Great for the price!!!
Great place for a week! Only complaint would be that there was no extra supplies.( toilet paper, wash cloth, garbage bags, tissues and no extra towels) Bring your own swim towels too!! Walmart was only 5-10 minutes from the house so it was a big deal! The pool and pool deck are both nicely maintained. Definitely would stay again if ever I was in the area.

Location was perfect for us
Owners were responsive with questions we had prior to our check in. The rental was clean upon arrival and we did not have any issues during our stay. We were in town for a dance competition and this was a quick drive over to the convention center.

Pros -convenient to Disney -quiet neighborhood -easy check in -responsive owners -beds fairly comfortable Cons -lack of cleanliness (my 4 year old found a razor from a previous guest on the ground in the shower, black curly hairs on windowsill in master bathroom, grout in shower/bathroom was moldy) -furniture was cheap/worn. (Faux leather dining chairs were peeling leaving pieces all over, couch felt like it had sewn better days) -very thin bedding/coverlet and no blankets

The townhouse was very clean and updated! Quiet neighborhood. Not far from places to eat and attractions. Nice nature trails near by and state parks. Will definitely be booking here again!

The Pros- The apartment was conveniently located. Easy access. Had enough pillows and blankets. Shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. Cons- It is listed for up to eight people but that is imposible since the sofa bed is in terrible condition, even when we tried we could not use it and there are only 7 towels. The dinning chairs are peeling off so we had some extra material stuck to our clothes. The cleaning crew was there at 9:45am when the check out was at supposed to be at 10am. We definitely felt the pressure.

So glad we chose your property!!!
Wow!!! Loved the Unit & wish we could have stayed longer than just the qeekend!!! Upgrades are beautiful and the photos listed are spot on. Bedrooms are a great size and so comfy - we would love to come back and stay the next time were in Orlando. So much better than renting 3 hotel room, the aunit has everything you could possibly need!!

Property was very pleasing to the eye. We did have some issues that were followed up with maintaince from the development however it took a day away from our time as we had to stay in the villa while work was being done. Would rent a car for sure as it's too far away from everything.

Great stay at the Villa of Laguna Bay! Just arrive, unpack and you’re home! Quiet and clean, fully equipped with modern kitchen, washer & dryer, pool community with BBQ - we enjoyed 3 weeks of care free. The host is responsive and flexible. We definitely recommend! Till Next stay in Orlando

Perfect space for a ladies trip
This villa was perfect for a group of 6 women in our 40's and 50's. The pictures are true to the online ad as well. All the bedding was VERY comfortable. Only suggestions we have are to update the sofa as it seems a little worn in places and maybe add another accent chair/recliner, etc. Just to provide more seating in the living room area. The only seasonings provided are salt and pepper. Will need to provide own cooking items including oil, butter, coffee, sugar, etc. Only mentioning this for others to be prepared, and it not to say anything negative about this listing (every one is different) The cleaners were still there when we arrived, but that did not bother us one bit (they were SUPER nice too) Host was very responsive to my questions. We also appreciate there was not a LONG list of check out chores for us to do. Thank you!

Nice with some issues
It was a great central location and nice inside, but we had some big issues. The dryer was blocked by the doors (which were off the hinges and almost fell on us twice) and we struggled getting clothes in and out. The disposal was not working, and we ended up fixing it by getting out 2 rusted bottle caps that were jammed inside it. The pool which is around 20 yards right behind two of the bedroom windows (master and one with 2 beds) is open till 11, this brought in a lot of light and noise for those trying to sleep. There was a group in the pool many of the nights we were there playing loud music and we could hear everything (even some inappropriate stuff). We actually had to move the kids into the front room to fall asleep and then move them back once it was finally quiet (past 11pm). The inside was nice, and it met all our needs inside, but I do not think we would stay there again.

The house is very clean an organized...laundry is a plus...really quite Condo and close to everything. We went to Medieval Dinner Time, just 4 min from the house, really nice experience, and another day just at the pool. Planning to comeback soon!!! Catalina is very friendly and just a text away from you.

We thought the pool would be packed, but this seems to be a quiet community. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Have quarters for the pool table inside and take tennis rackets for the court. If you need anything everything is within a five minute drive.

Pleasantly surprised!
This villa was just what we needed. I travelled with my two adult daughters and the villa was perfect. Great amount of space for us. House was clean, updated and well equipped. We had a small issue using the code to enter the rental, but the host responded immediately and stepped us through the process to get in. The neighborhood was pleasant. Location was perfect. There is easy access to parks, airport, shopping. We would definitely stay there again.

The host was very responsive. The interior is newly remodeled and beautiful. We didn’t have any issues with anything on the inside of the property. Other reviews mentioned the upstairs neighbor being loud, but we didn’t find that to be the case. The property is convenient to the pool and to the community entrance. The exterior of the property and adjoining property looks like it’s being worked on. It could use a refresh, but I never felt unsafe. I would hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for having us!
