Best vacation ever

I have been going to Disney world every year for the last 15 years and let me tell you this house has been the best ever, perfect location, very nice house all the way around. Definitely coming back to this property. My kids love the house amenities.

Wonderful spot to stay with family!

House was very clean and very welcoming. Communication with management was A+. We had an issue with the pool not heating properly and the theater room not wanting to play movies, but a quick message to management and it was looked into that day. Pictures were not exact, but very similar to home details. And cell service will not work unless you have WiFi password. But we had a blast for our Disney adventure for my daughters birthday celebration.

Great location, ok house

We enjoyed the location of the house - very close to target, Walmart etc as well as the theme parks. And the pool was pretty private as far as houses in subdivisions go. This was our second time staying in this subdivision and we had specifically chose it and this house because of the proximity to shingle creek park. The location that showed on the VRBO map was pretty far from the actual location - so if that is important to you keep in mind that it’s not always accurate. Also the house was not the one that was shown in the photos of the Vrbo listing. It was similar but not the same. So if you’re booking hoping for the specifics in the photos - they will not match. We also did not realize until the day before that check in is not until 5pm which felt very late to us. The house was relatively clean - definitely not spotless - however the pool was really dirty. They did send someone to clean it promptly when we mentioned it though. The dryer was broken when we arrived. They did send someone the next day to fix it but they had to order parts and it was broken for our whole stay. They did have a second dryer on the main floor but it did not work well (took 2.5 - 3 hours to dry a load of towels). Most of the equipment in the theatre room didn’t work (no batteries, incorrect cords etc). Overall it was just very ok - especially for the price. Nothing awful enough to completely ruin our stay but definitely not a house we’d return to (we rent at least one house a year).

Big House. Great for large groups.

The house was great. Big enough for 3 families of 4 plus grand parents. The neighborhood was a little suspect though. Good location for Disney though. Close to Target for grocery shopping.

Very clean and exciting

We really enjoyed our stay at this property as the house was exactly as was described. The game room was enjoyed by our kids for hours on end as well as the movie theater upstairs. This was a last get-together for most of us as we are leaving Florida and moving out to Texas. We were able to get our entire family together and enjoy the great community features as well as the heated pool inside. Will definitely look to do again in the near future trips back to FL!

Awesome Place

This place was perfect for our family's trip to Disney and Universal. Lots for the kids (both teens and younger kids) to do when we were home between the pool and the game room. Host was responsive on the minimal issue we had, and the place was very clean when we arrived. Would definitely recommend!

Frustrating

I do not recommend this company. The house was not ready for us, game room had only one game working, everything else was not working. Had an extremely hard time getting the host to send someone to fix, I spent a lot of time on the phone with Diamond Vacation And and with VRBO to get someone to come after 7pm to fix, and they took a long time to get the game room working. We had 5 kids with us, so what was supposed to be a relaxing time for the adults, didn't happen. While I was trying to insist that they had to come and fix the house, the host tried to patronize me and make me feel bad for complaining. I wish I could post pictures for this review, but I'll do it on google for sure. There were so many irregular things, screws from a game frame showing and with the risk of kids being hurrt, wires hanging from the bed capsule, wallpaper peeling off, Frozen room had stickers peeling off the wall... I have never been so frustrated with a rental in my life.

Clean! Huge! Great place!

The house is very clean, which is my top priority. And it is in a nice, safe area. The house is absolutely huge. The set up is perfect for groups. We have 3 kids so we took the king bedroom that has the adjoining bathroom to the Star Wars room, which has 3 beds. So it worked out perfectly for us. The bedrooms on the ground floor are perfect if you have family members that cannot climb stairs well. The game room was a hit with everyone- especially the basketball game. We wished we would have time to use the theater! I would definitely recommend this house to others! And communication with the owner, as well as check in/out, was very easy.

Very nice property minus the trash container

The property was nice and pretty much as pictured online. It was close (in walking distance) to a playground and Target shopping center. The only downsides were the trash container out front hadn’t been cleaned. Guests before us put trash and garbage in there not in bags. If it’s not bagged it doesn’t get picked up. And that garbage brought on the critters. Once we got that cleaned out we were good to go. But trust me, it was a messy job. The other thing was the gate by the property is never closed and locked. And with it being right by the shopping center entrance it didn’t really feel like a gated community.

Orlando Family Getaway

Family vacation 12 people for 9 days. We were very pleased with the size and openness of house; It was very clean; kitchen items were placed in cupboards and drawers perfectly (made me smile); dishwasher, New washer and dryer which came in handy since not many towels and washcloths for that many days. Management responded quickly with any questions or concerns I had. Everyone enjoyed the arcade/game room and large screen, theater room. Did use pool with heat; however, had to avoid sides with bird dodo all over. It had been there for a bit. Pool boy took pic to Tell management, but nothing done. Only major downfall of the property was the misleading listing. The listing I confirmed pictured a totally different game room and backyard, and was located in the main property with the large water park, Mini golf area, and large lazy river. It was not. Everyone all unpacked before realizing it, did not want to pack up again. Our house was located 2 miles from that large water park. We were in a section called the cove. Had a small, lazy river, No Mini, golf, no water slide. When I inquired, they said we had access to the large park. Very Disappointing You could see All the houses looked alike with the same inside layout so feel they just put us anywhere. Very noisy neighbors for first four days with heavy mj smell-management gave me numbers to call. Houses too close to each other no back patio privacy. Will not return.
