Element Vacation Homes welcomes you to Vacation Station. Upon entering the home, you'll be amazed by the expansive living area. The open kitchen will appeal to the chef of the family as it's well equipped with stainless-steel appliances, large island, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a huge dining table with views of the adjacent pool. Neighboring the kitchen and dining is the living area with a comfy sectional sofa and flat screen tv – perfect for lounging around after a day at the parks!

Movie night will be a sure hit as this home has a pretty epic theater with tiered seating and popcorn all over the walls. Nearby you'll find an equally impressive game room complete with bubble hockey, shuffleboard, giant wall Scrabble, pool table, and a classic upright arcade.

Head outside to find a large outdoor grill where you can surprise everyone with your grilling skills or take a dip in the pool to cool down on a hot day.

When you're ready to call it a night, head to one of the eleven bedrooms including one of two master suites each with king-size beds, mounted television and adjacent ensuite. You'll find other rooms with Queen size beds and a couple with themed bunk beds which the young ones will love.

You'll find the exclusive community of Encore to be conveniently located minutes away from all of the top attractions, tons of restaurants, and more shopping than you'll be able to handle. Stroll the well-manicured grounds of the resort and find beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars, and many cozy seating areas. Unfortunately, Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions. Jimmy Buffett's Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.

Neighborhood
Guests will find this home as centrally located as it gets just steps away from all the action. You're less than 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports. Large well appointed home
We had a great time four our group of 14. More then enough space in this house to never feel the least bit crowded. The house had so many fun things to do inside of it no one wanted to leave. Would definitely book again.

Great Family Home!
We celebrated my mom's 80th birthday party! We loved all the adult theme rooms and that they had their own bathrooms. The kids loved the beautiful murals in their rooms as well. The table is HUGE and we had fun eating together and putting together puzzles. The space is big enough to all be in a space having fun without being on top of each other. I loved all the game options! We didn't get to stay long but it was fun. The visitor parking lot is right across from the house. The double fridge was great! The beds were comfy!

Great staycation for a large family gathering
We stayed this past weekend and had a wonderful time. There were some issues when we arrived with cleanliness of the pool and the grill as well as the quality of the outdoor cushions. I was impressed with how quickly the management company responded to issues. They sent Carlos over to clean the pool and the grill very quickly. They did not have time to replace the cushions so I am hoping that gets done soon. When we could not get the theater TV to work they sent Justin over, he found the correct remotes, reprogrammed it and had it ready for us to use that afternoon. One evening we had a neighboring house that kept everyone awake so just before midnight I messaged the management company and once again, Justin responded immediately. He called security and the issue was handled. We rent a home every summer and this was BY FAR the BEST customer service we have experienced. The house was HUGE - the pics do not do it justice. Having 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub were ideal for our family of 12. There were plenty of outdoor chairs. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to go around. I would recommend the pool towels be replenished and replaced. They were mostly bath towels and pretty worn out and threadbare. We brought our own from home. I would recommend they update the patio cushions and the pool towel supply. We would stay here again without hesitation. Excellent customer service and a beautiful home.

Family Reunion Weekend
My family and myself had a wonderful time on this property. We were a large party and the property was very accommodating. The backyard felt totally private allowing my family to truly enjoy the property. The property management team was very professional and accommodating from begin to end. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect for all
The property was as described and offered lots of amenities for all ages. My family really enjoyed the game room in the garage and pac man arcade game upstairs. My family only had minor challenges balancing the temperature due to the extreme heat outside, but were able to locate some fans which addressed the issue. I would definitely stay in this home again, especially with kids of all ages.

Everything you could need or want!
Home was great! Everything was as described in the listing. Pictures don’t do justice to how big this place actually is. Plenty of space for our company retreat long weekend. Everyone has their own room and bathroom but we still get the bonding aspect of all being under one roof. Pool and hot tub were amazing for a January swim. All amenities were great.

The place was as described and very large and comfortable for our group of 18. The only issues were the hot tub and pool heat were still not functioning properly even though I saw a review in November that mentioned this and I contacted the host to confirm this was fixed and he assured me it was. The only other item was each person in the house is given one bath towel for the stay which mean a lot of laundry after long days at the park. Also, they do not provide any pool towels or water toys. Any issues we had were responded to very quickly by the management team.

disappointed, zero supplies, no propane, no keurig, two coffee pots one was broken, no kitchen towels, one pot holder, one garbage bag, no dish detergent, no chalk for pool table two ping pong paddles and one broke, basketball game broke, video game upstairs joy stick broke, paid $180 dollars to heat the pool and hot tub and the hot tub never warmed up, outside fans filthy, top of fridges have not been cleaned in months, floors need a good cleaning, and a bunch of lights out. All little things that add up to a bad stay.

FANTASTIC VACATION AND REUNION
We were pleasantly surprised by the accuracy of this accommodation with what was listed online. We were a varied group or what you will call a multi-generational group. All age groups were represented, and there was no boredom or complaints. My only complaint was that our room was a little warm. We did not complain because we had a fan there. Nice place overall. We will visit again if we have to.

Great House/Location
This was a beautiful house, housekeeping needs some attention but was fair because this is such a huge house. Upon arrival, the pool wasn't clean, 2 bedrooms downstairs need we some attention and the air upstairs in the rooms were warm, called to the number provided for issues and Mike got on it. Overall, I will definitely stay here again, this house has EVERYTHING you need and more. No need to bring any kitchen gadgets, the house has more than you need. Towels was provided for all the King rooms which is a plus because other rentals I have did not. The overflow parking is right across the street another plus. 5 to 10 minutes in any direction for food and shopping. Hope this helps the next person who want to book this huge beautiful home. Pictures are on point, except bigger. The balcony rooms are to die for but adults if you have teenagers like me, take the rooms downstairs, the game room is right outside the doors and since we were on vacation the pool table was it until almost 2 am.

Great home but needs improvements
Let me start off saying that we had a great time and the space was great for me and my entire family. Pool was nice but the heater did not work. Ended up getting refunded for that. The ultimate disappointment was the air conditioner upstairs. Each room has a floor fan in the closets showing that the owner knew about the temperature issue upstairs. The thermostat was down to 70 in the evening but the temp would never go lower then 78. It was very humid and hot and uncomfortable to sleep at night. Given the majority of the bedrooms are upstairs, the majority of the family were uncomfortable at night. The owner admitted that the house was built with a A/C unit that was not large enough to handle the size of the house upstairs. I just wish we were informed prior about the temp issue. The owner, Matt was very apologetic and offered to credit us for the inconvenience but knowing this issue it should be addressed given the amount of money it costs families to rent these homes.

Very Nice Vacation Home
My Family and I thoroughly enjoyed this home. It had all of what we expected and needed. The check in process was a breeze. Each room had it’s own bathroom which was a major plus for a large group. The children enjoyed the theatre and all the fun games offered. We did have an issue with no AC the first night, but it was fixed the next day. We would rent this property again.

Exactly what I needed
The house was very beautiful, clean and spacious. There was enough parking for family and visiting friends. Check in was fast and easy. However, we had the following issues with the home that was quickly addressed the same day when we called the property manager: 1) no blinds to the patio doors but paper blinds were installed to give my family some privacy, 2) not enough towels, 3) upstairs was very hot but property manager sent someone out to check the a/c. It was not fixed before we left but if the bedroom doors were left open the rooms were cooled, 4) no mop to clean the floors and no pool skimmer to clean the pool. Outside of the minor issues, we love the home and would stay here again. The property manager addressed any issues we had. We didn't call on the towels because we brought extra towels from home and we purchase a mop to clean the floors.

This property had everything we needed for a wonderful family event. Plenty of bedrooms and the king size mattresses were so comfortable. Having our own en-suite bathrooms was perfect. We loved the heated pool and we used the theater/games every night! Having 2 refrigerators worked out really great. Communication with the property manager couldn’t have been better, so prompt and helpful. The house was perfect.
