My family enjoyed your property after having spent 4 days at Disney. We loved the location as it was and end unit with no unit behind us. My two issues were the cost to rent a gas grill. We had to pay for a full week when we only had the grill for three days. My only other issue was that I thought the pool/Lani and the area outside of the Lani could have been cleaner. All and all it was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone! Thank you!

Great Family Place for all ages.
It is as described to a tee. Lots of space with tons to do. We had kids ages 8, 12, 14, 15, 16, 20 and 22 years old. This is a teen/college age dream space from movie theater with all the options to arcade games, pool table, air hockey etc. Pool and hot tub then add on the additional two water parks. Easy access to grocery shopping, resturants etc.

Sounds good and looks good on paper but1. You Pay Extra for Pool/Spa Heating! a lot extra!2. The property was ill decorated and had many issues from leaking ceilings to broken shower heads and lights falling their housing, to name but a few of the many many issues encountered3. I could go on complaining about minor issues but I will end with.....My personal advice, with hindsight, isStay in Disney Hotel for the period you wish to visit Disney and then find a cheap place to lay your weary head for the rest of your time which would allow you a visit to Florida without the hassles involved in staying far from Orlando's other attractions.Everything is expensive excess Fuel & Food, so book wisely as, in my humble opinion, this is not the best option, for anyone.

Family Spring Break Vacation
Our family had a great time at the property. The house and rooms were as described in the listing. The pool and spa were a hit and were used by all. Small issues were addressed in a timely manner. Having the pool face the lake was excellent. It is very quiet, and there are birds, turtles, and even a gator to watch while relaxing. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed are stay. We had a couple issues, one was all the chairs in the theater room were broken and were very uncomfortable to seat in. The refrigerator barely made any ice. Overall everything else was nice and clean and we were really happy to with the game room.

Relaxing family oasis
Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, especially the location of this specific unit that overlooked the pond and nature. We were greeted every day by alligators and a range of birds that kept us entertained. The house was well setup with bedrooms, theatre room and game room that allowed our whole family lots of space and options. We had two issues during our stay (spa and broken bed) and the management quickly responded to our concerns. We would re omens this rental to anyone looking for a large place for their next stay in the Orlando area.

This place was amazing and everything we would want for 6 adults and 4 kids ages 4-8. Close to Disney. Property manager was great in responding to the little things that weren’t quite right. We would stay here again.

Fun themes, well stocked and responsive
We enjoyed our stay here. We've rented houses in various cities and states, and I appreciated that this property was well-stocked. We didn't have to take time from our trip to get extra dish soap, paper towels, pool towels, etc. Especially for a shorter trip, this was wonderful! It was convenient enough to all the parks and our needs. The home was well-appointed and just as pictured. The kids enjoyed the themed rooms, video games and theater room. The community may not have been as charming as some we've experienced, but it was gated, clean, and calm. The home location is culdesac-like, next to a small lake or pond, which made it even a little quieter. The access to the home and check in process was easy and convenient. The property management company was very easy to work with and very responsive. Something I always overlook in a timely manner (reminder to any of you who may read this): Don't forget to request the pool and hot tub to be heated. I don't think that being a separate charge is unusual from our experiences, but I just forget that detail. Again, for a short and busy trip, I knew that requesting the heat during our stay would've likely been too late.

We had an excellent time at Lakeview! House was wonderful. We were in the pool or hot tub every day. The kids loved the game room. The community pools were fun. The rental company was very friendly and responded quickly. One heads up is that the house not well stocked, they supply you with salt and pepper that’s it for seasonings. Only one roll of paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. For a whole week that was not enough. Other than that we had a great time.

Great place
Loved being on the corner lot with water view. We named the gators Steve, Kevin and Phil. The game room is great, but there is little room for the pool table. Might need to invest in a bigger water heater. That many rooms and not enough hot water for showers. The decor is beautiful, but there is no sound proofing for the rooms. You can hear all footsteps above along with the toilet flush and showers.
