Immerse yourself in Disney Magic! Our 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom vacation home has been lovingly designed to delight even the most discerning Disney aficionados. As a devoted Disney family ourselves, we attended to every detail to create a vacation retreat filled with Disney Magic to rival that of on-property accommodations, with the convenience, amenities, and value of an off-property stay.

Every room has been meticulously themed with custom furniture, murals, and artwork - from the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse kids room to the luxurious fairy-tale inspired adult rooms and incredible Star Wars game room. As long-time renters ourselves, we truly believe we've created a magical space to create lasting vacation memories rivaling most rental properties in the Orlando area.

Home Details:

Our home sleeps 8 people comfortably with each bedroom featuring en-suite bathroom facilities. There are 2 King bedrooms, 1 Queen bedroom, and a kids room with a custom Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Full-over-Full bunk bed with pull-out twin trundle bed.

The theming of this home was truly a labor of love. While we definitely aimed to create fun and imaginative spaces for our youngest guests, such as the colorful Mickey Mouse Clubhouse room, we didn’t want to forget the young at heart! The adult rooms were designed with an eye toward a more subtle and sophisticated interpretation of beloved Disney classics. We hoped to create rooms that the characters themselves would live in rather than slap a character sticker on the wall and call it a day.

The Cinderella Master features a King bed, beautiful chandelier / fan, and details such as the wall-mounted glass slipper, fit for royalty. The second King bedroom boasts fun and stylish Rapunzel/Tangled theming. The 3rd Queen bedroom features charming Frozen-inspired Scandinavian theming. Finally, the kids bunk room stars who else but the mouse himself!

The garage has been fully converted into an amazing (and air-conditioned) Star Wars-themed game room featuring beautiful Rebel Starship murals with blue LED accent lighting, a 65-inch TV with Xbox One, a large multi-game arcade machine, air hockey, and foosball. The full size washer and dryer are also located in the garage for when your clothes start to smell like a Wookiee.

Our home also includes a spacious kitchen, open living room, and separate dining area. The main living area features ample seating for the whole family with a large, 65-inch flat screen TV with streaming access and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and all the hand held appliances you would expect. All dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and linens are supplied. The dining area seats up to 6 people with bar stool seating for 4 at the kitchen counter.

Sliding glass door off the main living area leads to the private pool and spa with large patio furnished with loungers, tables and chairs. We are pleased to offer COMPLIMENTARY POOL HEAT during your stay!

Less than 2 miles from Walt Disney World and with unparalleled amenities, Windsor Hills Resort has quickly become one of the premier vacation communities in central Florida.

Some of the magnificent features of this guard-gated community include a luxurious water park pool with splash-pad, water-slides and a spa, separate toddler pool, tennis and volleyball courts as well as several children's playgrounds.

Universal Studios-Orlando is about 25 minutes away, and Sea World about 20 minutes, traffic permitting. Kennedy Space Center is just over 75 minutes away, and in the other direction Clearwater Beach is about a 90 minute drive. There is a shuttle service available from here to all the major attractions and airports, though charges do apply.

Anyone in the wheelchair would be pleased to know that they could stay here easily and have a great stay doing so. The host is incredible and will solve any minor issue you may have at the best of his ability and fast . No issues that we had were caused by him or the home just to human error is all. Amazing vacation experience!
We truly loved our stay at this home! When we first saw the house we were in awe, it’s even more magical than the photos! One of the first things we noticed was how clean the house was, we’ve stayed at other rentals where it was clear that cleaners had cut some corners but not here. Not only was the home immaculate but it was so incredibly nice to have our own super clean pool. The net over the entire pool keeps it so clean and we really appreciated that(plus it’s heated which was amazing). Our kids were obsessed with the game room and my husband and I also enjoyed the arcade games, such a cool touch! The themed rooms were both super cute but also not cheesy. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels for us which was nice. We also spent a day at the community pool area which was pretty sweet, the kids loved the splash pad and water slides! The only downside of this stay was when we had to leave, we’d stay all winter if we could! This home made our Florida vacation such an amazing experience! We would highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone we know!

The game room was a huge hit as well as the private pool. Great location that’s close enough to all the attractions but not too close to all the hustle and bustle. Each room having it’s own bathroom was a wonderful luxury. Would love to stay again if we visit in the future.

Nice little Disney-type Stay
We had a very nice stay at the property this week! Each room had a cute little Disney theme which our kids, all 10 and under, really thought was fun. The starwars playroom was a particular favorite and each night it got plenty of use. We also enjoyed the heated pool, which was great. Josh was very responsive and really helpful with all the questions we had. After we realized we left a stuffed animal behind, Josh even offered to send it back to us! Thanks Josh, we will certainly keep the property in mind for our next visit!!!

Luxury, Fun and Pure Style
We absolutely loved this property! From the themed rooms, jacuzzi, heated pool, chic kitchen, and comfortable living room, this was perfect for us. It’s 14 minutes away from Hollywood Studios and only 20 minutes from one of our favorite spots to eat in Kissimmee: World Food Trucks! Josh was super accommodating and the communication was always on point. Self check in was a breeze and my son truly was in heaven once he saw the Star Wars game room! Neighborhood was very quite, secure and private. This is the perfect stay for families! We will definitely be staying again very soon!

Universal Studios Spring Break
The house was perfect for our spring break get away with our 2 families! We were traveling with our best friends and their mom that has difficulty getting around (walker) and this was the perfect home for her to navigate through without stairs and to give our boys not only their own bed and bath but a space to game and not wake up Gammie! If the game room door is closed it’s shuts out 90% of the gaming noise, so it’s quiet and Gammie who is sleeping across the way was not disturbed. We were able to cook full breakfasts for the whole family before heading to the parks and then come back to enjoy a dip in the pool. Josh was very responsive if we had any questions or issues via text. We must have lost power at one point and some things needed to be reset and they were resolved quickly. Our families would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stay
We truly enjoyed our stay. The pictures were very accurate. We enjoyed the gated community and went for walks every morning. The pool on-site was clean and nice. Pool and hot tub heater worked nicely. The place felt comfortable and furnished but not crowded. Linens were nice and we felt like there were plenty and extras in the closet. The kitchen was stocked - toaster, coffee machine, blender for smoothies, etc. Kids items were appreciated - pack and play, umbrella stroller, high chair, stool in the kids bedroom. We would be very happy to stay here again. Josh was an excellent host and very responsive! Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the mattresses at some point - they were comfortable but sank a little when you got into the bed.

Spent Christmas at Disney this year! Great place for our whole family to spread out. Enjoyed the house a lot! Only complaint is the check in process to the community. The lines coming in each day were awful taking 15-30mins to get into the community. There is only one way in and out.

Perfect Disney Stay!
We traveled with our 5.5yo, 4yo, and 21mo for a 5-night trip to Disney World. First, can't imagine a better location - easy route to/from the parks (with secret route in the home's welcome book) and super close to Walmart for groceries and anything forgotten (ponchos!). The house itself was perfect -- looks just as pictured/described. Pool was great, though we didn't get to enjoy it enough (weather was cold and we were so tired from the parks!). Kitchen was stocked, big fridge, full washer and dryer appreciated. The neighborhood community was pristine and safe. The host was especially kind and accommodating in helping us out when we overlooked a drawer of our littles' clothing. Great stay, great experience, hope we can do it again!!

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway
We booked Josh's property to get a little sunshine, spend thanksgiving with some family that moved south and experience Disney for the first time with our kids. It was a perfect location, the house was clean, so clean in fact that my wife commented on the cleanliness. Having the Pool/Spa attached to the house as well as the community pool and waterslides was great for the kids. Great communication before and during our stay, highly recommend.

3 Night Mini Vacation
I am a researcher when it comes to selecting places to stay. The photos on this listing caught my eye right away. We chose this house for its close proximity to Disney and the airport, the heated pool, the themed rooms and that it was a modern home in a gated community. The house in person looks exactly like the photos. We really appreciated the gated community aspect and felt very safe. The themed rooms were magical for our whole family including the bathrooms. It was awesome that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We liked that the living room and kitchen were not overly themed. We did use the full size washer-dryer twice during our stay. Each bedroom had a clock with USB ports and outlets. The lightswitchs were labeled. We only used the TV in the Mickey Club House room but there are TV's in every room. The Mickey Club House room was a huge hit with our 3 year old granddaughter. We did use the pack n play for our grandson and had brought our own sheets for it. The pool was awesome! The owner left a book with everything that we needed to know plus other useful info. We had great communication. The only bummer was we did not have time to use the community pool, playgrounds and splash pad. We will have to visit those areas on our next trip.
