Welcome to your Spacious Vacation Home. This Renovated home is conveniently located to all major parks, attractions, & destinations in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. Just a short 18 to 20 minutes from the airport (MCO) minutes to supermarkets (Publix, Walmart) and shopping centers (The Loop and Loop West). Many major theme parks are only 15 to 25 minutes away (Disney, Universal, Seaworld, ICON & more). Corner lot house with ample parking, yard space, and a dozen amenities, you'll be right at home!

Event Rules:
Hosting Events: All events must be communicated and approved by the host BEFORE the start of the event.

Guests: 1 additional guest per adult is listed on the reservation. I.e. if your reservation has 10 total guests confirmed you are allowed to host a small event with up to 20 people during the hours of 8 am to 11 pm at no additional costs.

Types of Events: are limited to family gatherings, birthdays, reunions, weddings, and related events.

Noise Level: must be maintained so as not to disturb the neighbors. If music is being played after 11 pm, please ensure the volume is reduced to the normal talking level.

Cancellation: The host reserves the right to cancel any reservation found violating event rules. Warning neighbors have advised they will contact local authorities for any events breaking local noise and occupancy ordinances & you may be fined and/or removed from the property if found breaking local laws.

Damages: Please report all damages and incidentals so we can properly address, fix, and/or replace them promptly. We reserve the right to process any damages or excess cleaning costs to VRBO support.

Additional Fees:
Extra Guests: Past 8, each guest is $25/per night - Must reflect on reservation
Pets: Up to 4 allowed - $50/per pet fee - Must reflect on reservation
Large Event Fee: Host an event with up to 30 people - $100 Fee Applies

The advertising is exactly what it says. It’s only about twenty minutes away from the main extractions in Orlando. The outside area is nice and it was great for our dogs. Plenty of space for everyone. And there was great communication with the owner.

Thomas was very accommodating and quick to get back to me whenever I had questions (and even checked in with me a day after I checked in to make sure all was well) there was everything from board games, utensils, bedding, towels, shampoo, soap, basically anything you would need. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. I had a positive experience.

Spacious House
The house was very nice and clean. Lots of space and the outside was well kept. The location is in a good area but it is right on a busy road so be careful parking or try to back in to the driveway. The only complaint I have is that the sprinklers system made a whistling noise at 6am in two of the rooms and with me and two others being light sleepers we couldn’t go back to bed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. If you have any girls with makeup on ensure to bring your own towels since they have white towels only and if stained you will have to pay incidental. Overall had a good experience and Thomas was very good at communicating with me through the app. I would recommend staying here especially if you have a large group of friends (we had 8 people sleep over and 10 people over during evening).

Good Location!
The house was in a nice location with easy access to the theme parks and had a lot of room for everyone. The house was in a nice neighborhood and the check in process was easy. I did notice that the property needed some repairs and looked more worn than the photos but overall it was a positive experience and the communication with the property manager was quick and easy and the check In process was very smooth!

Good deal for short trip!
This rental was convenient and spacious. We will definitely use this space again! We loved the floor plan and the outdoor space. Would have liked a working ice maker, and newer hammock would have made it a 5 star!

Nice but dirty place
The location of the house was very good ( as listed )… The size and space in the house was good ( as listed ) 1- The main reason I pick this property is cause was listed as “ BRAND NEW VACATION HOME “… that is misleading , the house is not new , is a old house 2- The house was not clean , some of the walls in the living area are dirty , the chairs in Dinning table were stained and dirty , The blanket in the main room had big dog footprints and some long black hair ( I am bold and my wife has red hair ) then I got some towells that smelled clean and covered the bed to sleep on it ) 3-the shower curtains in the main were stained and had mold in the bottom… 4-Kitchen area all good… 5- Car kept in garage with good electric door…

I used the property for a baby shower. I did not stay over night but the property worked for what we need it too. We had some hiccups when it came to check in time but the owner handled it very well and made the best out of a tough situation. He had great communication and was easy to get in touch with.
