Welcome to this charming beach side home 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps 8 people in the unique oceanside community of Malacompra @ Hammock in Palm Coast. With a fully fenced front and back yard, pet friendly, a brand-new heated in-ground pool, and a warm, cozy interior, this home has everything for a perfect getaway. Located just a short walk, bike ride, or golf cart drive to the beach and steps from Bing’s Landing State Park and boat launch, this property is ideally situated for coastal adventures. An added bonus: bring your boat or RV or camper! The home offers side parking with a 50Amp electric hookup. Let us know if you would like to add a pool heater for $287 per week or less stays or $200 per week on longer stays.

The Space:
Welcome to this charming beach cottage-style retreat that blends elegance with cozy charm for a truly inviting stay. The family room, with its 65" smart TV, comfortable leather sofa, and armchair, is designed for relaxed evenings together. Gather at the spacious dining table that seats eight, with additional bar seating for four—perfect for family meals or hosting friends.
The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, thoughtfully stocked with a variety of dishes, cookware, and high-quality appliances for delightful homemade meals. Enjoy a cozy breakfast nook, where a table and four chairs overlook the beautiful pool area, providing a tranquil spot for morning coffee or a quick bite. Plenty of outdoor sitting to enjoy beautiful Florida sunshine weather.
Sleeping Quarters:
Master Suite: A spacious oasis featuring a King-size bed, walk-in closet, and an en-suite luxury bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-in shower.
Second Bedroom: Includes a Queen-size bed and shares a full bathroom with tub/shower combination with the third bedroom.
Kids’ Quarters: The third bedroom, tailored for kids, is outfitted with two bunk beds and a large smart TV for added entertainment.
Outdoor Living: The outdoor area is designed for both relaxation and fun. Dine al fresco at the table for six, cook on the gas grill, or unwind around the fire pit on cooler evenings. This beautifully appointed home encourages you to relax, dine, and create unforgettable memories in a luxurious beach cottage ambiance.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to a home, private and fenced yard and in ground heated pool. Guests are also provided with a free golf cart so you can easily go to the beach.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

The Neighborhood:
Malacompra is home to Malacompra Park, which features pristine beaches, scenic walking and biking trails, and excellent spots for fishing, picnicking, and surfing. It’s also popular for its proximity to Bings Landing Park and boat launch, Washington Oaks Gardens State Park where you can explore unique coquina rock formations, formal gardens, and hiking trails. Minutes to Marineland Dolphin park and historic St Augustine.
This neighborhood is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, offering easy access to biking and walking trails that wind through maritime forests and along the coast. Its quiet, residential feel combined with the beauty of the natural surroundings makes Malacompra a hidden gem in Palm Coast for those seeking a serene and scenic retreat.

Getting Around:
You will need a car or a golf cart or a bicycle to get around the area. You can also walk to a few restaurants, beach and park near by.

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.

Great place
House was as advertised. Well equipped. Golf cart was great. Very clean (except there may be the beginnings of mold in master shower which is understandable given the location. Just want to have you check it out.) Maybe have a full length mirror somewhere and suggestions for fog friendly restaurants near by.

We absolutely loved this house near the beach on Florida’s Atlantic coast. The highlights were the heated pool, golf cart, and proximity to the beach. We would definitely return in warmer weather to spend even more time at the beach!

Great Place and Location!
We spent Thanksgiving week in Palm Coast to visit family, and we were beyond impressed with this property. The house is even more spacious than the photos suggest, offering plenty of room for relaxation. It was beautifully furnished with thoughtful touches throughout, including a coffee bar, laundry supplies, a grill, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The addition of the golf cart was a wonderful perk, making it easy and fun to get to the beach. While we didn't have the chance to use the pool, it looked inviting and well-maintained. Alina, the host, was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. We would love to return and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Outstanding Vacation Property
Absolutely loved our time at the Aqua Pearl! We stayed with our four kids (teens/pre-teen) and our pup and there was something to do for everyone. First, the property is just simply relaxing and beautiful. Everything you need is there for you. We enjoyed easy daily walks to the beach and around the neighborhood, the golf cart quick trips down there as well! Secondly, Neighbors were friendly! The location provided was an easy drive to everything we wanted see and do while we were there, including a day in Orlando, St. Augustine and even Cape Canaveral. Restaurants and groceries are an easy and short drive away! It was so hard to leave this vacation! Lastly, the property was clean and well-equipped for us to cook our own meals and to relax on the pool or front porch.

Family Vacation
We have stayed in several properties along this coast and this was definitely a favorite! No one was ready to leave. The pool was perfect and the close proximity to the beach was great. Our family is too big for everybody to fit on the golf cart but it worked out perfectly. The beach gear rode in the car the with me and the kids took the cart with dad and mom’s car isn’t full of sand. Management quickly addressed any problems we had and communications were quick and easy. We definitely hope to return!!

The home is lovely, well furnished. Golf cart a plus, but had no tail lights and dim headlights.Yard was perfect for pets, and pool and patio nice. Unfortunately the location was at times noisy with a construction business next door. Kitchen could be better equipped with utensils, pans and I missed my air fryer! Also, toilets were too low for this old lady, and in fact toilet paper holder had been partially pulled off wall prior to our stay. We had to replace light bulbs and batteries in front door lock. The grandchildren loved the bunk beds and pool and beach! Alina was easy to contact.

The house itself was charming and well-appointed. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area is beautiful with welcoming neighbors & beautiful scenery. A short walk or ride down the street led us to the beach, and amazing sun rises! It was also pet friendly & my little pupper felt very at home.

Great space and so close to the beach!
We had a wonderful stay here with our 2 dogs. The space was much bigger than it looked in pictures. The pool was perfect for us. We loved being able to hop on the golf cart and head down to the park or the beach. Speaking of the beach, it was much closer than we even realized. We will be staying here again!

Great vaca!
This was a wonderful property!! We would definitely stay here again! The house was perfect for our family of four and all of our needs. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating was: there is a bee nest under the shed with large bees flying around the backyard constantly-made it a little uncomfortable to enjoy the outside area. It also would have been nice for a few small things like maybe some board games, adult pool float/fun noodles, and a few more trash bags. Other than that it was wonderful! The location is quiet but so nice being close to the beach. We went to the BBQ restaurant multiple times at the end of the road and it was delicious! Same with pizza delivery from Bronx Pizza. We really appreciated being in more of a nature area away from tourists. Publix is literally down the road and a short drive over the bridge you can access Walgreens and other stores. We would highly recommend!!

Lovely beach house!
Felt bigger than it looks in the pictures. Very nice home, well equipped, and close enough to the beach (about 15 min walk with the dogs). There is a side gate and hook up for an RV (as mentioned in listing) but it seemed impossible to get an RV in there with the road construction and plants in the yard. We have a travel van (class b) and could not maneuver in. Otherwise, everything was great and the host was very attentive to our needs. The golf cart was an excellent, added convenience for quick trips to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Gem on the Atlantic!
The listing and previous reviews don’t do this property justice! The location is off the beaten path which makes for a very quiet and serene vacation. The house is larger than the listing portrays and the amenities are top notch. From the countless blankets in each closet to the numerous towels (including beach towels) this house is set up for a vacation where you only truly need to bring clothes. The pools is the perfect size to relax by but also jump in for fun with the kids. The beach access is extremely close and the golf cart makes travel a breeze. I can’t say enough positives about this Gem on the Atlantic! 10 out of 10, would recommend!

Anniversary Stay With Friends
The property is just as described. The pool was great to relax in. Fenced in yard for the dogs was nice as well. I would suggest a ceiling fan on the back porch just to keep the air moving while outside. Extremely clean and simply adorable. The neighbor, Dennis , was also very personable and suggested a couple of great seafood restaurants.

Great location and house
The house is bigger than the pictures show. It looks like it is on a busy road but not much traffic. The area is def up and coming with very nice neighbors. Walking to the beach is doable but with golf cart it is a breeze. Highly recommend. My only complaint is they should add a driveway as you drive up a really wide sidewalk to get to parking pad. It works though Also Internet was down so they gave us a cell modem which was good for Roku TV for.kids.

Very clean. Loved how we could park our boat on the side of the house. No road noise and the yard was fenced in for our little dogs. We used the boat ramp one minute down the street with the children’s playground being totally under the trees for shade. Great location.

Absolutely Amazing!
The Aqua Pearl Beach House was the perfect location for our family vacation! Alina Pekarsky was a joy to work with! She communicated with me from the day I booked our trip, until we arrived, and answered all my questions throughly. She was extremely easy to work with and documented the property beautifully. The Aqua Pearl is perfect for any group of people! We booked our family vacation at this location due to the convenience of the beach (short golf cart or car ride or nice leisurely walk), in-ground pool (screened in - nice safety feature for small children or pets), fenced in backyard, non-crowded relaxation area, and wonderfully laid out floor plan. This calm area was perfect if you want to vacation without having to deal with a lot of people on the beach, traffic, or loud noises. We loved feeling like we had the beach to ourselves with very few people on it each day. There were plenty of great restaurants within minutes of our stay. -Captains BBQ -Bronx House Pizza -Funky Pelican Our neighbor Dennis was extremely nice and helpful! He greeted us the very first day and gave great recommendations on food, site seeing, and activities! I can't say enough great things about our stay with Alina at Aqua Pearl! You will be extremely happy with your stay!

30th birthday trip
We had 6 adults, 2 infants and a dog stay and we had more than enough room. This was a perfect location with just a short drive down the road to park a car or the golf cart right at the beach access. The yard was perfect for my dog and the pool was a huge bonus! We would definitely stay again!!

This is the second time in less than a year that we’ve stayed at this amazing property. It is truly a home away from home, very clean, quiet, and in close proximity to activities and restaurants. The host always is available to answer any questions and made check in and checkout a breeze. We will most definitely be returning in the future.
