Access to this “secret” west Disney entrance is just 8 minutes away and avoids the heavy traffic that can occur with the main Disney entrance.

** Pool and SPA Heat Fee $45 per day after tax, must remain on for the entire duration of the stay, if requested. Please request pool heat at least 5 days before your arrival.
** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.

Family cousins vacation
The pool wasn’t heated even though I paid for heat. Had neighbors that rented previously from there Stated the Owner never fixed the pool heater. Reported it to property management never responded back to me about the pool heater

Family Vacation
We arrived on a Sunday-Monday family vacation. The home was as pictured upon arrival. It’s a beautiful home with plenty of space to accommodate large families. We were unable to access the home initially with the original code. It took us 2 hours to gain access to the home. They provided us with a second code and that worked; however, after an hour we noticed the lock was not turning all the way to unlock the deadbolt. It needed new batteries so we weren’t able to lockup and leave. We lost an entire day on our theme park itinerary the next day because we had to wait for someone to come out the following day to replace the batteries. We thought someone would have come early in the morning but they instead came mid-afternoon. I would recommend doing some touch up painting as the walls are dirty and have scuff marks. Some of the kitchen cabinet doors were very loose, the fridge did not have a bulb which made it difficult to see inside the fridge especially at night. We enjoyed being able to sit down together for dinner as the dining room table could accommodate everyone. Upon arrival we discovered at least 6 broken dining room chairs. We called the property management team. They advised that someone would come out to repair them. The repair happened on day 7 of our 8 day vacation. The hot water didn’t get very hot but only luke warm. We liked the fact that the home had a giant jenga game and the wicker big sports game. Overall everyone enjoyed their stay.

Lovely home close to everything!
This home was perfect for my family. We were down for a cheer competition but made it a family trip. The home is beautiful just ad pictured. The owners were pleasant to work with and very prompt with response. I would definitely stay again!!!

Spring break success
We had four adults and four kids ages 5-8 for an eight night stay. The house was plenty large and could have accommodated many more. The pool was the highlight of this house for everyone and we spent several hours per day swimming and using the hot tub. Not having a rear neighbor (adjacent to woods in back) was nice as it added privacy and seemed more quiet. The community pool and playground area were great for the ages of the kids in our group. On the inside the house was open and allowed for our group to gather comfortably. Technology throughout the house worked great (all TV’s and wifi). Appliances worked and we found everything we needed (except a cork screw) in the kitchen. There are a few items in the house that may not be as clean/maintained or high end as you would want in your home, but don’t let that deter you from booking this property. Emily and her team were excellent. She was very prompt to respond to questions leading up to and during our trip. I would seek a property managed by her in the future if we return to this area. A little disappointed
The house was very spacious and room for all of us. The pool and hot tub were clean and very enjoyable. The cleanliness of the house was really unacceptable upon arrival though. All the beds had dirty bedding and everything was visibly dirty/dusty. The air filters were dirty and many of us had allergy issues the entire stay. We felt sick at the house and would be outside or at the parks and felt better. The whole home needs a good cleaning. The dryer ventilation, air conditioner and the house itself. The pictures and size match the description and overall was pretty close to parks without traffic. It takes roughly 20 min or more to get back and forth from the Disney parks not 8 minutes like the description. But the house was not clean and did not really have enough basic supplies in the home. The description says there is a high chair and there is not one that I found. Which was difficult when we had a 6 month old with us. The owners were quick to respond to my concerns but nothing really could be done at that point since we had already purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the house ourself and did all the laundry. Unfortunately, with trying to get an entire family and 5 kids settled in I didn’t think to take pictures of the condition of the house when we arrived.

1st time using VRBO
Our stay included 6 adults, 6 toddlers and a 9 year old. The house was amazing. It was clean and spacious. Living room couches were very comfortable. We thought we weren’t going to get much use out of the hot tub or pool because of the little kiddies but they loved it! They woke up every morning saying “I swim! I swim!” They had a blast! So much fun watching them. We were also worried that they would have trouble adjusting to the new environment and want to go home at the end of the day but they never once cried about that. They were so comfortable, woke up every day with the biggest smiles in their faces. I rated this 4 stars because the beds were uncomfortable, worn, too soft. We stayed 5 nights with 13 guests. We had to go out and buy trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap and sponge. We were supplied with one trash bag, 4 oz bottle of dish soap, no sponge or dish rag, and a roll of toilet paper that was in each restroom. It also stated they provided one high chair that was not there. None of that really bothered me because we had the best time. I was a little bothered when the pool cleaners came at 430 pm because the kids wanted to swim and we would’ve rearranged our plans had we known. We’re planning another visit and I would love to stay here again however my husband will not because of the beds.

Not the best
This property is beautiful online. It has a lot of potential, but the level of uncleanliness is unacceptable. So much dust that’s visible with the naked eye. My husband had to literally clean the washing machine and dryer prior to our use. There was a very used, filthy vent that was thrown into one of the closets. One of the toilets clogged after hours, and we didn’t get a phone call back until after 11am the next day. We were told it wasn’t an emergency. The issue is that no one called to even assess the situation. We left a detailed message and was wanting to know where we could find a plunger in the house. We ended up purchasing a plunger at Walmart. We found the plunger days later. It was under the kitchen sink. How gross! This property was listed as a promotion, so the Lowe price wasn’t a red flag for us. I’d consider staying elsewhere. It’s very difficult to change lodging arrangements for a family of 14 at the last minute. Also, I am not sure just how sure the subdivision is, but traffic was being held up for over an hour inside of the subdivision due to a police standoff. They had their guns drawn towards a house, multiple police cars, and a helicopter was patrolling over the scene

The property was nice. A few chairs in the kitchen were broken and the seats kept falling off which was dangerous for our children. The beds were not cleaned well as there were pieces of hair and glitter in the bed when we took the comforter off. Cleaning fee is pretty high when we had to wash all towels before leaving. We are a family of 9 and could have used more towels.

Beautiful home
I was nervous to book this property because there were no previous reviews, but the house was beautiful and just as described. The beds and sofas were extremely comfortable. Our teens proclaimed them “napping couches.” There were ample towels, utensils and dinnerware for our large party. There were no bugs in the house. It is evident that some guests have been hard on this beautiful home as there were a few broken things, but overall, our stay was excellent. The clubhouse of the neighborhood was nice though the gym and game room were both closed related to covid. The bar and grill was severely understaffed. Expect to wait 30+ mins for drinks. The pools were beautiful.
