This Luxury Villa in Storey Lake has the best location in all Central Florida's resort-style communities. It has 8 luxury bedrooms each equipped with Smart HD TVs. Perfect for extended family vacation
House conveniently located far enough away from chaos of Disney but close enough to take advantage of all things Orlando has to offer. House was spacious, pool and hot tub were great. We watch football and a few movies in the theatre room. Management was responsive to our questions. Overall, very pleased with our stay, felt the pictures and description were accurate and property was priced appropriately.

Thanksgiving Disney Trip!
The home was just as advertised. We enjoyed all of it. The home could use some minor tweaks, such as some serving dishes (we had Thanksgiving here!) and the theatre seats and game room accessories were in need of replacement, like the pool table cue sticks and triangle, but this was a clean, beautiful home that was perfect for our large family and we would definitely stay here again!

Great home and location, very poor communication and multiple issues that were ignored!
My family and I stayed in this home for ten days. The layout and locations were amazing. We unfortunately had multiple concerns while we were there that were not addressed. The oven would not work most of the time. We learned after we reached out for the second time that most of the pots and pans would not work with the stove as it was an induction stove and they were not compatable. The main TV also kept loosing sound which required us to unplug it. I made the property management aware of these issues and they were not addressed. The worst part of the whole experience was when we returned home one day from being out to find construction workers and their family parked in the driveway. There was a worker on the roof painting while his wife and kids were playing in the front lawn and steps. I asked what they were doing and asked them to leave. There was a language barrier but they told me no and showed me that they were hired by the property management to be there. I asked them to at least move out of the driveway and have their kids leave the yard and they told me no. I then called the property manager who told me work needed to be done on the home and they would hopefully be done soon. I explained that they were blocking the driveway and on the front steps. Management said they would hopefully be done soon and there was nothing else they could do! It was a disgrace and made me uncomfortable. I was eventually told a manger would call me but no one did. DISGRACE!

Just like it looks!
This property was amazing for our stay! We had 13 family members...children, teenagers, and adults. From the really fun arcade room, theater room, and pool, there was plenty for the all to do. We were never lacking for space in this unit. Kitchen was well stocked, and towels for baths and pool were provided. The owner's management company was always available to answer any questions or concerns. We loved how close this unit was to the airport and all the attractions (we only went to Universal Studios), but Disney and Sea World were also close. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Overall, we had a great stay. The house was nice, the view was incredible. We loved being on the end. The property manager was super kind. It was interesting that the hosue we choice was not the house we stayed it. The layout was similar, but the decor and kids rooms were different than the pictures. The worst part about our experience was the traffic backup trying to get in to the community. It was horrible and took forever. There really needs to be a traffic guard or a second gate for those who have already registered so they don't have to wait in that line every day.

Family Get-away
We absolutely loved the house and property. Ample space for our party of 10. Kids loved the pool right out the back door. The kitchen could have used a few more pots/pans. Making eggs was a challenge. Otherwise excellent. The main gate by the pool house tends to back up at all hours and is inefficient. Pretty much the only negative.

We had a great time together at the house. It was clean and had plenty of towels, pots, and other essentials. The location is close to restaurants and stores. The only hiccup was check-in. There were a lot of people checking in at the same time at this neighborhood so it took a long time. No fault to the owner. The neighborhood should’ve had more than one person working the gate on a holiday weekend.

Four Generations of Family Fun
We had our family vacation at this property and it did not disappoint. There was something for all ages, and enough space and privacy for the baby to nap, the big kids really liked the lazy river and water slides, and I enjoyed the big kitchen, reading my book poolside and never having to hear I’m bored. ;) It was a short 20 minute drive to Disney Springs, and very close to the other parks and restaurants. You really can’t beat the location for a Disney trip.

Absolutely Amazing Home and the Best Location!
We were changed to Ultimate Lakeview Luxury. We were told the games were in better condition. The game room and the space themed bunk beds were awesome!. All of the beds we used were comfortable. The hot tub & pool heated perfectly. The home is stocked well. We all had soap, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body gel. There were plenty of pots and pans. The view was beautiful, however the view on the Lakeview Luxury is better. However, now that I have been at Ultimate Luxury, I would recommend this one. It is right next to the bridge. It is the path that leads to the water park. I was told it was a 5 minute walk from that point. My husband & I liked that we could walk out to the bridge easily and the view was awesome. We had ducks visit…so peaceful. The waterpark was busy but so much fun. The theater room is upstairs, in case there are mobility issues. However, my husband & step son used it and absolutely loved it. One of the best parts is how quickly you get to Disney, about 10 mins. There are other areas the same mileage away, like Four Corners, which we stayed at, but it took 3x as long to get to Disney due to the traffic. Storey Lake is on the right side, no where near the traffic. Not one complaint but keep in mind, for those with mobility issues, on main floor one of the beds is so high my mom (5’tall) needed a step stool to get in. 1 upstairs is even higher. If I have a choice I will always choose this home when going to Disney. Gorgeous and very clean!!!!

Perfect for families!
The kids still talk about how fun it was to stay at this house. The house was clean and overall a great place for all of us to get together. We really enjoyed the game room and the theater room. Great vacation house!

big beautiful good location close to parks restaurants stores air conditioning perfect up and down, nice warm pool and hot spa very comfortable would stay again Only needs plastic cups and plates for around pool area. More heavier pots and pans and some bowls for serving. Fridge filter not replaced. Great family time with 13 people but lots of room.
