The house is really nice with bedrooms big enough for multiple people. Homeowners are really nice and respond quickly, however we were unaware that if the temperature falls below 65 the heat in the pool/hot tub will not work. We booked this place because of the pool at hot tub so it was a little disappointing.

Great Large Home
This home is perfect for a large, or multiple family gathering. We had our 5 children, spouses, and grandchildren. Wonderful to have so many bedrooms and many with ensuites. It is not on a nature preserve, as indicated in the ad, but in a very secure gated community with a fabulous clubhouse and pool area. Owners were super responsive to any concerns or requests.

This property was absolutely amazing. We had an awesome time. There is so much room for everyone to spread out for multiple activities. The layout is amazing, but even better we could not have asked for better host's. They were very attentive all requests and the communication has been excellent. I would come back here with no hesitation or maybe try another one of their properties.

Had a great time. The house worked perfectly for us. Most of our time was spent at Disney but the size of this house and it's location worked great. I loved it being a corner lot and it also had plenty of parking at the house and around the house. It's a nice, safe subdivision too. Definitely will look into staying there again.

Overall the house was great. It was everything they said it was. Our only issue is the bathroom in rooms 7 and 8 the shower curtains were dirty and needs to be changed. They should also provide us with a broom and mop unsure if there was any in the building but we didnt find one and ended up buying our own. Other than that everything was good

Great family vacation
I thought the house was beautiful. Nice big kitchen. Beautiful pool area. The house had more than enough room for 9 adults and 4 children 7 and under. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Also a huge shout out to the maintenance/sanitation guys for saving the day when we needed a screwdriver to put a stroller together! Any questions I had everyone was very quick with a response & helpful. Thank you again for the wonderful stay! We are looking forward to booking this house agin. 5 stars all around.

You have to pack everything
The house was nice, but there are no blankets or comforters on the beds. They provide pillow case, fitted and flat sheet only. The house sleeps 20, but you are only given 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 beach towel per guest. Packing extra towels and blankets is a must!

Nice property! Plenty of room & mostly stocked. Needs extra pillow cases or cases on extra pillows. We had a few issues. Back door would not lock & owner did address within reasonable time. Hot tub would not work all week. Several attempts were made to fix but were unsuccessful. Houses are a bit too close. Neighbors kept us up. Waterpark is awesome & game room was free & kids loved it. Overall great vacation place for a family!

Our trip to celebrate my daughter's 21st Birthday in this home was awesome. My only recommendation would be have a heated jacuzzi our trip consisted of older people who were looking forward to a heated jacuzzi. Other than that very nice home . And a wonderful stay.

Comfortable Beds Clean House Lots of space and plenty of bathrooms Televisions in every room and 2 living rooms/ very spacious Pool Deck needs some maintenance/weeds growing thru bricks and the deck needed a washing to remove loose debris Sliding door to pool didn’t stay on track and did not lock Spa temp was not 100 as advertised. It was only 87 2 of the 4 that patio chairs were broken, the seats had deteriorated The owner did not answer requests for help until day 4 of a 7 day rental. It was on day 4 that someone fixed the sliding door and the pool/spa temp was adjusted to their advertised temperature When I tried calling, I was hung up on and could only communicate thru VRBO messaging
