Louez notre maison de vacances de luxe pour 8 personnes en Floride. Construite en 2009, la maison propose un hébergement luxueux pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. La maison de vacances dispose de 4 chambres joliment meublées et spacieuses, chacune avec une salle de bain privée. La maison a une piscine privée et chauffée et un bain à remous adjacent.



La maison de vacances est située dans «The Shire», une communauté fermée sécurisée à Davenport, juste au sud d'Orlando, en Floride. Les installations communautaires sont à votre disposition sans frais supplémentaires.

Vous trouverez un club house, une grande piscine, des courts de tennis, un terrain de beach volley et un centre de fitness. Nous sommes situés à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de Disney World / Epcot Center et un peu plus loin de Seaworld et Universal Studios. Il se trouve à 40 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international d'Orlando.



Le Shire est situé à l'intersection de la I-4 et de l'autoroute 27, il est donc très facile de se déplacer. La zone immédiate a une grande variété de restaurants, centres commerciaux et magasins d'usine à proximité, ainsi que plusieurs terrains de golf de classe mondiale.


La Floride est un paradis avec l'océan bleu et les plages de sable blanc bordées de milliers de palmiers. Vous pouvez découvrir la nature sauvage des Everglades, et dans la région d'Orlando, de nombreux lacs vous permettent de faire des promenades en hydroglisseur, en canoë, etc.



Le climat en Floride est subtropical, ce qui signifie que le beau temps vous est presque toujours garanti toute l'année. Profitez de la baignade dans la piscine privée ou dans la grande piscine du club-house toute l'année.

My family loved our stay at this beautiful big house. This house has it all. A game room, a pool, hot tub, 4 bedrooms, and lots of space to spread out. I would highly recommend staying here.

Finding joy after loss
Everything was fine except the temperature of the pool . The one night we got in after two days of warming the pool was tepid and it was cool outside . My suggestion to the owner is to leave the warmer on for the entire time the houses is rented . Other than that everything was fine .

Wij vonden het huis echt mooi maar miste wel bepaalde dingen. Wij hebben over de jaren best veel huizen gehuurd in Orlando en bij alle huizen waar wij verbleven hadden ze altijd wc papier spullen om je kleding mee te wassen, vuilniszaken,afwasmiddel,keukenpapier. Maar helaas hadden ze hier allen 1 rol per badkamer. 1 keukenrol 1 vuilniszak en voor de rest niks. Wij hebben uiteindelijk ook de eigenaar een mail gestuurd. Want het bedrijf die haar woning schoonmaakt heeft het heel slecht gedaan er lagen overal vliegen. onder de wasbak lag een bak vol hele vieze water. Maar het huis zelf was erg mooi alle kamers waren goeie voormaat. Er moeten paar dingen aangepast worden en dan zou het super zijn.

Wonderful home
Nothing bad to say. We came to Florida for our daughters concert band as they played at Disney springs. Your home was everything we needed. Perfect location. Less then 20 minutes to the parks. Your home has all the amenities you could think of. The bedrooms are huge! The bathrooms are huge! The private deck off the master bedroom was a beautiful place to drink our coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were prompt with any and all questions. Very easy to book and check-in was effortless. Don't hesitate to rent this home

Comfortable Home
The house is perfect for a wonderful winter get away. We stayed for a month and enjoyed every minute. The owner was very responsive as was the property management. Our first morning there the coffee pot died and we had a brand new one for our coffee the next morning. The only problem we had was parking - the driveway holds two cars and since we were there with a larger group we had 3 cars. You are not allowed to park on the street after 11PM until 7AM the next morning. So we had to find a place to park the 3rd car off site. The owner tried to help us find something to solve the problem but the HOA in the community had very strick rules. They are now going to list it as a 2 car driveway and hopefully let people know what you would have to do with a 3rd car. But we loved our stay and would rent again if we have a smaller group! Highly recommend this home

Thanksgiving Week in Florida
We had a great experience at this property during Thanksgiving week of 2022. The home was just as described and we had no issues while onsite. We played hours of pool and air hockey with our teenagers and enjoyed the hot tub each night. The home was perfect for the 6 of us and we were able to enjoy a full Thanksgiving dinner at the dining room table. The gated neighborhood is also fantastic. Thanks for a great week away from the cold of Wisconsin.

We loved staying in Helle’s home. It was definitely the cleanest property we have stayed in. We loved the heated pool, and enjoyed not having to clean the water for an hour before entering it. It is very spacious, and we all felt very comfortable in the neighborhood. I definitely would recommend this home ❤️

Great place for family
What a beautiful home! It was perfect for us—a family of six, including an infant. Tons of space and plenty of bathrooms, and comfortable beds. This home is equipped with just about everything & anything you could need during your stay. Took us a while to figure out the pool heating, but that’s on us. Helle and the property manager were very quick to get to us anytime we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!
We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. The property was spotless and provided with everything that you could possibly need for a self contained holiday. The kitchen was the best stocked with equipment I’d ever seen and there was a plentiful supply of bedding and towels. The pool was used every day and kept clean and maintained. The games room was an added bonus. Communication with Helle was excellent and any issues we had were addressed and sorted immediately by the managing agent. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious villa close to the Disney parks (20 minutes).

Very Nice House
My wife and I stayed at this beautiful house and were very happy with our trip and accommodations. This is the fourth year of my daughter's college softball tournament in Winter Haven and we stayed at a few different places throughout the years. This is one of the best properties we've rented, and close to the resort where the team stays. Champions Gate is close by with resturants and shopping. My wife is a stickler for cleanliness regarding our stays, and this home and property did not disappoint. Very clean and well kept. This is the type of property that makes you want to treat it like your own home because you know someone has put a lot of time and care into making it an excellent stay. Home away from Home for Christmas.
This Christmas was very special to this family. We broke tradition and brought Christmas to Florida!! And to make it even more special this Home brought us Joy! Very spacious and Welcoming! Our daughter enjoyed every inch of the house. Especially the Disney/ Troll themed room! I visualized what I would do in the extra living quarters downstairs near the kitchen. Wonderful Thanksgiving
We rented the home for our family of 8 for the Thanksgiving holiday. Our plan was to do nothing more than hang out at the house. It was large enough but cozy. We used the pool all day each day even when it was wet out. Loved it. Super close shopping and lots of restaurants.

4-Stars….. Amazing house!
We loved staying at this property. It was clean and had everything that was needed plus more. The outside porch, pool and hot tub were clean and the kids loved them! Also, the game room i the garage is awesome as well. The only thing that needs improved is the wifi. We had 5 in our party, the kids ipads wouldn’t even allow them to watch a movie. Most of the time the TVs would buffer or not have enough signal to work properly. We will plan on staying here again the next time we go to Disney! Great location, the area is building up which is an added bonus!
