From the lake-facing screened-in back patio to the in-home loft movie theatre, you're going to love this place! You get the added privacy of no rear-facing neighbours as you enjoy the beautiful lake views from your back deck. And when you've had enough of soaking up the Florida sunshine in the lounge chairs, plunge into the private swimming pool to cool off! Hungry after your swim? Did somebody say BBQ?! That's right, you've got a personal BBQ grill on your patio too.

The adjacent top-of-the-line kitchen boasts premium appliances, a large island countertop, and fully stocked cabinetry, everything you need to prep and serve up a delicious family meal throughout your stay (or pop open those takeout containers...yeah, we get you!). The kitchen features not one, but two full-sized fridge/freezer combo units, so everyone's snacks can stay chilled. And when you're done cooking, we've got the cleanup covered with two large capacity dishwashers.

Looking for some fun after your meal? The garage has been converted into a games room. Here, you'll find family favs like foosball, hot shot hoops, and billiards. But don't think that means there's no parking, there's still plenty of free parking space on the driveway!

The amenities continue on the second floor, where you and your crew can enjoy a movie night-in in the theater room, complete with a huge screen and comfy seating.

The ground level of the house has 2 King bedroom suites, and the remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. You'll find four more King suites there, as well as two kids rooms, one with bunk-beds and the other with two twin beds. Kids will love the decorations featuring characters from the movie Frozen and Marvel Superheros.

In addition to everything that this incredible home has to offer, you'll also receive access to the Bella Vida Resort. Our guests are practically royalty around here, with full access to the resort's fantastic facilities. You've got a massive community pool and a sundeck where you can catch some rays. Plus, we've got enough sports courts to make your head spin, a fancy-schmancy clubhouse, and a whopping 15 acres of jaw-dropping lakes – insta-worthy, for sure!

Families, listen up: we've got your back. Your little ones can let loose at the playground and splash around in the kiddie pool. Meanwhile, your bigger kids (yes, that includes you, grown-ups) can shoot some hoops or spike some volleyballs at our courts. And if you're feeling like a fitness guru, there's a gym waiting for you. Guest Access:
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. "Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc)."

Guest can park in the driveway up to 4 vehicles. Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.

You'll also gain full access to the luxurious BellaVida Resort, which features a large resort style swimming pool, a fitness facility, games room, cafe, volleyball and basketball courts, and plenty of space to lounge.

• Just a heads-up, we've got some cool renovations happening in the neighborhood, so don't be surprised if you hear some daytime symphonies of hammers and drills!

Pet Friendly:
• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).

Additional Services:
• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

We're happy to deliver:
--> a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
