This is the perfect family/friends beach house for a most memorable vacation!

This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2200+ sq ft home is ideal for family & friends to gather. It’s also wonderful for couples looking for a romantic getaway, or for celebrations such as anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, retirements, or other special occasions. This home is excellent for those looking to relax in a quiet neighborhood that is ideally located by all that Pacific City has to offer. The location is perfect for those looking to quickly access the beach, (.2 miles away- about a 5/7 minute walk to Pelican Brewing/beach access) shopping, and restaurants.

Family time
Three generations of our family gathered here for a rainy visit to the coast. The house was beautiful. We especially appreciated the open floor plan with a cozy fireplace. Beds were comfortable and the whole house was spotless when we arrived. We easily walked to the beach and on a nearby nature trail. We hope to return.

A great house
We enjoyed our time together in the large living dining room, especially. The fireplace was a lovely addition. Appreciated the hot tub.One suggestion: would be nice to have some lamps in the open area so we could have not bright light on, but some light on. Either that or put dimmer switches on the overhead lights.

Great stay
House was clean and exactly as described. We had a large group and had plenty of room for everyone. Had one question about hot tub towels that was quickly answered via the chat feature on the vrbo app. Walk to beach area was not to far and the trails behind the neighborhood were great for morning walks with nice views.

Best stay ever
We rented this beautiful house for our son’s wedding at Pelican Brewery for 4 nights. The most beautiful well equipped home that served our family well. The location to the beach is superb and we had the most wonderful time. Highly recommend this rental.

This home is great for large groups. The open concept works well. It would be nice to have a fenced yard for the kids and dogs though. Close enough to walk to the beach. Needs mirrors in the bedrooms so people don’t always need the bathroom to get ready.

This house is a great choice for a big group. It has 5 bedrooms and can sleep 10-12 people. It is new construction so it is immaculately clean. It has a nice lay out. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is not beach front nor does it have a sea view. This was what we were expecting. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house does not have a yard really, or a deck or porch which would have been nice. It does have a balcony upstairs from the master bedroom. It has a hot tub but we did not use it. It was in an awkward location and the chemical smell was overwhelming and foamed up with the jets. Overall, I would recommend this property, especially for friends or family vacationing together.

We enjoyed our stay at this Pacific City house. The rooms were large and spacious. The kitchen had many pots/pans, utensils, and plates. Nice and quiet but very close to the beach. I thought it was really clean. I had a minor issue and the owner replied very quickly. Definitely a good stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beach house! It was very comfortable, well stocked, super clean, the beds were really comfy - and we would love to, and plan to stay there again. The host was gracious and fast to reply to messages and overall it was a great experience!

Very Disappointing, not worth the price, and even hazardous.
There are several problems with this property: 1. The construction of this property appears to have been rushed. The concrete on the stairs was on loose sand and the sand has eroded underneath the concrete on the stairs. 2. There was no yard or landscaping for the front and back of the property, and weeds were growing all over the sand yard, growing across the sidewalk leading up to the door. 3. There were nails and broken glass scattered throughout the sand yard, posing severe injury hazards. One nail was found pointing straight up through the sand. Cigarette butts were strewn throughout the yard as well. 4. The interior of the property wasn't clean, dust and grime were present on lamps and window sills. 5. The rooms were poorly furnished: one room had a nightstand with the drawers turned toward the bed as there wasn't enough space in the room to accommodate the bed and night stands. The bedding was uncomfortable and dusty. 6. The batteries on a fire alarm were dying and resulted in chirping and warning alarms in the middle of the night. 7. The lighting in the living room was poor, only bright overhead lighting that cannot be dimmed, resulting in needing to move lamps from other rooms into the living room.

Family getaway
Our second time staying here, we really enjoy this home and the quiet location. The 8 of us stayed comfortably and we loved the layout of the big living area where we could all be together. The large, well set up kitchen accommodates cooks and helpers to work around each other very comfortably. A very nice place to stay at beautiful Cape Kiwanda.

Great house for a group
We had a great time at this new house in Pacific City. It’s a great distance for walking to the beach, coffee shop, etc. The space is perfect for a couple families vacationing together because there are multiple hang out spots. Love the addition of the hot tub too! Since the house is newer there are some amenities that you may not see yet, but Amanda was very receptive to questions and a suggestion. I think this will continue to be a great vacation home in the years to come.
