rooms, multiple common areas and plenty of bathrooms. Safety alarm on back door was a pain and the jacuzzi temperature was low, although would not keep me from staying at this beautiful property again. Quick drive to Disneyland. Communication from rental company was amazing. Thanks again for having us!

Roomy, Updated, and Clean House
Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Expectations were communicated well in advance and the house was just as shown as online pictures. Check in was a breeze. The house was completely updated and had room and storage for everyone to have their own space. The pool was a nice welcome after long days. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. Logistically, we were close to everything and had easy access to the highway. The neighborhood was very safe and the other houses were modest, well kept and showed pride of ownership. We were a little confused on trash day. The contract stated Thursday’s but neighbors didn’t have their trash out. So we didn’t get it to the street on Thursday. We later realized it was actually Friday morning and missed the trucks. I’m hoping we are not charged; the previous renter’s trash was also in the cans, perhaps they were a little confused too? If I had anything to constructively add, I would say the rules and contract seemed very strict. Our group felt a little stressed at times by all the rules laid out via contract and signs on the walls. I guess I would rather have the strict rules than a house in shambles. In all, we would not hesitate to return and highly recommend to large groups and those willing to abide by all rules of the contract and city ordinances.
