Spacieux 1800sq. pieds pool house, construit en 2001, à proximité de toutes les principales attractions près d'Orlando: Disney, Universal, Sea World, et bien plus encore!
La villa est idéalement située dans une communauté très paisible avec de nombreux restaurants, épicerie, magasins à portée de 1 à 2 miles. Ceci est une maison de location parfaite pour 2 petites familles ou une grande famille (peut accueillir jusqu'à 8):
Une chambre parentale avec une grande salle de bain (douche à l'italienne, baignoire de jardin), et un grand dressing, une télévision LCD avec les chaînes locales de base.
2ème chambre a un lit queen size, sa propre salle de bain avec baignoire / douche, une télévision LCD avec chaînes locales de base.
3e et 4e chambres pour enfants avec 2 lits jumeaux dans chaque chambre, salle de bain partagée.
Le salon spacieux dispose d'un canapé et d'une causeuse pour 2 personnes. Il y a une TV LCD 48 "avec les chaînes locales de base et un lecteur DVD. Une connexion Wi-Fi et un service téléphonique gratuits avec les appels longue distance locaux et nationaux sont fournis.
La cuisine est joliment meublée avec un comptoir en granit et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner si vous le souhaitez. Il a une cafetière, mixeur, grille-pain, lave-vaisselle, casseroles et poêles, plats, beaucoup d'extras. Ceci est une cuisine avec une table et 4 chaises.
La belle salle à manger formelle dispose d'un nouvel ensemble de salle à manger pouvant accueillir six personnes!
La piscine privée a une clôture grillagée et pourrait être chauffée en hiver (coût supplémentaire). Il y a une véranda couverte au bord de la piscine avec une table et des chaises pour dîner dehors près de la piscine!
La maison est meublée avec le linge de maison dans toutes les salles de bain.
Le garage a une buanderie avec laveuse, sécheuse, fer et planche à repasser. Le berceau et la chaise haute Pack and Play sont fournis pour votre usage domestique.

Great location
Location to parks was very close. Would have been nice if cleaning spray was available to clean table and counters. Not something every guest should have to buy and just leave behind. Simple pine-sol and water mixed in a spray bottle could be left in the kitchen for all guests to use. Also I had to empty the dishwasher from the last guest and fold towels that were left in the dryer. That should have been done by the cleaning crew.

Overall worse house we’ve rented
To start we arrived to this property and from the outside it was not maintained at all grass was very long bushes overgrown just looked ran down. Once we entered the property it was a overwhelming smell of bleach in every room to the point we were all coughing and my 5 year old granddaughter has asthma and well this triggered a asthma attack it was unbearable very disappointing when we had been on the road for two days tired and just wanted to unpack and shower and relax contacted the property maintenance which said contact the owner so we did and all he did was argue that there was never bleach used and if we wanted to leave we could clearly with no refund and we had booked this property for 14 nights over Christmas so us leaving was not a option with no refund we had to spend 4 hours airing the house out and going to get a nice smelling cleaner and cleaning the house all before we could unload our car and my granddaughter had to stay outside as she couldn’t breath . So if all that was not bad the beds in every room were horrible felt like springs would have had a better sleep on the couch as that looks to be the only new thing in the house. The outside furniture was just as outdated and dirty the screening to keep bugs out was missing 4 sections so was always dealing with bugs. The pool was none operational the hole trip disappointing. The kitchen had almost nothing to cook with.So overall worst rental experience as we travel every Christmas from Canada to Florida

Great location but property needs better housekeeper, beds, TV, furniture, and supplies. The floors appear clean but if walking without shoes, bottom of feet get dirty. There were no cleaning supplies (dish soap, broom, or floor cleaner). The beds were not very comfortable, very squeaky with any movement.

Great stay
This house was perfect for our stay, overall it had everything we needed. We loved the pool and covered lanai. Some minor upkeep needed: toilet seats in both ensuites need replacing and the place needs a broom! Would stay here again!

We are a Family of 6 (4 being older kids/teens) This home gave us the space my kids wanted! The home was easy to find and easy to enter when we arrived. We really enjoyed the layout of the home. The home was clean but it is about 20 years outdated. All Towels and Bedding looked and smelled clean. Beds were squeaky, mattresses are 6/10. We used the washing machine and it worked well. The pool was beautiful and very clean We only used it once since the water was so cold. Both neighbors smoke weed but were quiet and did not bother us besides the smell. The owner included a small amount of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, small hand soap, 2 garbage bags and 2 dishwasher pods. We bought other items we needed at Walmart which is only 3 mins away. Disney is about 15 mins away. We really liked the great location and space the home had.

We were pleased with the house, nice to have a pool. It took us a few days to figure out the cooling/heating. Wished there was a broom, laundry soap and dryer sheets. We expected to buy coffee, but we wish there had been filters and dish soap. You should provide a list of amenities that people need to provide themselves. But overall, we were very happy!!

Overall we were pleased with this location and the space in the home. The pool area was nice however it was poorly lighted at night. Several light switches were not connected to lights so we relied on the provided lamps and there was very few pieces of silverware provided. We got along okay for the week and enjoyed our stay, however the home and living furniture could use a good updating and painting. We would use this home again based on its location and the space in the home.

Gross and full of maintenance issues
The house has too many disappointing problems to clear up with a call to Guest service. The floors are very dirty, not just a little sand, but made our feet black on the bottom after just a short while yesterday. The top of the refrigerator looks as if it hasn't been cleaned since it was installed. The bed in the room nearest the kitchen appears to have 2 box springs stacked together, not a mattress. The dryer does not dry clothes because the dyer vent is clogged up with lint. This is a fire hazard. I had to unblock the outside flapper vent to allow some exhaust, but I am sure that the whole exhaust vent is caked with lint. The bathroom between the child rooms with twin beds had a turd in the toilet, with a “sanitized” band around the seat. The air conditioning vents are very dirty also. The stinky, fly infested trash dumpster was just a few steps from the front door when we arrived. The baseboards around all of the house are very grungy. The sliding glass door leading to the pool from the living room is inoperable. Most likely to excessive dirt buildup in the track. The sprinkler head on the garage side is defective and sprays the neighbor's window. The owner of that home is not happy about it. I advise none to ever stay here and VRBO should delist this property.

I really enjoyed my stay there were a few issues like the pool lighting was too dim we couldnt enjoy pool at night and phone doesn’t work. The central air only works in certain areas the boys and girls room were hot. Overall the stay was good and neighborhood quiet.

Not worth the money
I should definitely have read the reviews, which I thought I had, but must have mixed it up with another. To start off we couldn't use the pool, which was a main selling piint considering we have 3 kids, for the first 2 days because it was green and cloudy. I contacted the owner and he sent someone out to handle it. The beds are old spring mattresses that squeek and are super uncomfortable. The initial walk though the house seems clean enough, but when you really pay attention you realize it is filthy. Dirty baseboards, nasty dirty walls, rust in one of the bathtubs. The minimal pans that were provided were ready to fall apart. There are several sets of dishes, but all glass which is not ideal with small children. We were provided with 2 trash bags and 2 tabs for the dishwasher for our 9 night stay. There was nothing available to clean with, everyplace I've stayed before has had dish soap and hand soap at the very least. The lighting is crappy, forget being able to swim at night unless you have candles or flashlights, because despite there being outdoor lighting, it was so bad you couldnt even tell it was on.There are notices all over the place about being charged for this or that and I'm sure they are outdated. The couch is disgusting. The whole place could use a DEEP clean and disinfecting, as well an update to furniture, towels, pans and coffee maker. If you want a clean place to relax in, keep looking.

Nice home
The daily used items (countertops, showers, toilets, etc.) were clean, but the overall house needs a thorough cleaning. The twin beds were quite noisy and could be heard outside the bedrooms when you moved. The pool area and house overall were very nice and we had a great time here. David responded very promptly to any requests we had and was very accommodating.

Beautiful Home
The home was beautiful and as described in the listing.The only issue was the beds (mattress are very very firm/cheap ) and after a long day at the theme parks you want a comfortable place to rest. I had to go a buy a mattress topper to put on the bed . Otherwise extremely happy with this home.

Schönes Haus mit Renovierungspotential
Sehr schön geschnittenes Haus in einer sehr hübschen Wohngegend. Alles ist sehr schnell zu erreichen, wie Restaurants, Walmart, Tankstellen und Shoppingmalls. Negativ ist leider der Zustand des Hauses und das Möbeliar. Vieles ist kaputt und funktioniert nicht, vieles ist verschmutzt und nicht benutzbar . Die Klimaanlage fiel 3 Tage vor Abreise aus. Morgens gemeldet und abends wurde repariert/ gewartet. Meine Empfehlung an den Besitzer: neues Möbeliar und eine gründliche Renovierung. Die Bilder , die man sieht, sind nicht mehr auf den neuesten Stand. Ansonsten war der Besitzer immer schnell zu erreichen, was man von dem Gästeservice nicht sagen konnte.
