You and your family can have the vacation of a lifetime in this exquisite home in a quiet neighborhood that has all the extras you could imagine and one of the largest pools in the entire area. It's in the best location - super close to all attractions as well as restaurants, shopping, golf courses, mini-golf, drug stores... Sitting on the largest lot in the community and beautifully decorated, it's the perfect layout to have quality time together or spread out into one of the 3 living areas or on the gigantic back patio when everyone needs their own space. You'll have a fantastic time in the Frozen-themed game room (pool table, air hockey, Fooseball, TV). Every bedroom is themed. Also featuring 3 master bedrooms and Hi-speed internet WiFi. We have always taken great pride in maintaining a very clean and sanitized home. Please read all the 5-star reviews!

It’s on over a ¼ acre in Rolling Hills Estates on a QUIET cul-de-sac.
This premium lot size is in stark contrast to other crowded vacation homes.
Rolling Hills is the second closest community to Disney

LIVING ROOM
The living room has comfy sofa, love seat and chair with a 55 inch TV and a Karaoke machine with some great songs so you can enjoy some family fun.

FAMILY ROOM
The back family room has a 60 inch TV, leather sectional, ceiling fan and looks out to the pool.

GAME ROOM
The Frozen-themed Air Conditioned game room has a unique sparkly floor, 46 inch TV, pool table, full-size air hockey and foosball.

KITCHEN
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a stainless steel dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, Samsung French door refrigerator/freezer with filtered water, ice maker (cubed and crushed), garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, crockpot, electric skillet etc.
Pantry for storage.
It is generously stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery, and assorted high-quality pots and pans.

A large breakfast room with views of the pool is adjacent to the kitchen.

Just Book It
Property is such a gem. The pool is not only large, but private. We found the beds to be comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Kids appreciated the games and space to be loud in the garage. I loved the fact that the place was spotless, had a nicely stocked kitchen and grill, and was 5 minutes away from groceries. These owners have thought of everything. Book this house.

Fantastic all around
Kim was great to work with, very responsive and helpful. No issues with our stay at all. The pool is HUGE, we couldn't pull the kids (or adults) out of it. The house has SO much space, the kids slept in a different room most nights cuzz they wanted to get the full experience I guess :) Everything you would want instructions on had instructions, everything is very fool proof. Fantastic all around. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Just want to note that we have stayed at a lot of different VRBO’s with some being good and one being terrible but Kim’s place takes an entirely different category. Amazing doesn’t even begin to describe the work she has put into this home and our experience with it as well as her. We booked for family Disney trip but could have stayed the entire week in the house without other outings and been just as happy. Recent rental properties would describe the home as stocked with needs and we would still end up shopping for paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher items and the list goes on. However, with Kim ALL of this was definitely supplied and she even leaves ponchos for rain at the parks if needed. The kids were well entertained with toys, games, books, karaoke, floats for the pool, goggles and everything else their little hearts desired. My daughter loved not having to pack a stroller and crib for my youngest granddaughter and talked about how much they absolutely loved the stroller and its ease. Adults were amazed at the stock of kitchen with all equipment as well as views of the home and pool with screen enclosure. Not one complaint came from the entire 12 member family and everyone spoke of how beautiful the home is and how much work has been put into it. Cannot say enough about the communication with Kim and the beauty of this home. My only desire is for Kim to purchase other properties in FL that we frequent because I would love all owners to be as great as this one is.

I surprised eight of my grand children with a week long visit to Disney World and Universal Studios in Florida. This Disney themed home was perfect. We went with another family and the house size was perfect and so well stocked. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Kim was very quick to respond to one question during our stay. This property is excellent for families. Lots of personal space. Individual bathrooms for each family. Games aplenty provided. We used the crib, stroller and other items provided. The pool was a HUGE plus. Location is very close to Disney properties. We highly recommend this property.

The house was perfect for our family vacation to Disney. Great location, fantastic pool, and plenty of things to keep the kids entertained in the game room and outside. We had six kids and eight adults and had plenty of space. Kim was great to work with. Would book again.

The house was wonderful. It fit all of the family (16) perfectly and we all had privacy. The outside is even better than we expected. We were so close to Disney. It made the trip so perfect. We wished we had more time just to spend in the pool and house. It was wonderful. And all of the little things were taken care of. Little extras like rain ponchos and toys for the kids.

The most amazing House, we absolutely loved staying here!
This house is wonderful! It is clean and well organized. There are so many extras that I would not have even thought of. The kitchen is so well equipped that you could do any kind of cooking you wanted to and there are plenty of plates, silverware storage containers, you name it!!!! The house is also beautiful. We loved the themes, everywhere you look there is something new. The pool, spa and patio area. are indeed huge. I have never seen anything like it and it was fantastic. The playground on the side of the house was a big hit as was the game room. We played pool and air hockey into the night. The house is so nicely layed out and we love the fact that we could spread out into different areas. Everything was so comfortable: beds, sofas, seating on the back patio - we all loved it. Communication with Kim was perfect. We will be back!

Best stay ever
Beautiful house pictures make it look bigger but it fit 15 of us comfortably. Pool was greater once we figured out its heating system. Kim is very good at helping with that. Very clean, very well stocked if you like to cook there are more pots and pans, dishes than you will ever need. So happy we chose this home and great location Easy to get around if you use Google maps. Thank you Kim.

We had a wonderful time at this property while visiting Disney World. There was plenty of room, and the pool and jacuzzi were great for evening relaxing. The smaller kids appreciated the outdoor play area, and it was nice to have a built in baby gate for the stairs. Honestly would book this place again if going to visit the Orlando theme parks because of our experience and it's proximity to the parks. If I only could change one thing, I'd suggest more comfortable beds/pillows. If you're planning on working from here, the Wi-Fi has great download speed, but upload speed is relatively slow.

WOW what an awesome, clean, family friendly property and super awesome owner!
This house had everything we needed and more, so much more than we expected! Extremely well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, pool floats for the massive pool and spa that we thoroughly enjoyed. It is a great family friendly home in a wonderful, quiet community. We loved how clean it was, how comfortable the beds were and how many extras were provided. The location was absolutely perfect, it was so close to everything and anything you could want. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out in one of the 2 family rooms, game room or out on the huge back patio. The themes in each room were so cute and fun. We used the grill several times and it was fantastic to have a dedicated covered area for the grill for shade or protection if it was raining. There were even directions around the house on how to use things so we didn't spend time trying to figure things out. Child safety was also important to our group and the door going to the pool had an alarm and there was a pool safety fence across the patio. There were also life vests. This is the nicest property we've ever stayed at, and we have stayed at a lot of properties. We love to come to Florida! We had great communication with the owner, Kim. She had many helpful tips and always kept us informed from start to finish. She was so friendly. Absolutely perfect stay and we will be back because we love this house!!!!!

Fantastic for families and kids of all ages. Our family ages 2-80 had a ball at this beautiful house. The house was even better than the pictures. It was so clean, so well equipped and in the best location. It's a quiet community which is close to everything! The pool and patio area are super large and the yard is completely private! I have never seen a vacation home with such a large pool and it was especially nice to have pool floats provided by the owner. We cooked out on the grill many nights and when we used the kitchen it had so much stuff we didn't want for a single thing. The house layout was nice because there are bedrooms and bathrooms on both floors. Most big homes we looked at only had one bedroom on the main floor but we had a few family members that could not do stairs. This large house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Everything in the house was in perfect working order from all the TVs to appliances large and small. It was so nice having the small refrigerator on the back patio. We all loved the game room. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of hot water, all the decorated character themed rooms were super cute. Our daughter cried when we left because she was going to miss sleeping with the princesses. Kim, our host, was super nice and fantastic to deal with. Communication before and during our stay was perfect. We were100% satisfied and would highly recommend this home for family vacations!

AMAZING HOUSE
Not only was this house beautiful and in an ideal location from Disney. But the owners have thought of it all. From floaties, games, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen with any utensils, glassware you could ever need. Will for sure recommend this house and return in the future :)

Fantastic!!
This place was perfect!! We had a family vacation with 16 people, including one infant. Everyone slept comfortably. Everything we needed was there. I had brought extra of things that I have needed in other VRBOs and this place already had it. This house is close to everything! Pool had all the floaties the kids needed. Had a problem with the hot tub and the owner was out the next day (on a Sunday) to look and see what the problem was. She had the pool person out on Monday and it was fixed before noon. Owner is fabulous! I will rent from her again.

A Disney Dream Come True - The Ultimate VRBO Experience!
I recently had the most incredible stay at a VRBO property that exceeded all expectations. The karaoke setup and game room provided endless hours of fun for guests of all ages. Family vacation
We were a family of 14: 8 adults and 6 children and we had a fabulous time. The house was as advertised and the pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. We swam in the pool every night and had no issues from the neighbours regarding noise. The house is in a fabulous location and close to everything you need and fully stocked with whatever you could want or need! We spent a day at Clearwater Beach, which in itself is only about 1-1/2 hours away. It was a big hit as well, especially for 2 grandchildren who had never been outside of Canada before. The owner, Kim, was onsite a couple of times and was very helpful and friendly. We are already talking about going back next year we loved it that much. Thank you Kim!
