Not all we thought it would be
The house was tidy but not really well cleaned. We were aware we would need to buy our own groceries but essentials like dish cloths, garbage bags and dish soap/dishwasher soap and toilet paper was not provided. A list of what to be prepared to purchase on arrival would have saved substantial time on our limited vacation stay. The bathrooms were surface clean but I ended up buying cleaning supplies to clean the sinks and showers as we did find hair and grime in the corners. I had received an email to have the heat turned on in the hot tub and pool ahead of time. There was an additional charge for this. Something not clearly stated when I made the reservation. I also had to pay additionally for use of the BBQ. This was slightly annoying but I paid the additional fees ahead and booked a turn on date so it would be ready when we arrived. Upon arrival, we found the hot tub and pool cold. We contacted the property managers and were told it takes 8-10 to heat up. I had requested the turn on to be the day before so it should have been ready. Long story short, we got the run around from the property management representative, and after several unanswered emails, text messages and then phone calls, we were told the heater was broken and could not be fixed. Our money was refunded for the heat turn on but we did not receive the compensation for not having the pool/hot to use during our stay. We do not recommend this property and would not return.

Great stay
The place was well stocked and maintained. I would say getting guests access was difficult, but luckily the house was near the gate and we were able to get them in the complex. The surrounding area was very nice with a golf course feel. Amenities and stores were nearby as well. It took us about 40 mins to get to the Disney parks due to traffic, but there were back roads to make it more calm of a drive. I want to thank to host for being available for any questions and keeping the property nice!

Fantastic villa
We stayed for 2 weeks. Fantastic villa in a great location. It was spotless. Only neg point is there is very little cooking trays etc but we mostly ate out so this didn't affect our stay. Would 100% recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book this again. Thanks.

Beautiful home and area! Plenty big enough for 3 families to stay together and for everyone to have their own space to escape to. This location has a free shuttle that will come to the house and bring you to the clubhouse where you can enjoy the amenities! Was a lot of fun.

Doubtful to go through any Deconova properties again.
I hate leaving 2 stars, but the water having black stuff come out of both the tap and the refrigerator were very unsettling. I conversed with the property managers deconova on multiple occasions regardimg the wifi, explaining that the ones they were saying to use were not visible, or connected, but with no internet access. (Again, internet not being available wasnt that huge as we were away most of the time) However, watching tv was impossible as you could hear the audio but see no video. I have video of that. There was something yellow stuck to the ceiling theoughout our stay(still not sure what it was). The back door as well, unless you worked really really hard for both doors to lock at the same time it was almost virtually impossible to keep locked. The amount that we spent for the few days here we at least expected there to be some dishwashing liquid or trash bags to use in the kitchen. Only due to the amount we spent. I dont remember seeing it listed as being there, was jist an expectation. Our instructions were to talk to a guard upon arrival at the address provided(which was a virtual call to a guard who never verified who we are, just opened the gate every time) We didnt get an orange pass with a QR code until we went across the street to the waterpark and that guard said we needed one, printed one out for us, and asked us not to tell anyone. That tells me that the security portion thats included with these prices is not being taken seriously. My kids had a blast though

We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice clean place. The only issues we had were the chairs at the dining room table were not sturdy and the legs were close to giving out, the internet code/ password did not match what we were given at check in, we had to find it in the laundry room and access to a few of the gates , including the one right by the house was out of order most of the week. Overall our stay was pleasant. Very spacious and clean.

Outstanding Experience!
Our experience was perfect in every way. The owner communicated extremely well and was very helpful in guiding us through our first time using VRBO. The house was immaculate and exactly as described. Beautifully maintained and decorated. Check-in was fast and easy. Our family had a wonderful time on this vacation, and much of the credit goes to our wonderful VRBO experience. I highly recommend this owner and property!

truthful review! Read this before booking
This house was overall a nice place but there was something’s that did stand out to us that people should know before booking here. Most of the beds are rock hard, could have been cleaner, game room is every hot it has no ac, water gets very cold if multiple people are showering, the lower room does not get as cold as the rest of the house so if you get hot at night this will not be good for you. Also all the names of my guest were not given to the front gate so that was an inconvenience for us. But on the other hand it’s very spacious for big groups, Multiple bathrooms, nice kitchen, nice rooms, very comfortable, a good amount of parking. Overall it was a nice place and would recommend it if you are okay with the little bit of cons. Also recommend getting the pool heated! This is a truthful review! Thank you to our host for the stay and the very quick responses! We enjoyed our stay.
