There are 8 expertly designed bedrooms, and the kids will love the treehouse bunkbed. A slide takes them from the top bunk down to a ball pit, in this jungle themed bedroom. The Avatar themed bedroom has colourful murals, cool mood lighting and loft beds, plus a light-up ceiling that's out of this world! Every bedroom comes with fresh linens, fluffy bath towels, and a smart TV for your entertainment. The ground level of the home hosts 2 separate King bedroom suites (one with an ensuite bathroom), and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs on the second level of the home.

The second level is where you'll also find the movie room. After a long day at the theme parks, wind down with a movie in your home theatre. Featuring a massive projection screen, plush seating, and a popcorn maker. You'll feel like a movie star with the velvet rope and cinematic curtains. There's also a laptop-friendly dedicated workstation in this space, and for those who can't unplug, we've got you covered with lightning fast wifi.

The spacious open concept living room design keeps things social when you're in the fully-equipped chef's kitchen. You'll love the extra fridge/freezer combo unit, and the TWO dishwashers to handle all the clean up after a big family meal. Plenty of space at the large capacity indoor dining table, or enjoy your meal poolside at the outdoor dining table.

Guest Access:
You will have private use of the home, so kick back and relax.

Our guests get complimentary access to the Bella Vida Resort facilities. They're open from 9:00am to 6:00pm and have a number of amenities, including a large resort-style heated pool, an outdoor hot tub, children's playground, fitness center, sports courts, and more. Please present your reservation to gain entry.

The Neighborhood:
The secure, gated BellaVida Resort is located just minutes from Disney, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and more.

Getting Around:
Renting a car is recommended as it’s the most convenient option for getting around Orlando. Alternative options include public transportation, taxis, and uber.

Other Things to Note:
•To ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we require guest ID verification for all reservations. Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to hosting you!

Additional Services:
1. Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

2. We're happy to deliver:
--> a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
--> Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
