Newly renovated house blocks from hospital and restaurants.

Adorable little home (1350 sq ft) in a quiet neighborhood near Baptist hospital. Perfect for healthcare professionals. Also near restaurants, coffee shops and a local brewery. Fully professionally (not DIY) renovated in 2022 with new kitchen and baths. Immaculately clean. The home is only used for rentals, so there is not any “owner clutter.”

1 mile to the historic Coke plant that houses:

Sprockets Innovation Hub (very cool, fully equipped office share spaces)

2 miles to American Quilt Museum

Clean cozy stay

Quaint, clean house in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. The host was very helpful and prompt when answering any questions we had. It was plenty big for our party of 6. I recommend this house for your stay.

Perfect!

From start to finish everything was absolutely perfect! Mae is a wonderful host! Initially, we were due to check in earlier in the day, our drive (weather) didn't allow us to arrive when we had planned, it was after dark. Mae ensured the lights were on, making it much nicer for arrival. The home was very clean and well decorated, it felt very welcoming. Everything we needed was there, plenty of linens, cooking/serving items, FRESH ground amazing coffee! The backyard is super cute and cozy! Plenty of space to hang out in! The location is perfect for several things you may want to do in the area, shopping, quilt museum, restaurants. We were in town to visit family (previously we lived in Puryear), some came to the home, we relaxed and enjoyed a meal. Very comfortable environment! Thank you Mae!

Year 2 of staying here for the week of BBQ on the River. It was perfect. Clean and comfy. A great backyard area to relax after the festival. Loved everything. And, the management was spectacular!

Lovely small home

We had a family group of four at this lovely home. It was perfect for our group and our host was awesome. She went out of her way to make our stay special. The backyard is one of the best parts of this home - lots of seating along with a grill, fire pit and outdoor games.

We loved Mae's House. So well decorated and equipped . Highly recommended for anyone needing a place to stay in Paducah. And Mae was so kind. Only wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the beautiful backyard.

BBQ on the River

We came up from Louisiana to participate in BBQ on the River and needed a house close to the venue that could house 6 people. This house was exactly what we needed. And the backyard was awesome-and a great place to sit and relax after a long day at the fest. We’ll be back for sure!

Great house!

Our family (grandparents, parent and two children) enjoyed our stay in Paducah at this house. The house was clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the special touches like the freshly ground coffee, great towels, soaps and all the streaming services. Check out was super easy! The back yard was great although at the time of year we where there we needed bug spray since there were mosquitos. The owner did a great job communicating with us about the house and suggested several local restaurants. We would definitely stay again if are in the area!

Amazing home

Great house with a great host! She was incredibly accommodating and the backyard space can’t be beat with a grill, fire pit, plenty of seating, and outdoor games. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we could think of.
