Starter Supplies Provided: To help you settle in comfortably, we offer a starter pack of essentials, including laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, one roll of toilet paper and bath soap per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels for the kitchen. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items and any personal supplies needed beyond the starter pack.

Security Deposit Policy: A credit card hold will be placed two days prior to check-in as a security deposit. This hold will be released within ten days after check-out, provided no damages or missing items are reported. After booking, you will receive an information request, and prior to your arrival, we will request a credit card swipe for the hold, similar to standard hotel practices. Please note that no deposit amount is charged at the time of booking.
