1) Is pool and spa heat extra?
Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence and a pool alarm on the door leading out to the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM.

Windsor Hills Resort limits the number of cars per reservation to 3 cars.

Great stay!
Loved the house and proximity to Disney World. Great location, super close to Walmart which really made shopping super easy. Pool was great, the extra charge for heating the pool well worth it. Plenty of bedrooms and space. Loved the game room. I’d stay there again without question.

Amazing Home!!
We stayed here during hurricane Milton! We come from North Dakota to Orlando yearly and have been staying in Windsor Hills for the last 15 years. This has been our favorite home yet. The owners were incredibly responsive. We decided to ride out hurricane Milton rather than driving north. The house was rock solid. 3 million people in Florida were without power and we kept power the whole time. Amazing home and highly recommend

Fun house with plenty to do close by!
Our family of 4 had such an amazing time at the home. We love Windsor Hills! The game room at the home was a hit for the boys. The beds were comfortable and gave us plenty of rest after our long days. The only thing I would suggest is pack supplies - handsoap, trashbags, and papertowels. There is a starter supply (2 trashbags, one roll of papertowels) so bring extra if you are staying for multiple days. We will be back next year to stay in Windsor Hills as it has something for everyone!

Lived the place.
Our family trip to Florida was wonderful we got to enjoy the beach some parks and then when it was time to rest and relax my boys really enjoyed the game room and the swimming pool. The property had all you needed to make a nice meal and it was pleasantly quiet at night to get a good rest. Wonderful place.

Convenient location!
Clean and nicely decorated! Very close to the parks. Our only complaint was that the pool was not very clean. Could have just been a timing issue as we noticed the pool service arrived the day we were checking out. Overall a very nice place to stay though!

My birthday celebration
There was no place I rather be than a family vacation in the most magical place on earth. I was so happy to find a home that we could be able to come home to and relax in together to make extra magical family memories. A few things that needed attention during our stay were handled very well with promptness. The home is beautifully decorated and very spacious! A wonderful way to end the day or spend a rest day at in between parks; swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, playing family board games at the kitchen table, playing games in the game room, lounging in the living room or eating outdoors were all great parts of our trip. The community pool and waterpark were so much fun too! I highly recommend this home.

Amazing Week!
This property was everything that was advertised. It was clean, had all the amenities required. The beds were comfortable, the games room was a big hit and the salt water pool was awesome. The location was perfect, close to parks and across the road was an open field that our kids loved as well. We wouldn't hesitate to return!

Amazing week
We stayed at this property a few weeks ago and had an excellent time (third time at Windsor Hills). House was spotless and very nicely decorated. Kids had an amazing time in the games room! Has everything you would need for your stay. Communication was fast and easy, check in was easy. Pool was nice and warm on arrival! Highly recommend!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Thank you for a wonderful stay - the home was perfect for our group's needs and close enough to the Orlando Convention Center for our conference. The kids had so much fun at the home we didn't even go up to the clubhouse or water park! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Great Stay!
For Christmas I wanted the family to be together. Rented this place for the family nights and utilized the hot tub each night. The kids loved it. Recommend going to Walmart a little farther down the road. The closest one was backed up onto the main road during this time of year.

The pictures don't lie. The location works very well, tons of restaurants nearby. The overall resort property has everything you need, pool and slides, open fields, tennis courts, even a movie theatre! The property itself has a game room that is exactly as shown. Complete with a pool and jacuzzi, this works for adults and kids. Just rent it, you can thank me later!

Excellent Stay
We have rented many different houses across the US with VRBO and this was by far the nicest. Everything is spotlessly clean, well maintained and all furniture/appliances are high quality (including the beds). Our teens had a great time in the gaming room and we made good use of the air hockey table, the basketball game and the Pac-Man arcade. It was very quiet all day and night, perfect for a good nights sleep. We had zero issues with accessing the community or the house and the guards were courteous. We didn’t pay for the pool to be heated but the water temperature was perfect for us (end of August). There is a kids fence around the pool that you can take down. The only annoying thing was the pool alarm at the sliding door. You can’t really leave the door open for more than a few seconds before the alarm goes off. I understand why it’s there and not a major problem. Great stay overall and we will definitely back when visiting Orlando.

I would rate this home as a 10+. It was perfect for our family needs. The themed rooms were exactly as pictured on the website. We had pre-teens, teenagers and adults in our family group and it was a hit with every age category. It was located in a great location with the theme parks just a short drive away. I would highly recommend this property. You won't be disappointed!!

Perfect Retreat from Disney/Universal
Our week stay here while visiting Disney/Universal was absolutely perfect for our two families. There is plenty of space for everyone and the game room was the favorite spot for the kids. The house was extremely clean - probably the cleanest vacation rental we've experienced. No issues with anything. The kitchen is well stocked to make your meals. Beds and all other furniture was comfortable and appeared in new condition. We loved coming back here after long days in the parks to relax.
